I didnt end up going to this dentist office, because their customer service is so unorganized. They have more than one team talk with you and they are so discontented form one another that you cannot rely on the date they will provide for you. If I cant rely on an appointment date that the office provide, how I am suppose to plan for my other aspect of busy life?The two star is that the people I spoke with were polite and friendly.

I met Dr. Alex Schneider And from the start he was on point! I mean top notch very thorough. Attention to detail & very attentive, I am not lying... I am so pleased with my overall experience. Not only Dr Schneider, but the entire team did a phenomenal job and gave me such a positive overall experience.Whenever you get your teeth clean it should feel like a massage, there should be no pain there should be no issues.. this is a fact!! If you dont have that experience with your dentist then please please please go to this dental group specifically Dr. Alex Schneider...

I had several extensive periodontal surgeries with Dr. Yuen, and had an amazing experience under her care. She provided excellent quality and made herself available for any questions I had throughout my healing process. She always responded quickly to any questions I had and explained everything in a way I could understand.I’ve also had a great experience with Claremont Modern Dentistry office. It is easy to reach staff, who are organized and helpful. I’ve recruited my family to get dental care at this office. I highly recommend anyone to seek care with Dr. Yuen and this office.

I had the worst experience with a dentist I have ever had in my life with Dr. Nhan Dang in January 2020. I saw Dr. Dang after seeing another dentists at the practice who recommended a few fillings. I wanted to get a second opinion so I saw Dr. Dang. dr. Dang recommended I get a crown and then possibly a root canal and one filling. I said I thought it was off she recommended a crown when the other doctor recommended a filling and she literally said let me show you something and literally HIT MY TOOTH WITH A SMALL HAMMER with no warning. It hurt so badly and definitely made the cavity worse. She did it on purpose. I let her do the filling and it hurt for months afterward. She had the worst bedside manner I have ever encountered from any type of doctor. Do yourself a favor and just get a PPO if you can do avoid dentists like this and make sure your dentist has a degree from an institution in the United States.The office staff here are nice and easy to schedule with and the facility is nice and clean. However, my cleaning also wasnt ideal. They pressed so hard on my teeth it hurt for over a week afterwards. They also tried to sell me several things I had never even heard of. Ive never not had dental insurance and Ive always gotten cleanings twice a year. This place is NOT CONSERVATIVE DENTISTRY. Do not go here.

Dr. Lee is PAINLESS ! Also kind, patient & fun. The staff is professional, friendly & happy. I actually look forward to going to the dentist!

I will not be returning here for anything. We were referred by our orthodontist, and I have since told him about our experience and recommended that he does not refer here anymore. My son came for some retainers. He is missing some teeth and the retainer must have a few fake teeth on them. He had his impression and two weeks later we had a follow up appointment to get the new retainers. That appointment was canceled by the office the day before because they needed new, correct impressions. We return for that, at which time I question a few things. The cost of the bottom and lower retainer being the same considering the top retainer is to have fake teeth. The fact that I have not yet picked out the color of the fake teeth (they are not suppose to do this on their own). We now have another return appointment to pick up the retainer. This appointment is canceled the day of: first phone call as to attempt to cancel the appointment because the dentist my son was scheduled to see did not have any experience with this type of retainer. I said I wish to keep the appointment as it is a Saturday and we are not available on Monday due to school and work. Second phone call was t cancel the appointment because the retainer they received from the lab did not have any fake teeth on it. I was now informed that the lab they sent to does not do this. Now we are seven weeks into the process that should have taken two weeks. I asked for a refund ($630) and it has been three weeks today, without a refund. I was told last week that the office manager who can do the refund is out sick and nobody else can do it. Meanwhile the doctor leaves me a message because she understands I have some questions. I do not have any questions. We are way past any customer service recovery. I told the office we (3 in my family) will not return for even any basic dental services. Still waiting on a refund. Terrible customer service, poor communication, unable to order proper dental appliances and receive them in a timely manner. I should have known because at my sons very first appointment here, after setting an appointment to get a special retainer, nobody knew what he was there for and said that they scheduled us with the wrong dentist. So when I called and told you what I needed an appointment for, nobody took note of it? Do not go here. Would give zero stars but forced to click on one in order to post this.

Dr. Yuen did amazing work :) And she’s also one of the most personable professionals I’ve had in a while - super thorough, explains everything well, and is so easy to get a hold of outside of the office. Answered my texts every time I got a little anxious about my procedure hahah!

The staff is professional and nice. Low waiting times which is very important to me. Excellent and clean dental work areas. Been 3x for deep cleaning and a 5 hour gum surgery and lets admit it not that Id rather be doing something else, they just made me feel important. The dental assistant even sang my favorite songs from You Tube.

Dr. John Lee was very helpful in explaining my conditions. Not having seen a dentist in 15 years my condition was bad, but I was ready for it. He told me I had perio-related issues, but no cavities. He said I needed to get a series of procedures including my molars removed and gum surgery and referred me to Dr Yuen. We had scheduled appointments and were set to proceed. However, I decided not to follow through after the deep cleaning.Im okay with moving forward with things and confronting problems, but I left because John did not listen to my original desires. Despite his efforts to help me, I honestly felt like he made me feel like I was running out of options. This feeling was too pessimistic for me so I left. Ive seen other dentists who are seeing my issues but are also listening to what I want and its working out well. I am currently seeing an expert periodontics who specializes in the issues raised by Dr. John Lee.Nancy was a great hygienist.

I wont be returning. First appointment cleaning was NOT with Registered Dental Hygienist. Career schools are training students in months for what an RDH studies for and is licensed for in 4-5 years. This lowers office costs and your quality of care. She did not conduct an exam for oral cancer, and the cleaning was weak without removing plaque. The dentist came in and looked at my teeth without doing any standard probing for decay on tooth surfaces. Both were awed by the condition of my gums and teeth. Im not surprised as any patient receiving that care would soon be requiring quadrant scaling. I also question if the form of xrays was diagnostic quality.

There is no other Dr out there like Dr. Lee. she is honest, trustworthy and a perfectionist when it comes to her work. I was lucky enough to work with her in chino hills.She is the very best.give her one shot, you wont regret it!

Amazing dentistry work by Dr. Lee. Seven front crowns on my wifes front teeth. The crowns are even, perfectly in size and shape.We strongly recommend Modern Dentistry!!

Amazing experience getting an implant from Dr. Mashhadian, Tenisha, and Devin: quick, efficient, friendly, and--amazingly--painless. Im not a comfortable dental patient, and they did a splendid job helping me with that. The surgical site is healing well, looks great, and doesnt hurt. I really feared getting this implant, and am glad that the fears were groundless.

Every person on the staff is helpful and friendly and make sure Im comfortable. The doctors include various specialists so you can have most of your work done at the same location. Dr. Lee is the best.

For many years I have feared dental appointments thus procrastinating— no longer after a wonderful experience today with Dr. Bruny and the team there. They were professional, gentle, they really listen to your concerns explaining thoroughly every aspect, all were kind and accommodating to my request for a marathon appointment completing much work needed-all done literally close to totally pain free. I am a dental advocate now for Dr. Bruny

I hated this office so much that I didnt go for a cleaning for more than a year. I recently changed it to another one. This office is over charging and diagnosis unnecessary procedures. Also the dentist is nice but I dont think she has enough experience. Dont recommend this place.

Talk about high pressure sales!! Seeking a local family dentist as a fixed income, modestly insured senior I could not have picked a less accomodating dental office to visit. Clearly stating my financial state up front and specifying that I was seeking a regular teeth cleaning I was soon getting told what else my mouth needed and being very persistently pressured into 3 to $4,000 worth of services. When I politely told the money woman I could not afford their treatment recommendations, and tried to leave (calmly and politely) I soon found myself chased after by Dr. Lee, himself, and hustled into a private office, like a sales closers office in a car lot, and practically begged to reconsider....with him knocking off a few bucks here and there. All together they tried for nearly an hour to get me committed. I literally left there nauseous and embarrassed...quite worked over. Not a good way to feel when seeking help in hard times.

Dr. John Lee is such an amazing dentist. I woke up with a major tooth ache and called Claremont Modern Dentistry, wishing and praying that they had an opening. The women on the phone was really nice and squeezed me into Dr. Johns schedule. They also take my HMO insurance. To make a long story short everything was really simple. I filled out paperwork on a iPad, took some Xrays and got a crown done the same day. it was such an amazing Dental Experience! they also have cable TV in the rooms. I usually just stare at a wall at the dental office. Casandra noticed that I was cold so she gave me a cozy blanket. Yes a blanked at a dental office!! I cannot believe how easy this visit was. thank you Claremont Modern Dentistry for taking good care of me.

My tooth broke and I have no dental insurance my friend told me about this place so I gave it a try. As a normal person I looked up reviews and was thinking this was going to set me back a lot of money. They got me in the same day the receptionist was super nice made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Dr Lau walked me in and asked me what happen to my tooth way before anything....I was pretty surprised he was truly concerned about my tooth even offered to give me numbing before X-rays so it wouldnt hurt so much! Yes dentistry is expensive but they worked with me and gave me different options, at the end of the day its my decision and I didnt feel pressured at all. I got my tooth fixed and my cleaning! Im so glad I came here and I found my new dentist! Im actually looking forward to my next visit!
