My experience here today was good I was able to almost all the items we needed on our grocery list, only issue I noticed was some of the self checkout lines the machines werent working and the one I used also wasnt working but luckily the lady that runs the lines was close by and got it working for me. So all in all it was a good visit store was clean, bathrooms also clean and you have a changing table in the family bathroom Thank you!!

Its okay. The experience is dog water. People are either walking in slow motion or sprinting around corners. They have good deals on products but the selection is limited. Typically only flavor of a thing in bulk. The scan and go experience brings it up from 2 stars to 3 though. Being able to not deal with self checkout and see your running total is lit.

Its a very big super shop where you get to buy everything in bulk. They have all kinda good stuffs there. I like their Levis denim collection there. Its well maintained with many workers. Nice & clean environment gives you a better deal for shopping.

At Sams for gas. Very busy, but moves smoothly. Attendant comes by and asks if Id like some help. They are always nice, friendly, and helpful here.

I come regularly. Super packed! Way too much for my comfort!They need someone to run to gas station better. They need someone directing cars and making sure people are cutting I. The lines. And in all honesty when there is a problem like someone cutting in those that do it NEED TO BE ASKED TO LEAVE!But I still will shop there because they have some good products

Typical big box store in line with Costco but always less crowded. Good selection of products. Helpful staff.

With gas prices skyrocketing, they were packed. But they are the cheapest gas around, so thats to be expected. Still its well organized and the flow of traffic is one-way. So there isnt much line cutting and people coming in from all directions.

Cool selection, curb side pick up and been with them for a good while good for monthly savings like toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap and meat good shopping environment.

Sams 1 vs Costco 0 ok its not like they are trying to be the same store or are they? Both Costco and Sams have similar items in a similar layout. Sams is better for 2 reasons (although Im sure there are more) 1. The crowds. Sams was plenty busy. But I didnt feel like I was In a fight for my life to get in and out of the store (exaggeration). 2. Self check out. When we were ready to check out we rolled up to the self checkout counter (like a normal checkout lane without the human) zapped our goods and were in our way. Total time car door to car door for 7 items was 15min. Could i do that at Costco? I havent yet.

Ashley is the nicest employee at Citrus Heights. Super friendly and very helpful.I have to take off one star because I hate being constantly attacked with requests to upgrade my membership, get a credit card I dont need, or swith a phone/cable/internet service provider.

Great place to shop, especially if you have the app. Sometimes I come to the parking lot to do video meetings because I get better reception. The employees are amazing! Never a friendlier staff, pandemic pressure or not, there could be lines down the isles and theyre still the chillest staff to ask questions or carry a convo with. Fair prices and most match anything youd find online. Sams is my go to for bulk groceries, office, home, kids books, and at the top of my list when Im on the hunt for a solid price with the added member benefits. Cant go wrong with a gas station thats always on my way out the neighborhood. With gas prices soaring, Im glad member-discounted gas is just a simple scan, fill, and go.

I mistakenly accepted their offer of a credit card. It took them nearly 15 minutes to authorize it, a severe waste of time. Then when I went to use my Sams Club card to get gas my atm and credit card were both declined.Very not happy with the whole thing.

There are some good things and bad things. They are adding a fresh juice bar and also a fresh sushi station made to order.The bad thing is that they moved everything all around. This really sucks as it takes way much more time to find things.

Great customer service and no wait in line, even though it was really busy.They were out of a couple of items though and it was frustrating.We go there often and it seems to be a trend.

Sams club used to be great but since the virus they have changed their early opening hours permanently till 8:00 a.m. instead of 7:00. That is it great inconvenience to me. They also open their tire shop later now also. The money I pay for the Plus membership used to be worth it I am now wondering about. I still like Sams club over the other big one but come on guys the virus is just about done go back to how it used to be.

Gas lines were incredibly long-on a Mon @ 12:30-but they were even longer yesterday.

Great self checkout services, pay/checkout with mobile phone to skip the line that rarely there. Very affordable fresh sushi service, and I can custom order my rolls. Able to buy stuff, some not in bulk.

Love this store making a major jewelry purchase and they were very accommodating. The store is very well stocked ❤ this place

I would give this place more stars if I could! They started the curbside pick up and the scan and go before any other warehouse, gas station, or grocery store I could think of. It is super convenient. Also as a Sam’s plus member, you can pick up and enter at 7am.

Its great because its not nearly as crowded as Costco. Plus I really dislike using public bathrooms, but their bathroom was super squeaky clean.

Covid safe!They have a really good working self-checkouts, curbside pickup also works fine. Also, you can use the Sams club app with the scan and go feature and scan all your items just when you put them in the cart in the store and simply avoid lines on checkout! I love how good they really care about people and help me save my time.

This location is clean, organized and has great customer service.Enjoy going to it.

Good prices and great selection. Also really clean and well maintained.

Placed a curbside pick up order. Once you arrive. You check in, in the app. Usually it takes only a few minutes to bring your order to your car.After waiting 15 minutes I try calling. Soon as a customer support agent answers, without even asking Im immediately put on hold without finding out what I need. I get frustrated and go into the store asking for a Manager. After asking 3 associates for a Manager mind you all 3 had radios. The 3rd finally says I will go get one and bring them to you. After discussing my issue with him showing him that I did infact check in within the app,, he asks the associate that works in this department if she has a order with my name. And apparently nothing popped up with my name,, he takes care of the problem as has her bring it out to my car.

Went to gas station. Line was a little long but everything went smoothly.

The girl at the self check out was very helpful.

My go to store for anything in bulk quantities. Their in store sushi concession is better than some of the local sushi restaurants. I feel like I save enough $$ to cover the membership fee over the course of a year

Sadly prices on some food items have went up this past week, or I wouldve given it 5 stars. The employees are always nice and friendly so, its still a good place to shop. There are still some great deals, I was just very surprised to see that some items have increased a dollar or two.

I love my Sams club! Not too sure about the new layout. Kinda of tight in some areas,like the clothes and produce departments. I do like the separate departments of the produce and dairy coolers. I guess a work in progress. Overall still a great place to shop!

Sams club is great! They just added baby back ribs along with their cooked chickens. Good job Sams club.Now, for the bad. Im a contractor and I buy ice every week. Its not in their system to scan so you can pick up on the way out.Ive asked managers to correct the problem every week when I leave for the past 2 months.Still nothing, is it really that hard to change.Managers are asleep, too bad.

Out of merchandise, going to get worse, to shortages again, limit one.

Love this place. Nothing crazy like Costco where 1 hour goes to parking and 2 hours to checking out.

Well I have to say during these hard times and the holidays so close the Christmas they had the store running like a smooth oiled machine very impressed organized plenty of room for everyone easy checkout friendly staff definitely a two thumbs up in my book I am a new member just this year to me so far so good you guys give them a try you wont regret it its worth the fee happy holidays

Stood in line for almost an hour just to get a temporary membership card with just 4 people in front of me. I could have driven home got my card and driven back in less time. There is no reason it should have happened.

Place is in disarray. Remodel of new Produce fridge and too much product on floor. Seriously . Why have very narrow pathways . Store management needs to design this better. If its temporary thats one thing but they need to consider the customer experience. I suggest they put all the breads in a organized shelf area instead of being used as roadblock.

All have good deals on clothing as well as food and drinks.

I have always given Sams a high rating not today. To many food areas blocked off. Not everyone has large gatherings, we are just surviving on the foods we buy. Off to another store. Signed senior citizen.

As always clean and neat. Prices for beef are way high. 6 lbs of 80/20 hamburger was about $33!Selection on almost everything is still limited. I still would rather shop here as opposed to my local Wal-Mat
