They did a good job on my hair. Even more impressive than that was that I showed up about 30 minutes before closing and there were probably four people in front of me. They only had one stylist there and she stayed to cut my hair. I am very impressed!

I took my husband in for a haircut yesterday, they did amazing. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the ladies made us feel right at home. We were surprised by how quick the ladies are, they get you right in and out, and they did excellent with his cut, it was exactly what he was wanting and like the picture he showed her. We will definitely return for future services!

Messed my hair all up. I would not recommend this place ever two ladies in there where rude as hell and they didnt give me what I wanted at all. Plus they gonna expect a tip for poor service

Just as rude as ever. Was a loyal customer going monthly with my kids like clockwork. Had a bad experience with rudeness several months ago. Started going to another salon. Was in a time pinch and decided to give them another shot. Super rude again. If Im going to receive a mediocre at best haircut...they could at least be polite.

Stylist asked me how I wanted my hair cut. Then did what she wanted. It was the worse haircut I have ever had. I went back a little later I was so upset. That stylist would not even look at me. The other woman there made it even which I appreciate but it wasnt at all what I had told the first one. Needless to say I will not go back.

I took my brother for a haircut. They require masks, but dont provide them for customers, not even to buy. We were told cant come in, so we left and went elsewhere.

Upon entering the stylist rudely demanded I wash my hands before they would cut my hair. The stylist was wearing her mask under her nose, and no gloves. I will not be required to wash my hands before any hair cut.

Ive been coming here for years for my hair cutting needs. You can expect to wait here, usually about 15 minutes. They usually have two to three stylists working at a time, depending on hours and traffic.The stylists are always friendly and personable even though theyve got to stand around your sweat and dander all day long. The hair cuts are around 15 dollars now I believe.Please tip your stylist, as theyre almost certainly underpaid and appreciate your thoughtfulness.

The cut is a little shorter than Im used to. I wont have to go back for awhile. Which is to bad cuz the stylist who cut my hair was pretty.....friendly. Lol. The other one werent bad either.

Well I use to cut my own hair. My wife told me I looked like a Neo-Nazi the way I cut it so she made me go to Pro Cuts. Ive been getting my haircut here for about a year or so now. Lindy always cuts my hair and she is very friendly. She talks to her clients while she cuts hair. She always does a good job. I no longer look like a Neo-Nazi skinhead thanks to Lindy. Have you guys considered opening a Tattoo Parlor in the back?

Thanks, now I get to go to a different salon to fix my hair.I came in for a trim. The lady here who cut my hair spent about 3 mins with me. And I absolutely regret it. I had a v cut that was down to my butt before the trim. Now I have a very much shorter straight across cut. Not sure what happened with my bangs either? When we were done with the cut my hair was wetted down so I couldn’t see as well. I wasn’t offered a mirror to look at the back. Which I didn’t think was a big deal since it was supposed to be a trim. Then I get home and my hair started to dry and I realized what had happened.Absolute mistake and I won’t make it again. Not sure why it happened either since I’ve had my hair trimmed correctly at this location before.It was busy at the time of my visit but seriously a 3 minute “trim” was not worth any money.She ruined my hair and I’m devastated.It’d be nice to get a refund but I don’t imagine that ever happening.

Have used pro cuts for years, loved the place. That being said I will never go again. The stylist were rude, made my grandsons feel bad. You might want to know the story behind a person before judging them.

This was our first time coming here. I wish I could remember the hair dressers name but she didnt have a tag on and only mentioned her name once. I brought both of my daughters in to get their haircut. Both of which got it cut way shorter than what I asked her to do and now both of them hate their new haircut. She cut both of my girls hair in 18 minutes. Im not even kidding. We where there for a total of 20 minutes for 2 haircuts. The hair dresser was not very friendly at all. There was only 2 hair dressers working when we where there and there was 5 people waiting for cuts. Regardless if your busy or not dont give a fast terrible chop job. I do not recommend anyone going to this salon!

I let them know i needed shampoo, trim and blow dry. I was told it would be a little over $20....ended up costing $50!!! How do these services cost so much! Last time I came to this same location and it was only $25 or $30. Ill be learning how to trim my own hair from now on. Extremely disappointed!

The person cutting my hair was more concerned with her husband or boyfriend sitting in the waiting area than her job. I had to finish the job of cleaning up my neck and trimming places she missed when I got home. She didnt even bother blowing off the hair that fell and ended up all over my shirt and pants when she pulled the tarp off. I would imagine other places would have a more professional environment by not allowing significant others to wait impatiently in the waiting area.

It costs $15 to get an adult haircut but what they do not bother to tell you is that it is an extra $7 to get your hair blow dried when one: I did not ask for my hair to get wet, two: the hair stylist should have informed me ahead of time, and three: it was below freezing that day so you expect me to step outside with my hair dripping wet without a blow dry? Not good customer service... Go somewhere else and save your money.
