THEY WILL NOT RETURN YOUR DEPOSIT !!!!!!AGAIN, THEY WILL MAKE EVERY EXCUSE TO KEEP YOU IN THE DARK BY NOT GIVING YOU ENOUGH TECHNICAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE THINGS YOU OBVIOUSLY NOT KNOW SO THAT THEY COULD KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT!!! I WOULD NEVER DO ANY HOUSE PURCHASE OR EVEN SALE WITH THEM BECAUSE I COULD NEVER TRUST THEM.
