I received a purple smoke bush. It’s beautiful. Well packaged. Previously ordered a smoke bush but it came from a different nursery. Online orchards did a great packing job. I would order from them again

Went there for a few things a couple weeks ago. Not one associate asked us if we needed help. Store is very well organized n we did track one person down and she helped us find what we needed.

I went there the other day for a few things, and I walked out spending way more than necessary. It was a good thing I knew Walmart carried the spray paint I was looking for, since home depot didnt have it, and it was $3 cheaper. The save more, do more really seems to be the complete opposite.

Spent 3,000 on a mower no paperwork or manuals, had to drive an hour to pick up no transfer truck. mowe not ready after receiving email that purchases was ready, Its like they just want your money and get you out the door. Next time i will give my business to an independent dealer or Amazon.

We came to Claremont NH to get pellets for our wood stove and Cynthia was very helpful had an amazing experience dealing with her! Best sales person I have ever delt with. Would recommend anyone to deal with her!!

I am from Seattle and was helping a relative with a fencing project. The staff here were friendly and extremely helpful. Way above and beyond the Home Depot stores I have shopped at in the past.

Would have been 5 stars if they werent overriding NH state law which lifted the mask mandate but home depot wont let you enter without one. Otherwise I love home depot for all of my home reno supplies, plants,light bulbs, appliances and wood for my hobby. I will continue to shop from home depot on line until they dont require face masks.

Went to get Items for a bathroom restoration. The prices were fair but honestly the customer service not so great we needed a vanity from the top shelf and asked for help after about 15 mins of waiting for an associate we had to go find someone else to help us. Which took another 10 mins. That was just for one item we needed we ended up just grabbing things and hoping we had everything we needed. Cause by now weve been there over an hr. The cashier was friendly and helpfultimately thou.

The young men that helped me in flooring was very good he located what I needed got the reach truck got it down helped me load the cart he pushed it to the check out and helped me load my truck in and out in less than half hour very nice

This place might have what you need, but customer service wont be one of those things. On multiple trips I have had nothing but rude or completely unattentive associates. I buy stuff here only because it is convinient but I think after this last trip Ill just go to LOWES in a nearby town.

Was looking at using most of my stimulus check (over $5000) to remodel our bathrooms. Borrowed a trailer from a friend and went over to Claremont to buy a tub, shower, 2 toilets, 2 vanities and flooring for both rooms. About 7pmWent into the store and saw the tub and shower kits I wanted. I looked around for some help to get them off the top shelf and couldnt find anyone.We decided to look for flooring until we saw someone who might be able to help. I decided on some flooring and put in on my cart, still not seeing anyone with an orange apron on.We went back to the shower aisle and looked around, still nobody. My buddy walked around and finally found a guy. He asked if he could help us get a shower and tub. The guy said that he was busy but would ask for help.We waited almost 10 minutes and nobody showed up. Left the flooring on the cart and left. Im in the parking lot right now typing this. Going to look somewhere else tomorrow.

Staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. Only went to the store because of home depot advertised covid 19 policy. All doors covered with signs that say masks are required to enter and social distance is required. This is not the case! I would guess that there were close to 50 customers in the store during my visit and more than 1/3 had no mask. I asked one gentleman who was not wearing a mask not to stand so close to my wife while she was shopping and he wanted to argue and explain why masks dont work. I finally left the store with half of my intended purchases. I spoke to a clerk at the courtesy desk about the signs and policy. She was great and explained they are not allowed to enforce masks per their manager and that many employees Dont feel safe at work because of it. I asked to speak with the store manager and was referred to an assistant manager who stated about the same thing and that they didnt enforce the rule because they were scared of customers becoming violent. Shame on Home Depot for treating their employees this way and their customers. I purchase thousands of dollars of materials through home depot every year but made my last trip there today. Sad that q company has such low regard for its employees and customers.

A few months ago (October 2020) I went into your Claremont store and sat down with the sale person identified as LAF126R. I bought a new washer and dryer. The delivery date was set up and I got the paperwork from this sales woman and left. The day before delivery I called to make sure everything was on schedule as I had not heard a thing from Home Depot. As it turned out no one even had heard about the order, much less the delivery date. I had the paper work printed out for me by the sales person that stated the date. Needless to say, I was not happy because it was hard to find washers & dryers at the time & I had rearranged my day and time for the delivery. I cancelled the order and bought the set at Best Buy the next week. It was delivered five days later.Last week I went back to Home Depot (it is convenient for me because it is not far away and I am not a youngster) and low and behold I got the same salesperson LAF126R. I thought of saying something but then decided to give her another chance. I bought and paid for a new refrigerator. My husband said I was crazy after my last experience but I figured it could not happen twice and she deserved another chance. Well it was to be delivered today, April 2nd. I called yesterday to make sure all was as scheduled and the recording said it was there (in Claremont) and was being processed. We were picking it up ourselves and have to drive sixteen miles to do so. Because of the last incident I decided to speak with someone to make sure. Guess what? There was no refrigerator at the store nor was the one I ordered available at all. The person I talk to in customer service (Carolyn) said the sales person was not supposed to sell anything that was out of stock and with none available to order. I cannot tell you how upset this made me. I once again cancelled the order and called Mannys to order another one to be delivered Wednesday the 7th. Why they would keep such an inefficient salesperson on their staff at the Claremont store is beyond my comprehension. I will NEVER, EVER buy another appliance from Home Depot. This salesperson lost you two big sales and a good customer. I shall also make sure to tell everyone I know about my experience with Home Depot. A VERY dissatisfied customer in Croydon, NH

Be careful when ordering from Home Depot, I ordered a generator Sept of 2020 with expected delivery of early December. The generator never showed up. In January Home Depot convinced me to cancel the order and reorder the generator, they stated they showed 120 of the units in stock and I would get generator February 3-11 never showed up delivery date updated to February 17 never showed up, after numerous calls to Home Depot and the shipper I was told the generator was damaged in shipping and they cancelled my order and would refund my money in maybe a week. I paid cash for the generator in September. They now say I can’t get a generator until July maybe august. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HOME DEPOT AGAIN, my advise is to really think about other online sites befor you order from Home Depot

I have had to stop into home depot several times this week some of them to go and handle things in person because the people you call to for service set up, non locations specific, have been pretty horrible. But when I come into Claremont Home Depot, while extremely under staffed, it changes all my feelings on home depot for the better. I have had great service in the carpet department and when I came in the store today not really knowing what I was doing with a sink, Clint took so much time to help me find the right parts and walk me through the process. Best service ever.

With tropical storm hitting and power outages Home Depot helped out. Gave us along with friends that came with us a great deal on generators. Thank you for helping out the community. Much appreciated.

I come here a lot, but hate myself for it. Like many, I am a slave to convenience. The management is utterly incompetent at this location and yet, still slightly better than that of West Lebanon.

Buyer BEWARE. I ordered a dishwasher on 10/17/2020 in the store with a store clerk (Mike). It was to be delivered on 11/05/2020. Because of new OSHA rules Home Depot no longer installs dishwashers. A company Mike called SFNI REPAIRS is notified by Home Depot when an installation is required. The company Total Climate Control / Green Mountain Plumbing (Mike ...different Mike not the clerk) called a week before delivery was suppose to happen to schedule for installation. But not knowing 100% if delivery was going to happen as planned it was decided to call back after delivery. Now this is where things go sideways. I misplaced the number for Total Climate Control/ Green Mountain Plumbing (Mike). So I thought just maybe Home Depot would have the phone number. Despite spelling my name three times and giving my phone number the clerk (Mike) could not find me in the computer. I believe its because he was misspelling my name. I know I am in their computer. I have had other installations done through them and I have spent over $6,000 there over the past few months. Either Mike would not or could not give me the phone number for SFNI. So he sent another email request to SFNI for dishwasher installation and told me I should hear from SFNI soon. And in the meantime I should plug in the dishwasher to make sure its working properly because it could not be returned after 48 hours of us receiving it. When I ordered the dishwasher I was told I would need a license electrician to install it and it was an additional charge of $287.00. DOES ANYONE SEE THIS IS NOW NOT GOING WELL??? AND WHY WOULD I INSTALL THE DISHWASHER MYSELF TO MAKE SURE ITS WORKING PROPERLY AND THEN PAY $287 TO HAVE SOMEONE ELSE INSTALL IT AGAIN??? I think there is a huge flaw in this system all ment to place blame on the customer. MEANWHILE I found the misplaced number for Total Climate Control / Green Mountain Plumbing and called Mike to let him know the dishwasher was delivered. Mike said he would pass on the info to Craig for scheduling. Craig called and said the earliest would be 11/17/2020. SO JUST FYI WHEN Total Climate Control / Green Mountain Plumbing CALLS TO SCHEDULE...JUST SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT...

These guys lose a star because it is often difficult to find someone to help you here. I waited for 20 minutes at the paint counter and finally left and bought paint elsewhere. This is the second time that has happened. They lose the other star because who gives a big box store 5 stars?

Garden shop closed early. My. Ar was down at that end. Ugh. They dont have any stock. I was looking at interior doors, out of a lot of stuff. Windows, same thing. And last week i was there to buy white pea rocks. 2 men were in the garden area. Argued wuth me they never had them. Never. I said i purchased them from this store last year. Watxhed me load 16x16 pavers and offered no help. I went to the keene store, everybody was willing to ehlp and very friendly. I have spent a lot of money at the Claremont store. Its a shame things are likenthis here. I live in Charelstown.

Its so easy to use the home Depot app to find everything, but sales people are also very helpful at the Claremont store if you dont want to bother with the app. Plenty of checkouts availables so you can leave when youre done shopping, no long lines

I save a ton of money buying my hardware and building supply needs at Home Depot. Incredible selection online and whats in stock at the store. The staff is efficient, very courteous and an excellent resource for advice. The store is very clean and the layout makes it easy to find the items Im looking for. The online shopping is actually fun and then theres the free shipping when picking up at the store...Honestly, how could anyone ask for anything more?

Outside of being a smaller home depot. They offer almost everything. While they dont have a tool rental department, they do offer carpet steamers and insulation blowers for rent.Full service lumber and sheet good cutting as well as wire, pipe, blinds, rope and chain cutting. Most staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Cashier was very helpful when I mentioned that I couldnt find something. She showed me the other not-so-obvious place to look.

This store is run light years better than the other Home Depot stores. The general manager is Steve and he goes way above and beyond with customer satisfaction. I also have to mention Sue in customer service because she is a major asset to this store and the customers who need her help.

Three weeks to get a washing machine delivered is just plain unacceptable. Original delivery was a fail because the delivery driver misguided me to believe that he would make the delivery and installation while I was out of the house, even though I am now informed that they are never permitted to do this. Rescheduled delivery at two weeks after purchase never happened because store manager rescheduling the delivery apparently didnt actually reschedule. At this point, am told I can wait another 9 days for my washing machine, or, as RECOMMENDED by the Home Depot Rep I spoke with - GO TO MANNYS APPLIANCES. I may still have to wait a few days, but you can bet Im taking my business elsewhere. Save yourself the stress and the mountains of dirty laundry - shop local. Maybe pay a little more, but get yourself some customer service.

Large store with many in-stock items. Ample parking. The staff is always ready to help. Very good in-season garden department. Lack of a tool rental department is the only drawback.

Very disappointed, my husband and I purchased a vinyl fence to the tune of over 11k at the Home Depot in Claremont NH, when purchasing this fence there was a home improvement special of $100.00 rebate. This fence was purchased in September 2019, and installed, as of yet there has been no rebate received. My husband has spoken to Home Depot on 4 occasions and we get yes, you are right, you should have gotten the rebate and they will take care of it. Today he got, oh I can see you have called 4 times about this, do you have the coupon? There was no coupon! This is ridiculous!!
