Ive lived in a Kniesel property for over 8 years. Gary is a caring landlord. He takes great care of his properties. If something doesnt work, Gary is ALWAYS available and works to remedy the situation ASAP. I would highly recommend Kniesel Properties for residential or commercial needs! Hes the type of landlord that you can sit and have a cup of coffee with, or just take care of business and leave it at that. Hes mastered the fine art of showing that he cares without being a nosy landlord.

The facilities are nice, and the property manager Kathy is SO FREAKING NICE.... shes so responsive, and has given me great customer service since day 1. The owner is also great, highly recommend this facility.
