RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!! After purchasing a groupon ad for a hair cut, style and condition with Lily I know am in shock at her service, attitude and general rudeness. After leaving several messages she did not return my calls, I finally got ahold of her to book my appointment to have her say Im booked till next YEAR, I can give my assisants number REALLY? did I pay for her assistant to do my hair? Would a professional say in a NICE manner let me have my assistant call you??? Apparently MISS LILY does not need new business or a good reputation for that matter. Even after I explained I had been with the same hair girl for 15 years & was looking to try something new she STILL put me off and with a sigh no less. Well, Miss Lily you got my vote for rudeness and as a LOCAL business owner myself I wont hesitate to tell people my experience with YOU!!!!!
