So, it was a lot different from last time due to regulations implemented by the state because of the pandemic. But that been said, I really appreciate this place taking such good care. It felt really nice to have a professional hair cut and it looks so much sweater then the essential jail house hair cuts we all had to get when they were closed. Love this place. Make sure to call ahead until regulations are lifted.

Sometimes simple and basic is the best! The shop has been around for a long time. Its like walking into a little piece of history when you walk inside. Very cool. They definitely know their business. Service is friendly. Cuts are speedy, affordable, and come out looking great. My kids and family members love it.

I recommend Sugar River Barbara Shop. Professional men. Great value for haircuts. Always leave with the cut i like. Great conversation.

Good haircuts, but the barber named Marco can be surly. Also, price is a bit on the high side for standard haircuts. Dave, on the other hand, is always friendly and pleasant. Would recommend the barbershop, but you take your chances with which barber you get. If you have to travel more than a few miles to get there, you may want to re-consider.

Thank goodness places like this still exist! If you want an experience that harkens back to simpler times offering a great haircut and vintage surroundings, youve found it! Add the fact that the haircuts wont cost you an arm and a leg and two kidneys, and its all good. Been going there myself for over two years, and see no reason to go elsewhere.And be sure to ask David how his guitar playing is coming along. ;)

When I walked in I was told 4 people were ahead of me and it was going to be an hour, which I didn’t mind. There was no seating available so I said I would wait in my car. When I came back in from sitting right in front of the store I was told 4 more people it’ll be an hour. I said that I was waiting outside and was told, very rudely, that he dosent hold spots. Also the hours are never accurate. They choose when to be open and it’s a huge inconvenience. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I wouldnt trust anyone else to cut my hair. Always a great experience. Why people go to chains like Walmart, that charge the same price, is beyond my comprehension. As far as Im concerned, Sugar River Barbers is the place to be for a cut or trim. I always recommend them; Im glad I wandered in three years ago!
