First off let me say that I only came here because the place I usually go to was completely booked for the day and I really needed to get my nails done. I came here based off their rating but never again. It became obvious that they care more about bringing people in than focusing on the quality of their work and customer service. My nails were done very fast but I’d rather wait for nice quality nails. I left with acrylic on top of some of my fingers. They do things fast to have the most clientele. Smh. I still left a measly $4 tip. I feel this way because I’ve received much better, quality nails and service elsewhere so I guess my standard were just high. The pictures will speak for themselves. I won’t be returning here for sure

Been going here for about 7 years. And my last visit was before the 4th of July. When I went back about 2 weeks ago I was so bummed to see the staff gone. I gave it a try. But not going back. The service was horrible the wait was long the new gentleman was rude. I asked for short natural nails and he just said he was not a nail tech kept pulling on my hands. Paid more this time around for a fill than I have ever paid!! Mimi you are missed come back!!! For now I wil need to find a new nail spot.

I had to call the small business buero on this place . I have been coming here for 3 almost 4 years and never have I ever been so over charged and disappointed 😞 and disrespectful the new gentleman inside BEWARE I was charged 220 for 2 mani and pedi gel and so uncomfortable they talk in their language talking about u I had my Google translate on and wow I broke out in tears and left I was given regular top coat when I paid for gel then was criticize for complaint I was not happy with indented polish and he made me feel like it was my fault smacking his lips sighing at me never ever will I go back and I am contacting a lawyer because we work to hard to be treated this way!

This is the 1st time I have been here. The Service was awesome. Really friendly. I told the lady that helped me that I had a ingrown nail ( I did a pedicure). Her name is Kathy. She took that nail put like a pro. I am so glad she was able to take care of me with this issue. I will definitely go back. Hope nothing changes.

Iv been a customer for years . I even would go to Mimis house when the whole pandemic started , and for her to start to treat me bad and tell me she couldnt fix my nail that broke within the 3rd day . I had made an appointment and she canceled on me to come a little later. I than txt her personal phone to tell her ill go at 1pm. She never replied back. So I called her . And no answer. I show up to her salon and she tells me she can not fix that she is busy. I was really mad because she should have made tike for me since she canceled my 10 am appointment. So I tell her Ill come back Friday she said no im booked . !! I think that is super unfair if I paid for my nails and one nail broke within 3 days. I deserve to get it fixed . I will never go back.

1. Tammy and Gerri are the sweetest women. Dolls. Totally kind and gracious, they made me feel beautiful. (I was having a rough day)2. $37 deluxe pedicure was outstanding. My feet and toes felt awful, dry, rough (callous heels and toes). Tammy took her time and brought back the necessary moisture. My feet feel like they can hit the pavement and make things happen again- with enthusiasm.3. I chose a standard manicure and Gerri gave me the same amazing treatment as Tammy. (Please tip well, people).4. Many massage chairs. I walked in and it was busy AND FULLY STAFFED. So there was no crazy wait and everyone from patrons to staff were kind, attentive and warm.5. Very clean-sanitized.6. Warm ambiance and music.7. Lots of nail colors to choose from.8. Lots of services to choose from9. By far, the best nail experience, for me, ever. I’ll be back.10. Do good, feel good 🙏

Asked for a design and did not get what i wanted, paid $60.00 for nails that my design fell the next day and2 nails broke within a week. I am very picky on my nails and brought it to their attention. I dont think thats right for all that money and my nails r horrible.

Friendly staff amazing services. Great prices and the actually put some muscle into the massages. Michelle is super gentle with pedicures and amazing with ingrown nails. Cherry is sweet and an amazing masseuse! Definitely my new go to!

Save your money and do NOT go here . My experience was horrible! A guy had did my full set, he was aggressive with my nails , filed them hard and fast. Not only that he was RUDE! One of my nails came out 3 days later! They weren’t colored properly.

Update:Beware!! I got a horrible fungus here when manager did my nails! Thankfully, I had got a lighter polish and could see the green growing under the acrylic!!It grew quickly too! I had to remove my $80 nails and pray my natural nails werent permanently damaged!Previous review: Extremely nice, talented staff, very clean and nice place to go and get your nails done.

I have been going here for the past 3 years. Love everyone in here, especially Kathy, Tina, Helen. They are very polite, and ethical. Not like other salons. They do a quality work. Very friendly but poor quality, within days my nails were already breaking and I had gel. The tech left my nails very thin as he filed them too much.

Don’t waste your money here, this place is a hit or miss. Some days they will do your nails nice and other days they will leave them sloppy. This used to be my go to nail salon... not anymore.

Had my eyebrows and nails done. Didnt do my eyebrows right. Made one eyebrow thinner than the other one. And so nails, I could get the design I wanted cuz they said my nails were too short so they didnt a similar design. My nails were not that short and the design was alright.

The prices are extremely right the nail techs are very concerned about how you feel and they make sure that you are satisfied before you leave this is definitely a place that I will always go to my family goes to they make me feel special

I will never go again. I got a manicure and after I took off my fake nails this is how my thumb looks after. I would not recommend this place. Ive done my nails before and never had this result of a yellow fungus on my nail.

Daughter and I had appointments. Other walk-in customers came in and were started on before us. We kept being told to wait. However, 15 minutes after our appointment time we walked out and went somewhere else. They missed out on over $200 as we were getting pedicures, full sets and individual lashes. Bad service.

Took my wife on Friday of last week, noticed that this week we were charged $75 two days ago and yesterday we were charged another $75 and $45. Not Kool, especially when my wife only had her nails painted and was charged $25 even after she told the lady not to cut or file her nails.....

I’ve tried this place three times already for a mani/pedi combo, so far I’ve been happy with their service. The staff is very friendly and seem to be trained professionals.

This place is very busy as they specialize in nails and pedicures. I had someone who was very rough and being a senior with arthritis she was twisting my fingers to the point it hurt just to file my nails. In the future Ill be cautious about places like this that do not handle their customers with kindness and care about how theyre feeling. I am used to using only one nail salon but I have to go in there as I was out of town. Next time I wait.

Terrible service.This was my second visit. The first visit I came in asking for a fill, they sat me down immediately. Another customer walks in asking for a full set and they immediately start working on her nails. I ignored it thinking it was an appointment. Another customer comes in asking for a fill and they start helping her. I get up and starting telling one of the ladies that I was still waiting for a fill. The lady says oh we didnt know, you didnt tell us. Tf???Giving it the benefit of the doubt I came in today asking for a full set and pedicure.. again they sit me down immediately. Tony comes to help me, a customer walks in asking for Tony and he tells me sorry its my appointment and moves me to another chair. I over hear the customer telling him that she barley called to see if he was working. She wasnt even an appointment. I ask a lady to look at the gel colors meanwhile I wait for someone to do my nails she says no wait. I ask Tony for the colors and he gives them to me. As soon as I get the colors a nail lady comes and asks me for the colors. I told her that I hadnt even looked at them yet and she says let me see them Ill give them back and I tell her that I barley got them. She says give them to me for a second. -_- I give them to her and they sit me down to do my pedicure first. I waited for 15 minutes for someone to do my toes and the same girl that said she was gunna help disappeared. Never again will I come here. I expect exceptional service not horrible service. There are so many other nail salons where I can spend my hard working money on.After she disappeared I walked out and came to Happiness Nails on Rio Rancho rd. And their customer service is amazing!

Ive never disliked my service until yesterday. I spent 105 and left without the design i asked for . They switched my materials and were unable to give me what I asked for. Plus she ripped off my nails hurting my fingers when I told her she cut down my nail dramatically compared to when she first clipped them. Luckily the owner stepped in
