First time having a car detailed so it was just a guessing game of where to go. Very happy with my choice and will definitely use them again. Great job, inside and out and especially with the scratch removal. The car looks brand new. I found the price to be very reasonable considering the quality of work that we received.

Great service and professional staff. I recommend going in person to view the packages for detailing as the app does describe the packages. There were a few things we weren’t happy with when we picked up the vehicle, but the manager Steven completely took care of it and was very nice and professional! I appreciate that he was so willing to make it right!

Crystal Clean works great for cleaning my bike!the presoak option works great on all the bugs that get collected on the front of it and the Spot free rinse w/ blower leave it pristine and ready to ride.Definitely recommend for maintaining your bike.

Great experience! Wonderful customer service and knowledgeable employees! Many wash bays, two automatic car washes, details service which is just outstanding and genius! Affordable car washes! Affordable details! Easily located right off the highway behind QT. Vacuums available after your car wash. I would like to eventually see this place a little more updated so it could compete with all the bigger places. I think their vacuums are super outdated, and the overall style of this place. I do hate that unless you circle back through to the highway after you just washed and vacuumed your car you have to pull out onto a sketchy concrete / gravel road.

Worth every penny. My car looks brand new. I did not expect them to get it this clean. I live down a dusty road & have transported furry shedding dogs. Theres not a spec of dust or a single dog hair anywhere. It looks fantastic. They even removed the coffee stain in my seat. I chose the mid tier package. The tech is friendly, explained everything up front, & answered all my questions. Drop off is between 830-9, and they called around 4 to say its ready. I will be back once a year at least. I recommend Crystal Clean to anyone who wants their car looking new again!

They did a very good job. They even cleaned places that one would normally not look. It’s not cheap but I’d you want a great, detailed cleaning, this is the place to go. I also like how they helped me to match up the different options to suit my needs and hep me save some $$$.

This place offers manual car wash bays and they start at $1, unlike many other car washes who have raised their starting amount. The bays have a hand held dryer to help reduce water spots. They also have a detail bay and the rates, I believe, start at $20. I havent used their detailing service, but its a competitive price!

A staple in town. One of the better car washes. Theyve been around for a really long time and have great facilities and now offer done really adorable detailing services. They currently have two rocked touchless automatic washes and a number of self-service bays for washing and vacuuming. Their detail service is fantastic and really affordable. Theyll get you in and out in no time!

The automatics are you bless which is really nice. Car comes out clean and shiny!

They did an excellent job on my husbands Yukon! Where he works he gets oil and grease all over. Bride in white dress had to get in this car. I wanted it fabulous and clean. Was everything i hoped for. Looked like it came off the show room floor. I wish i would have taken b4 and after pics. These guys did an amazing job!

I took my dodge Durango here and i was so impressed when i went to pick it up! They did a unbeleivable good job! The service was quick and friendly. I told them i needed to pick up by 330 that afternoon, and they had it setting out for me and ready to go. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone,and will take my vehicles to them everytime.

I went to the self-serve car wash area and did not have cash on me so I swiped my card. Since my car wasnt terribly dirty I figured a little soap and a rinse would do the trick and it only took five minutes. I assumed that I would be charged $3-$5 for the little amount I used but when I checked my bank, I saw a $10 charge. I was absolutely mind blown. I promise you, if there was a sign posted anywhere that it would cost $2 per minute of washing I certainly wouldnt have chosen this car wash. I attempted to message the company and hopes of resolving the outlandish charge but no one got back to me. Ive had issues with this place before and this was the cherry on top to ensure that they have lost my business for good.

Bad customer service is something that causes me to not ever go back or use the offending business. For those of you who have used Crystal Clean Car Wash and Detailing in Claremore to detail your car and had good service, then good for you. I, however, took my Corvette in and had it returned to me with the top scratched and marred. When I complained, the response I got was they didnt do it and it appeared to be something wrong with the paint. I asked if they used a mechanical buffer thinking that it gouged the paint, but they said that they washed and waxed the car by hand, except that they used a bristle bush to wash the car. I was shocked to hear that such a device is used to wash and scrub cars, especially expensive ones like mine. Needless to say, I will not use this business again. If you havent used this place, I recommend that you stay away from it.

I loved it I love that there are no brushes.

One I thought I was paying $10 but then it was $20. Two I paid $20 for my car to come out looking worse than before I washed it. As you can tell there are still hand prints on the back of my car. There are also still random spots that need to be clean all over my car. And three there was still soap on the top of my car that didn’t get rinsed off. I would not recommend this car wash at all

Variety of self service options in amazing. Great pressure and plenty of product. Attendant on site which is rare but certainly appreciated. I was in with filthy muddy work truck and they were more than helpful

So I used the owasso location to vacuum my small little two seater truck. I used my card, all it said for directions was a $1 minimum charge, press the red button when finished and to end the charges. I used it for 2 minutes and 30 seconds and I have a $10 charge on my account. Owasso location does not pull up on Google whatsoever. The Claremone location explained to me that its a $10 hold and it will take 2-3 days for it to post the actual charge.. Never again... What a pain

I got my husbands Ford F150 detailed, and it looks better than when we bought it!Bill Anderson made sure that the truck was absolutely spotless. The undercarriage was even clean, which was a great surprise. It is obvious that they worked hard to make that truck look and smell brand new.I highly recommend Crystal Clean to anyone looking to get their vehicle looking showroom quality clean.

I took my SUV to have their deluxe detail and I was very happy with their customer service and pricing. They did miss a few spots between my front seats but otherwise I was very happy and would definitely go back.

Ive always loved this car wash. Has been my favorite for 20+ years. Wont be going back though. I was unaware of how the card reader worked and all in all i spent over$20 to wash my truck by hand. I had only wanted to use the $3 minimum on my card and I ended up getting charged $15. I thought turning the knob to stop would stop everything. I didnt see any directions posted. Not saying there werent any, I would have been happier if there were directions that they be directly next to the card reader. The gentleman didnt even offer my $ back. I guess he didnt care about losing a good customer.

The car i brought in was a mess. They did good for 32 dollars except there back windshield was not cleaned.

Car washes are good if you do it yourself. The detail had gotta be the worst I have seen. Dont wash wheel wells or jams missed so much. The free car washes kids do are better than them.

Good self wash, good high pressure soap wash, does great on those carpet mats you hang on the wall.. vacuuming is strong...I recommend it. I would like to check out their detail service...

If Your expecting good customer service I would not go there!! Had a special so we called to see what time they closed and they said 6. So I drive up there and pull in at 5:20. The second they see me pull in they shut the doors starring right at me shoving food in his mouth and said were closed. So I called the owner back and told him what happened and that he told me 5 min before that they were open till 6. No appolgy just many excuses. I could not believe it! Do not recommend!

If I could give it a 0 stars I would. Just went through the automatic wash with my white Cobalt, only wanted to get the road salt and black road dust off from the last few days. What a waste of money and time. And the mangers response? Its road oil that needs actual brushes to remove. What? Your soap wont dissolve that? Even if it was road oil, thats just a pathetic excuse to steal peoples money. I even told the manger that if he had considered giving me my money back, I would have went straight to a self service bay, and re washed my car myself. He didnt care, said oh well.

I really enjoy the touch free car wash. Washes just as well as the other car washes that arent touch free without fading away your cars shine.

I have used this car wash for years & always appreciated the attendent giving my car a bug scrub Today I pulled in to get a wash. Was greeted by a polite man who ran my card for the $10.00 wash I had requested. There ware 3 guys in company shirts standing around & two bug scrub buckets at the ready but noone was offering to help me. I ask one of the attendants if he would scrub my car. He said they only do that for $20.00 washes I got out of my car, picked up a brush & started scrubbing. Another attendant came over a grabbed the brush handle in a very threatening manner & dmaned I turn loose of the brushI got a refund & left without a wash. I WILL NEVER USE YHIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN!! So management has responded to the details of my experience @ their business with half truths, miss statement of facts and a flat out lie. Its interesting that they have to respond to unsatisfied customers using tactics such as personal attacks & slander instead of addressing the problem of extremely poor Customer Service. I guess the fact that this is a customer service business with a 3.5 rating says it all!

It needs to wash better

I cant speak for the auto wash but I love the single wash bays, they are great! They even offer a hand held dryer, which is awesome because I dont have water marks anymore !

I pay $175 for something that I couldve done for $30 minus labor cost. I asked for the full detail. Wheel wells werent cleaned. It seems they shine everything up but do not actually clean anything on the interior. Windshield was smeared, bug guts all over still, smears on exterior that were very noticeable and dirty, new stain appeared on my seat covers, I had a new dent and scratches all over my hood and my vehicle was just purchased so it wasnt there before, step was slippery and I had to wash again so I could get my pregnant self into my own vehicle, among so many other things. When I go to pay they ask if I want change (tip signs everywhere) so I said my ticket says $175 right? I do not like when I am pressured to tip. I already seen the 4 signs hanging up in the small waiting area, I do not need anymore gestures. I will not return. Very dissatisfied.

Useful and well managed however I didnt see a coin machine so I couldnt complete vacuuming my car.

Got my car washed and did the extra detail since the inside of my car was bad. I had to pay extra for there being bad pet hair, I was ok to pay that. i feel like it wasnt worth it. There is still my dogs hair on the back deck that they didnt even vacuum and it smells really bad of body odor.

Only car wash I take my corvette to. Always clean and well lit at night.

When making your selection for the wash it has an option for the attendant to prep the car. I wasnt sure what this was about but for two dollars more I figured what the heck. For two dollars I got a gentleman that pre-sprayed our car, used a brush to SCRUB all of the bugs off the car then actually used his fingers for the hard to reach places. We were travelling through OK on the way to TX and had hit thousands of Oklahoma bugs that previous evening. I wanted to leave these bugs where the had originated and found this place using Google Maps. I guarantee that if I lived in Claremore or within 25 miles this would be the only car wash I would pay for. Great service!

If your truck is already clean they will gladly take your business otherwise they are gonna gripe about it the owners seem pretty decent but their employees are pretty sub par I have sent friends over there cause it’s a reasonable price and they always gripe because it’s to dirty or they make you wash it in the bay first it’s kinda ridiculous

New owners treat you like trash and they made it 20$ for a simple car wash, very rude and not at all helpful, witch is really sad i use to like this car wash. Wont be going back
