My wife and I moved to the Claremont Village Apartments in order to start the process of adopting a child (our former apartment wouldnt have passed the necessary inspections.) We love it here! We have a small yard and garden area out front that I have loved cleaning up and turning into a nice little area. The apartment itself has been well maintained, it was very warm throughout the winter, and were able to have our cats! The property is quiet day and night, the neighbors have been either friendly or generally keep to themselves, and the fruit trees were awesome in the fall (very delicious apples and pears!)I hate seeing all these negative reviews because they certainly arent anything reflective of our experience thus far. The staff at the office have been great, many residents near our apartment have lived here for decades, and generally speaking, everything has been great so far! So please ignore these other reviews that say ask any resident! because my wife and I ARE residents here, and we love it!

Interestingly, my review is pretty much the same as the prior review. Called to get information for our first responders to relocate to the area, and Debora interrupted multiple times, and was extremely rude. Will definitely not be recommending our healthcare workers to a place that does not have common decency and respect for people.

Make sure you talk to the residents before moving here. Many residents do not like it here and have mentioned that the management team is a real problem. Deb (property manager) does not work with you and is Incredibly rude. GO ANYWHERE ELSE! I promise you WILL regret being here. Many residents have left because of her being condescending. Hopefully they hire somebody else, but with the way they also DONT keep up well with the apartments, I bet their standards are set very low. Good luck to whoever moves in that God awful place.

Miserable experience. Deb is BEYOND rude (and EXTREMELY condescending) and doesnt work with you at all. In fact, every tenant we talked to mentioned how rude/mean she was and how they dont like her at ALL. Steer clear. Live LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.
