I moved to California 4 years ago. I have a ton of root canals and crowns, so I am well aware of how things should go. I had been to 3 different dentists with poor results.I first saw Dr. Gabriela for a second opinion- since I was told I needed my root removed from a painful tooth. She took one look at X-rays and said not to do it!I finally got brave to try again, because I chipped a tooth and had no choice.So I returned to the office..Allen did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. He even numbed up the one spot that was hurting me BEFORE he started working on it. He has been with Dr. Allen for 18 years! That speaks volumes.Then, I saw Dr. Allen (yes both are Allen) and he was able to fix the chipped tooth.I found both Allens to be warm, calm, polite and thorough.I am ready to come back for the other more serious work that needs to be done.Today, no one pressured me to get work done- but instead booked my next cleaning and said that we can talk about replacing poor workmanship at that appointment.All looked ok today.

No communication whatsoever. Was told there was a plan..... What plan? Went in for a broken crown last year, it’s still not fixed. Was told I have infection in jaw teeth need to be extracted. Tanner would refer me. Never happened.Very dissatisfied... Zero stars ⭐️

As soon as you walk in you’re greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. Each staff member I came into contact with seemed genuinely happy that I was there. It was busy but the vibe was calm, efficient and streamlined. Each person had their duties and I was quickly yet warmly moved to the next person/ stage in my appointment. Each person was great at talking with me to get to know me while still staying on task. Each question I had during the process was answered in a way that they were happy to answer and want me to understand the care I’m receiving. My hygienist Jessica was fantastic! She periodically checked in with me, kept the convo light and I could tell she loves her job. 18 years at the same practice says a lot. The dentist was great! Dr. Rasi was caring, to the point and made sure herself, the hygienist and myself were on the same page with our game plan. I loved that she came back to check on me a few times. A very professional and personable office. I highly recommend.

I had a fabulous cleaning performed my Melanie. AODC always has the most amazing Dental Hygienists! My teeth were cleaned perfectly and pain free. Dr Alan was great as well and did a very thorough exam including checking for oral cancer.I will look forward to my next visit!

If your looking for an honest, down to earth, professional group of medical staff and dentists this place I would highly recommend. Dr. Alan gave me the few options to choose from for me to decide as well as his personal opinion on what I should do while planning for the future. They made me feel right at home during the procedure, so much so I was able to take a short nap while Dr. Alan gracefully completed the procedure. If only I could give 0 stars, this place is a scam. BE CAREFUL! After my 1 deep cleaning I had with almond orchard, I payed for my service immediately after it was done and left. Months later, I get a bill in the mail saying I am late on paying, even though I payed. I called them to straighten it out and I was shocked when they told me that this isn’t an accidental re-occurring bill BUT it’s a bill that “my insurance company didn’t cover” so I have to cover it. I didn’t believe this at all. So I called my insurance company, they told me I should have only been billed 58$ in the first place yet I was charged 175$; meaning they hid charges from my insurance so that they could charge me out of pocket. My insurance advised me not to do business further and tried to handle it on my behalf. After many attempts of my INSURANCE COMPANY calling ALMOND ORCHARD, almond orchard restricted the insurance company to call any further due to harassment. They never answered my insurance company calls, so this never got resolved and I had no choice but to file a formal complaint. Almond orchard eventually stopped bugging me about this random bill that they tried to scam out of me (178$), never cleared things up, then they have the guts to call me to schedule an appointment with me. LOL. I couldn’t help but laugh, what a joke of a dentist. Run run run!

Part of my back molar and filling had chipped and I needed a crown. I had a lot of anxiety about the process of getting this done because I hate the shots and the drilling.That said, Dr. Tanner did it all without causing me one iota of pain or discomfort and his assistant, Jamie, was pretty wonderful as well.I’ve been a patient of Dr. Tanner’s for approximately 25-30 years and there’s a reason why I keep returning.I think Dr. Tanner and his staff are simply the best!PS. I also love Winston, the office’s therapy dog. He’s very cool and has a calming effect on patient’s like me!

I love this dentist office, my schedule consistently changes and they are wonderful in working with me and the staff is amazing! I’ve been going to this dentist for about 2 years now. The staff and dentist are amazing! The hygienist always takes her time and gives me good advice to improve my oral health. The doctor is also very good. I had a minor cavity filled without having it numbed first and I had no pain because the dentist was gentle and took his time to make sure I was comfortable. Their hours are also very convenient and due to my work hours I can not go during the week, so I always go in on Saturdays. The wait time is minimal. I highly recommend this place!

She is awesome! They are very thorough and take the time to explain what and why certain dental work needs to be done. Great Customer Service!!! Everyone was very warm and friendly and used great sanitation measures. I checked in from my car. The staff made sure I had a mask. They took my temperature when I arrived. There was hand sanitizer and wipes available inside the entry Way. The receptionists made me feel very welcomed and expediently checked me in.My hygienist Jessica is amazing! She was warm and friendly and explained everything so well. She made me feel comfortable as she asked me the COVID questions before started. She did an awesome job on my teeth!!! I have a mess of issues and a limited budget. Both Doctor Tanners have taken great care of me and laid out a comprehensive plan to make sure I get squared away. Sr. Is a fellow vet and we talked a long time. The hygiene staff is friendly and make you feel at home. I’m happy to take my whole family here- clean environment and latest tech.

I am not a patient here however I bring my Aunt here for her appointments. She has had many surgeries on her jaw and has a difficult time opening her mouth wide. The biggest asset they have is Alan, who is an oral hygienist. He is very personable, professional and just puts you at ease.

My whole family goes to lemons orchard dental because the staff first of all cares. My wife and myself have had work done and the next day the doctor himself called to see how we were feeling. My daughter has had a fear of the dentist prior to almond orchard dental and the whole staff has made her feel at easy and welcomed. The dentist there care about the health of our teeth he does little extras at no charge. I love almond orchard dental and highly recommend them to anybody.

I liked my hygienist as she was knowledgeable but most of all listened and was gentle. Meeting the dentist I liked him too. I thought he was professional and laid back. I didn’t feel overly prodded and I liked how although there were two dental issues only one at this time requires attention.The front desk were fast courteous and efficient.
