Finished my service after 3 days. They state they will update you within 24-48 hours. However that didn’t happen.Thee service department doesn’t return calls or pick up the phone 80% of the time. But my vehicle was repaired .

Great service, originally I went to the Dodge dealer in Ontario but after waiting a half hour to drop off my car I left and decided to use John Elways Dodge. What a difference, they honor a appointment time, made sure parts were in stock and provide reminders for the appointment. Car was finished quickly and they washed it to. Talk about night and day, love the service!

I got good service, as always - my car runs beautifully. However, may I share one thing which I felt was a glitch. I left my car Tues. morning; got a follow up call Wed. a.m.; but then heard nothing for two days (left a message for my rep on Thursday but didnt hear back). I called on Friday morning and another representative was assigned to take over the work. The work done was excellent - but not having good feedback to the client makes us go crazy (sorry!). I felt no one was following up on my car; I was the one who had to call you to find out its status. Some more thought on how to do this better would be so welcome. (Your intake procedure is wonderful - very attentive). I do appreciate your dealership and will be back. I know we are all doing our best in these trying times.

Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted and welcomed, then how may we help you this morning. I was totally blown away by my service representative, Michael. He was very patient, knowledgeable and displayed an attitude that made you feel confident, that you would receive excellent service. He was attentive to all you concerns and explained in detail the work that had been done, along with any findings the technician discovered. Good or bad. Also the work was completed, and I was out the door in less time than I anticipated. With a complementary car wash. My experiences today were 100%Great job John Elway Chrysler. 🤓

My car had a warranty issue. After almost 7 weeks with the dealer I finally got my car back. I have to say the process from the beginning was frustrating. I never received update calls. Even though the service was under warranty i should have been given a loaner car. Now I am struggling with Dodge to get reimbursed for the rental I had to get. Once I went into the dealership and spoke with management i then started getting better communication. But it should not have gotten that far. Communication for me was key in this process.

My 2009 Ram truck had a recall. I took it in to John Elway’s Claremont Dodge. The recall part had to be ordered and it arrived in 1 day. I had a planned trip and the repair time was getting very close to my departure date to my weekend ski trip. I advised Rylee ( customer service rep) and they completed the repair and scheduled for a late pick up. I made my trip on time. Thank you.

Riley is an amazing asset for the service department, she is great to deal with and got us taken care of. Our outside warranty is not an easy company to deal with, but she went above and beyond for us!

Took in my truck for a recall service. I also requested a quote for an additional service to be done on my truck. Service attendant was polite and said she will provide me a quote along with a ride home while the service was provided. I waited and waited for the ride and it was not done. I attempted to ask attendant about the ride and quote. She immediately cut me off and said shed get back to me after she finished with another customer. I had to wait untill my truck was done and I was never given that ride home. Another attendant gave me my truck and the quote I asked for. I was planning to get that quoted service done, but since they never asked, I guess my business was not wanted.

Lack of communication by the guy who helped me. Had an appointment for 10 am but couldnt get a call back about service until after 5 pm. Turns out I also couldnt pick my car back up the same day despite no physical work done. And they were closing at 6 pm. Could have mentioned early on in the day about possibility that they wouldnt work on my car and it would need to stay overnight. Plus side, they have a complimentary Lyft service to take you home and bring you back. Additional note, if you were scheduled to repair my windshield wiper arm along with the recall I came in for why not make sure to have the wiper on hand. Instead, you waited until I bring my car in to check and realize it needs to be ordered with an ETA of 7 to 10 days. I like the place but struggled to communicate well with the guy and so had a poor experience. Also asked for a supervisor both days, got no supervisor. I dont want to come back to this place.Again I ponder, who must accept the burden of communication?

The service team is very friendly and enjoyable to be around during the short wait I was there for an oil change with no appointment and first time. Victor had manners and took care of my needs accordingly. The service department and the parts department are located next to each other for convenience. I will definitely be coming back here for other services in the future.

My experience with this dealership so far has been great though I have yet to come in for service. Parts department folks have always been nice with me. The service desk has always been great as well when I needed a second opinion. I was taking my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee to the Dodge dealership in Monrovia (near my work) but after a really bad experience there I will no longer go there. The Monrovia dealership had just changed ownership at the beginning of 2020 and wanted to charge me $1700 to fix an HID headlamp assembly. I worked with a private mechanic and this Claremont Chrysler dealer to obtain a replacement HID headlamp module for under $200 - total repair cost $420. Thank you Claremont Chrysler Dodge dealership! You saved over a $1000! I will be coming here from now on.

This visit was horrible. What was told to be a 2 hour wait turned into a 4 hour wait. Very inconsiderate customer service. I will never go back to this dealer. This is not the first time they do this to me. I called to speak to the manager while I was waiting, Jennifer transferred me to Michaels voicemail. I called the second time, and of course they left me on hold. HORRIBLE customer service. I wouldn’t even give one star on this review.

Service representative Erica was the most horrible terrible service advisor that you can ever have she was very slow on completing a task I had to call several times for an update on my vehicle when I call her and leave a message she takes hours I mean two or more hours to return my call or give me an update..my car was there two weeks for the service that they done the service manager Hector had to take over. For Erica and he done a wonderful job I wouldn’t recommend anybody to go to John Elway Dodge and I know in the future I won’t be going back as long as Erica service advisor is working there. Took truck in for detail on Friday October 17, Looked good from the front and well when I left didn’t take notice, take note i have a bed cover well it was cleaned inside and well the cover itself was dirty on top, the backseat was never cleaned I asked if I should remove car seats they said no they can clean around well around wasn’t cleaned either, detail guy left the degreaser bottle on my sons seat. No water proof spray was applied to carpet after they said they were. Lots of over spray on truck and windows were smeared. Got home and finished the detail myself. So much for a paint and fabric detail.Also ordered some weather proof carpets from Oscar and well he said a couple times it was 2 pieces front row and back row, well it was 4 pieces. So much for being excited to a deatailed truck and new rubber mats. Took tons of pics but can’t upload.

Great experience at this dealership! No line when I dropped off or picked up. I was greeted immediately and asked, by at least 5 other people, if I had been helped while waiting only a few minutes outside. I was happy that they were taking many precautions to prevent the spread of Covid, especially since the dealership I usually take my car to had been shut down due to a COVID outbreak. My service representative, Robert, was very efficient and friendly and even let me blab on a bit, which was appreciated since I’ve been pretty cooped up during this pandemic lol! My husband takes his Jeep here as well and always has a very positive experience! I will definitely be bringing my car here for any future repairs or maintenance.

I took my Durango for service, called ahead and was told I don’t need appointment and I could use the “express lane”Up on arrival I was acknowledged by a service technician and since he was with a customer he told me to go inside an office and they would help me.I proceeded inside, The service tech at the desk was victor and ask me why I was there for. I told him to service my Durango, he told me to go back outside and the service tech out there would help me.I went back outside and waited about 15 minutes until someone else came out of another office and told me to go back inside and they would help me. Went back inside and waited in front of Victor again until he was done with whatever he was doing until he finally helped me. When the vehicle was done and I went back to get it, I went in the office, Victor was with a customer but did not acknowledge me at all, I stood there about 20 minute as Victor talk to the customer about and asked the customer about his parents. Work, what he had been up to and if he was retired etc. Finally I believe was the cashier I think her name was Karla, asked if I had been helped, I told he no that I was just there to pick up my car that I got a called it was done.She asked who helped me, I told her Victor, Victor then looked up then away and rudely said “his file is in the cabinet if you don’t mind”Karla* said to me I don’t mind helping you and apologize for not been acknowledged, it took her 2 minutes and I was gone.I would go back and might but I don’t know what Victor’s problem is.

Service is normally good. However I think that it is unfair to the consumer to have to pay an inspection cost prior to the service. Either I need brakes or I don’t. I paid for my brakes to be inspected only to find out that i didn’t need brakes. So I was out of 149.00 just for the service to tell me I didn’t need brakes. That really sucks.

I took our 2014 Chrysler Town and Country for the video monitor for watching movies in the back of the van.The passenger air bag light kept coming on.It also, needed the 100,000 mile tune up.Well after about 2 weeks we finally got our van back and the tv monitor is still not working. The dealer installed a refurbished tv monitor that was defective out of the box.Now, I have to come back, when the replacement monitor comes in from back East.I am still giving the service writer and the dealer ship 4 stars because they were professional and kept me posted on the events that took place with my repair order.5 stars would have been given if my tv monitor would have been fixed.

Ok, totally understand covid...almost two months ago I stopped into the service department...not a single customer with a car waiting to be checked in. I walked into the service office and explained my 2019 sun visor fell off going over a bump. The person I spoke with asked if I was leaving it for repair...um no its my daily driver, please order part and I will bring it back. Service person came out took pictures and my phone number. No call back..........at all.........last week the passenger side falls off when my wife actually tried to use it...so I make appointment. Wife takes it in, parts ar in backorder. Google says its a known issue, why it isnt a recall idk. Safety issues, stuff falling in the drivers face.

Took my SRT Jeep Cherokee in as the engine stalled while making a U-turn with my better half and young children in the car. It also needed an oil change. The vehicle is a 2015 and has just under 30k miles.So the vehicle sat there for a week with very little info from the advisor. Each day I’d text for an update and eventually I’d get a response that the tech still wasn’t able to duplicate the issue. A bit concerning about the vehicle since I’m now not sure I trust the car.After a week, I inquired as to what the process was. Having never been in this situation before, I wasn’t sure what the dealer would actually do to try and find a problem or make any repairs. After telling the advisor that I was basically waiting on them, I was then told I could come get the vehicle.Despite having an extended warranty, I was still charged a diagnostic fee or $155.I got home only to find the vehicle leaking oil onto my driveway. I took the vehicle back and was told that the oil filter was loose.I’ll say that the staff I dealt with (especially the porter) were real friendly, but I’m not sure I’d trust the work.*** 01/15/20 After contacting Hector Ruiz, the fixed operations director, I have yet to year back as to what was done to look into the issue or resolve it despite an email saying that he would.

I showed Victor the warranty manager, what issue my electronic step was doing, when I dropped off my truck. This dealership held on to my truck for 3 weeks and supposedly they were unable to duplicate the electronic step not working. After 3 weeks, I show up expecting the electronic step to be fixed and my vehicle was returned to me with the same issue. I went out to the truck and of course the truck still had the same issue with the electronic step, which lead me to believe that they have incompetent workers that do not pay attention to detail. Victor was so embarrassed that I was able to duplicate the issue when I dropped off the truck and when I picked up the truck, but they couldnt duplicate the issue in 3 weeks that they had the truck. I now have to inconvenience myself on a future date and have them fixed the same issue that they couldnt fixed in 3 weeks.

From top to bottom my experience with John Elway CDJR has been the best I’ve had. From the nice lady who answered when I first called about my Grand Cherokee issues, I think her name is Adriana. To the guy, Michael, that greeted me for my appointment. Not only was my issue taken cared of (diesel regen code) but I felt like I was cared for the entire time. Adriana made sure they stayed on top of it and communicated with me the entire time! (i love my Jeep and didn’t want to be in a loaner for too long) Now THATS service! Thanks guys! 10/10 recommend!

So far we’ve had terrible service at both the Redlands Jeep dealer and the Ontario Jeep dealer, and won’t ever be going back to either! After a terrible morning at the Ontario Jeep service department when I was supposed to have an appointment (turns out they can’t even look at it until next Wednesday!) I left in an extreme anger! I called John Elway’s Dealership in Claremont and drove here and they are already taking care of me with no appointment ahead of time! Thank you Erica Schilling in the service department! Riley really went above and beyond when the van was still making noise that she requested more time to work on it and arranged for a rental to be available. Took 6 hours for an oil change and tire rotation and I had an appointment. They told me 9 minutes before closing and said it was ready. I attempted to contact for an ETA an hour prior and didn’t receive a reply. Had to call again to get a response. Also the tire rotation wasn’t done correctly. They simply swapped the tires on each side front to back. Tire pressure was not adjusted to vehicle specifications after the incorrect rotation either. Oil was leaking from my truck on my driveway after I brought it home. Appears the leak stopped but will monitor it.

ScarErica (The Mayor) in the Service department was great. She was able to put up with me and my shenanigans and sarcasm. I’ve met my match. Oil change and software update was successful. First off the service representative had a horrible customer service. She does not know how to follow up with her customers I had to call her several times to find out what was going on with my vehicle when it was going to be complete. Another service representative had to tell me there was a back order on the transmission when I had to go in to follow up myself .They had my car over two weeks never offered to put me in a rental. There was extremely poor communication. I dropped my car at 8am and was told they’d need it majority of the day to figure out what was going on with my auto start/stop not working. Nobody called to tell me what was going so I called at 4 to check in and was told they’ll check with the tech and call me right back which never happened so I had to call again and they had closed. I had to call again In the morning still not hearing from anyon. when it was finally ready to pick up my paper work was done wrong so I had to wait while that got fixed. I think it’s time to find a new dealer.

Oscar was very thorough with my service needs for my truck. They gave me an appointment when I needed, they had my truck ready 15 minutes before I had told them I’d need it. Great service, unlike other dodge dealerships local.

I had some issues with the battery in my Dodge Ram 1500 .. bought it 3 months ago, at a different location .. I live in Jurupa Valley but i didn’t think twice going to this location just for the great customer service and professionalism of Victor Marquéz.5 stars for the service department!

We travel 40 miles to this Dodge Service Department & get a rental car because the one near us is SO awful.My only complaint is I had to keep contacting the service department rep to get updates on our car. I would give 5 stars if they communicated better with us

Are used to go to the jeep in Ontario but it was always crowded they could never get you in when you need to go in and then I found your jeep shop and I love it they’re always pleasant was fast very helpful people I will be continuing to go there

Brought my car in to get my windshield wiper fluid mechanism fixed and there were able to fit in an oil change and rotate my tires without a second thought. I was very happy with my visit.
