Two of the three keys I got did not work. Thankfully customer service very quickly resolved and refunded my payment!

The key is mostly fine, although the brass option (cheapest option) does have some shreds of metal still to it afterwards. It smooths out pretty quickly. I would recommend being careful about using the upgrade option that smooths out the key, as it caused my key to not work. Customer service was great though. they gave me a refund and free promo code to retry, and it worked when i chose the exact copy option.

Its easy, and did not take a long time. Keys fit just fine.

It was really easy to do and I got my key very quickly. The key works just as well as the original too. What a convenient kiosk!
