When I first got my lizards, I was unsure about what stuff to get, but one of the employees was very helpful, and he answered just about every question I had. Now, I go and get crickets for them, and its always this gorgeous girl that assists me. Like, Everytime I go. So I enjoy visiting the store. Very much. 😌

Love this petsmart, the staff there are very knowledgeable and friendly. They love seeing my little Daisy Mae and she loves the attention. We bought her this pumpkin costume it is a little small thats because it is for a bearded dragon and she is too small for guinea pig clothes. Lol

This place has a great selection of pet food. The staff took time to answer all questions.

Workers are friendly. Place is big so at times it takes some looking to find help. Has alot to offer beloved pets and a banfield for care as well as sweet cats/kittens looking to have a home of their own. .. only negative is a wish theyd clean this floors and lower part of walls fixtures a good cleaning.. would feel healthier.

Very helpful staff with a lot of variety to choose from. We also get our cats special CD diet there with their vet service.

It was wonderful we were there to get fancy mice but there were only 3 employees working at the time and the store was really busy. They did a really great job tho I was impressed and the girl that helped us was very knowledgable about the mice and was able to answer alot of questions my daughter has. Thank you..

People working were really nice and helpful. However, there was ALOT of merchandise out of place and the store just seemed to be in an uproar.

I’m a frequent customer at this location because it’s convenient, always buy my dog food here, bought an igloo and two life vests, one for my dog and one for a friends dog.. can someone explain why they won’t sell me a fish??. Apparently I can take care of my dog that I had with me but a fish is just way too much responsibility for me lol.. the lady in the fish department is on a power trip. She must be saving the world one petsmart fish at a time. Your supposed to make them money not turn away business.. Are you kidding me??

I use the Grooming department on a monthly basis. I have 2 chihuahuas that are bathed and nails trimmed. The groomers are courteous and very friendly.

Bring my cat to Banfield Hospital here. But they always have such a great selection of cat items here.

They did an awesome job with my Luna even though I am trying to book with Corissa again and can not find her having any appointments I am a lil skeptical on letting another person handle her due to the reviews but I’m hoping her appointment will go just as well as the first when I was nervous just once my baby is use to someone I like to stick with the same groomer if possible but love the service they did an awesome job!!!!

I received nothing less than excellent service and advice from the employees here. They made me feel better about the new puppy that I have. They gave me some tips on how to move forward in my first time with a puppy.

Took our dogs to get groomed & the groomers were great!

I was in the store with my dog Coco to trim hers nail, but I was so scared because in her life almost 12 years old, was the first time, she always did by herself in our old house but we moved out so the new place was so hard for her to do it, so her nails were very long and she had a lot of pain for her arthritis. She refused very hard that mom and daddy helped her cutting the nails, So I took her to Petsmart the grooming area and the experience was amazing, they treated my baby as princess, she accepted the people working in there very good, because they were so nice and gentle with my old lady. Thank you so much! I will back as soon she needs it.

I always enjoy my visits to PetSmart!Although there was an unusually long line for check out this particular visit, the cashiers were pretty efficient in getting us all out of there.Sometimes items are a bit pricey, but I often find great clearance deals no other place can beat ! The option to bring my dog along inside the store worry free is my favorite perk of shopping here. :)

This place has a lot of great stuff! I have small animals and have good options. But sometimes it feels a bit understaffed and you may have to be patient getting help on the floor, but the employees are super kind and helpful when they do help! Welcoming atmosphere

Good pet store, good prices and selections

Love petsmart they do just about everything for pets and there trainers are good at helping u get your pets under control.

Their staff is super friendly, at least the times I went there.What they sell dont seem to be priced badly and they tend to have a good amount of stock.They tend to always be busy as of recently with not too much staff on hand so lines do form to either checkout or to get help.

I am at a loss of words for how incredible our experience was at this PetSmart. We have taken one of our dogs to the grooming center inside the store before, but when we took our other dog Cinnamon today, she had a bit of an accident while in the bath. Cinnamon is really not a fan of water and when she was in the bath, she was trying to get away and hurt one of her back legs in the process. When we picked her up, the groomer let us know everything that happened in detail and told us to call if she was still limping. When we got home, we noticed that Cinnamon wasnt wagging her tail as much and wouldnt jump at all compared to her usual jumping antics. When we called this PetSmart to let them know, they told us to bring in Cinnamon right away so they could take care of her. We brought her in and took her to the Banfield location that is inside the same PetSmart. Everyone we dealt with was so kind and they got Cinnamon all taken care of. We didnt have to go through any hoops whatsoever and the fact that they really took care of Cinnamon immediately with no hassle made both my girlfriend and I feel at ease with this whole situation. Its experiences like these that make me want to do business with this PetSmart for everything possible since I know that if anything goes wrong, well be taken care of. Were endlessly thankful for the care every staff member gave Cinnamon and were proud to call this PetSmart the store well do every bit of business we can with.

It seems that lately they are not restocking their shelves. We have been trying to purchase Fancy Feast cat food for over a month. Every time we go there, all we find are empty shelves. When asked about this, their employees have a very cavalier attitude.

I’m a first time dog owner and I brought my puppy Cali (13wks old) to the grooming dept for a trim. I was nervous to bring her because she’s super hyper around others, so I asked the receptionist if it was safe for her to get a trim with her being overly energetic. He assured me that she’d be taking care of and not to worry. Well some hours later I received a call stating that Cali was snipped on her paw pad while getting groomed and she’s being looked at by a vet. I immediately started to panic and worry because I didn’t know the severity of the cut. The groomer told me that Cali was okay and didn’t cry or react to being cut, but she still wanted to get the injury looked at by Dr. Ellis. When the Dr called me she informed me that Cali (13wks old) paw was bleeding pretty bad and they were going to bandage her up and give her antibiotics and pain meds. Now my poor baby is stuck with a cone around her head and neck, with limited mobility. When I came to pick her up she had no energy and can barely lift her head. I’m disgusted and disappointed with the services I received and will taking further actions with this incident.

The help was good , I got my fish there and all my questions about my fish tank where answered.

Groomers here are great, fit me in when I didnt have an appointment for my dogs nails. With the pandemic, I dont get out much so appreciated the nice attitude of groomer. She also did a really great job on my dogs nails. *Checkout lines were kind of long but it seemed like a busy day

The girl woke us up a couple hrs before they open to get us unloaded, fast and got us out before massive traffic. We got to our next drop hrs early also. Great job, Id much rather have been woke up than sit for hours after appointment waiting. Definitely trucker friendly, just wish they would have thought about that when they built that dock. Id hate to have to get in there when there are cars in the parking lot.

I ended up buying a 24 pack of Caesars Filet minion flavor and did not know it was available and in stock after being disappointed at Walgreens.

I spent some time in the dog food section looking for puppy food that has not been recalled and is good for puppys and dogs. DJ the manager came up to me ask if he could help me so I asked him many questions about their different dog foods. He answered every one of them. He definitely knew what he was talking about. Thanks to him I felt confident when I brought my puppy food thats its one of the best brands out their. My puppy loves the food. Thank you DJ for taking the time with me and helping me out. You are awesome.

Always clean, but the selection is kind of sparse tbh. I mean they have half an isle for cat toys and half an isle for cat tunnels and such. They have a great selection of cat food but have like 5(over priced) selections of cat nip.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Our dog recently passed away and we order a paw print and before we received it paw print we received note from the whole staff with their condolences that was the sweetest thing ever!

This stores been open throughout the whole covid situation, and I thank them for that. Theyve allowed customers in the store like regular, but they also offer curbside! The staff is still friendly under all those masks 😷 I appreciate them having what my fur family needs!

Didnt actually use curbside.....but the service I received inside was AAAAAAAWESOME!!!!!!! Boston the cashier and the young man who helped me, made my visit to this store enjoyable. Since this Pandemic, I have very rarely left my house, much less go to/inside a store. You see, I am 64 and have lung and heart issues, so its not so safe out there for me. But your employees there made me feel at ease.

This store use to be a nice store, however it has really taken a BIG fall! First you go in and none of the carts are Clean, you are greated by the DEAD Beta Fish 🐟, the cat food is all over the place and the store is filthy! I wont be back to this store anymore! Watt Ave is by far the best PetSmart in the area. Will be posting on Yelp and the PETA because of the lack of care for the fish! By By!

This store always has great customer service! I usually grab cute toys and treats for my kitties and havent had an issue with anything yet. Loved the Santa for pets too, made the holidays super fun!

Usually not too crowded - employees were nice and were patient with me when I had a ton of questions about my new fish tank set up.

Everytime I go into this store, they are out of the common items I like to purchase for my dog. Specifically it is the Nutro Bone Broth. They show they have it online, I order it, they claim they dont have it, and I go into the store to pickup my order and there sits the item they said they were out of. Ironically, it was a buy 4 get the 5th free. I lost out on my free one due their incompetence. This is three weeks in a row. First time a mistake, 2nd time a habit, 3rd time is 3 strikes and theyre OUT! CHEWEY.COM HERE I COME!

The Receptionist was very helpful for my new client info fast. Doctor was very helpful and gave great advice on how to care & keep my pet out of pain.

Their food selection is the only good thing. The prices are super high compared to literally anywhere. Id say the staff 90%of the time have no clue about animals and rely off the horrible leaflets they offer people with bad caretaking advice. Go elsewhere.

Great service from Emma and the cashier (whose name I didnt get) this evening. My daughter got a 3 gal. Fish tank for her Birthday and was excited but didnt know what fish to get as they had a beautiful display. Emma was great and answered her questions which helped with my daughters final decision on what fish along with its companion and other supplies we happily purchased with her Birthday money. Thankful!
