WEAK. They just called me to cancel tomorrow’s appointment that I scheduled a month ago. The next comparable appointment was 5 weeks out from now lmao ME’s are a total scam post pandemic. Artificially low therapist numbers so you can’t spend your credits, won’t let you cancel and keep using credits. The last time I was in there on a Friday afternoon maybe 20% of the rooms were being used. They void your saved credits if you cancel your sub so you can’t quit until you use them all but you can’t use them because they have no appointments available. Don’t fall into the scam. Take your hard earned money to a smaller local spa where they will appreciate it and take care of you.

I have been going to Alexia at this Massage Envy for a while now. And I can honestly say, she is amazing. She has helped my overall health so much. I have had back pain, chronic headaches, tightness in my legs/hips and tennis elbow, and she has helped alleviate them all. I see her regularly and always walk away feeling better. She is definitely an expert in her field.

I have been to two other locations and I was not happy with my sessions! I will say this location is by far the best one in my opinion. I had a 90 minute massage and Jessica was absolutely fabulous! I followed my massage with a 60 minute facial and Lisa was absolutely fabulous! I live in Rancho and because of what great service these two ladies gave me I will drive to this location everytime!! Thank you ladies for making me feel so relaxed today!!

I have never had a bad experience at this location. I have chronic headaches from knots in my neck and shoulders but Andrew and Gloria are the best! They were able to really help reduce and eliminate these pesky knots and my headaches have gone away. I even was able to relax and fall asleep at my last visit. Thank you Andrew and Gloria! You guys are the best!!!!

I recently went here to get a facial and they have the best service. The people were extremely friendly and made you feel welcomed. Not to mentioned how amazing the overall experience was! I had heard all kinds of horrible stories about facials, but I promise you its one of the best experiences. Love love love it !!

It always depends on who you get. However, I have always had a good experience. It might take you some time to find a therapist that suits you. The staff does help you find a therapist that works best you.

Love this Massage Envy - have gone through 4 therapists that were all very good. I wont mention names, because I dont want to share! They seem to be able to vet and hire really good therapists here though - so I highly recommend.

Great massage therapists along with friendly and competent front desk staff. The Claremont M.E. is a much nicer facility than other M.E. locations. For example: plush waiting lounge, large well appointed reception lobby, larger therapy rooms, hot towel service, mints and so on. More than 30 visits and each has been a very good experience.

I was given a gift of a massage for Christmas. I go to book one, and because four years ago I was a member, they wanted to charge me an additional $40. For being a non member. I asked to refund me the amount so that I can go get a massage at Greenspa, and they said that the gift certificate is not refundable. I was thinking about trying them again, but this has changed my decision.

I enjoy my time here each time I come. The staff are very friendly and each masseuse is very good at what they do. I always leave feeling better than I did walking in.

So hard to get in, but wonderful when I do. Floating on a cloud right now.

Find a good masseuse or two and stick with them.

Jessica is great! She will work out those knots!

Price increase is astranomical and memeberships too strict.
