***Update to my review. Since this review, the manager spoke with me and explained staffing challenges then made sure to track my missing packages. She apologized for the inconvenience.***This place is a joke. I have three missing Amazon packages - again. Just drove over an hour to check my mailbox and nothing was in it. This is not the first time Amazon has a signature from someone who has accepted my packages over the counter they never end up in my mailbox and I dont get a slip. Im trying to call and get a hold of someone before I drive back down there and the voicemail says the box is full and no one answers their phone. I do not recommend this place of business. Theyre unreliable and have cost me hundreds of dollars in missing shipments.

Horrible service. The girls that worked there didn’t even bother to help an older man who was visually struggling with making copies, didn’t ask him if he needed help, he asked for aid several times and no one helped, until i saw a lady who didn’t work there help him print out the copies. Super rude and unhelpful in every aspect, also very slow.

Double check anything you have notarized here. This is the only time I ever had a problem with any notary at all, (including at any UPS store), but its happened twice here with two different clerks. Yes, it was a deed for another stateFirst time they forgot to put a notary stamp on the deed. The second time I rememinded a different notary to stamp the deed but they didnt fill out a method of verification. Each time I should have noticed before I paid for next day mail, twice. I dont know what the problem is, whether they are too hurried here or what. Its cheap, convenient and I will go back, but I will take 5 extra minutes with the clerk to walk me through and double check everything.

Shellee is not very competent and doesnt understand how to listen to a customers need. I asked several times if I can ship my package through the postal service and she kept saying no. I repeated back to her what she was implying and she changed her answer to yes when I insisted I wanted postal delivery as opposed to UPS. If you cant and wont listen to the customer then, please, quit working for the UPS store. Save everyone the hassle of dealing with you, Shellee. Shellee even kept wanting to give me quoted prices for UPS when thats clearly not what I asked for. She sold me as bubble envelope and said they dont offer polly bags. That part is fine but again she doesnt know her products and couldnt tell me how much it is. Thats very poor customer service and I almost left without sending my package to my daughter. On top of everything else, she couldnt use her weight scale and she tried to overcharge me. She had to ask her employee for assistance and she should have done this to begin with! After he helped, the price dropped by $5. Thats a big difference. Shellee was professional but her knowledge and experience in her product services are below normal standard and almost cost me more. Thats not acceptable. Know your product and services, but, above all listen to what your customer needs. Thats good customer service! I will not be using this location again. The location is in a bad intersection and not easily accessible.

There was a line, due to social distancing, out the door. The wait time to the counter was under 8 minutes. The UPS worker, Samantha, was very polite, helpful, quick, and knowledgeable. When I gave her my address she knew the Zip Code off the top of her head. I highly recomend this UPS establishment and will return here for all my shipping needs.

Absolute scandalous dumpster fire. Do yourself a favor because if I could have gone back in time, and given myself this message, I would have definitely listened. If you have to drive farther or if you have to go to a competitor, it is worth it because this place is a nightmare. They charged $3.45 to print a piece of paper and they didnt even tell me before hand it was going to cost anything.The UPS store that is 2 mi away does this for free on top of that their parking is terrible, their customer service is non-existent. Do not ever ever ever go to this dumpster fire of a business. I would rather actually go to a dumpster fire and throw my mail into it then go to this f****** place again

Went today to return 2 packages to Amazon. First waited 10 minutes for a parking spot and then 35 minutes inline. When I got up to the counter the lady says the system is down for Amazon returns so she cant help me. I asked her why havent they put a sign up on the door or something and she said yeah thats a good idea then just said next!! O told people inline about it and almost half of them left while cussing ect! Horrible customer service. Going to go to orangevale.

I walked in 15min till closing time. The lady said sorry were closed, although even the sign says open. After asking if I can just drop the item off they said no because it wasnt boxed. I had no idea that to buy a box and put an item in it at the store that specifically does exactly that is apparently a huge, complicated and time consuming process. Very disappointing especially after seeing 2 more customers walking in after me and being able to drop their stuff off just because it was boxed. Worst customer service ever.

Not cool. Line was very long out the door. Employees not wearing masks. Not enforcing customers to wear a mask. One employee, not wearing a mask, laughing and high giving a customer also not wearing a mask. Very inconsiderate during this time. Will not return.

Good store, convenient location...mostly. Staff is great, never a negative experience, but, the parking lot is tiny and shared with other stores. If memory serves me, there were less than 10 parking spots for 3 businesses. Its also very difficult to get out of the parking lot. I avoid this place during rush hour, the parking lot needs to be updated, but thats up to the property owner.

Edited review: Unfortunately, I know why there;s only a 2.7 star rating at this location now. I was given the runaround for 2 days and still wasnt helped with getting my issue resolved. I was treated rudely and will be contacting management. Until this i=has been addressed, Id advise using a different location. Theres a rating for a reason. Its too bad their rating went down. But, I see why now.Always quick service! Very friendly staff as well. Thank you UPS for being there for all of my shipping needs.

This office charged me $3.89 to print one page for a ship label after I already paid for shipping? Why does it cost almost $4 for printing a page of paper? The competitor charge a fracture of that. Like 35¢ or less at FedEx.01/02/2020 Update: In response to the owner because he/she replied to my review. I am not sure if I even understood what you meant to say. But I was charged $3.89 which is way more than 18¢ to print the shipping label in Black & White. Look at the picture of my receipt.

No idea why this place is so poorly rated. I just went in to have something notorized, ID copied, and everything mailed out and had exactly zero problems. Like five other customers came and went while I was there, zero problems as well. These online reviews sometimes make it seem like a place is perpetually on fire, then you go in and its just totally normal.

Came on a thursday and spent $50 to expedite a overnight package to get there by Friday. The worker ensured me it would be at the location by tomorrow. It didnt get there Friday but Monday so I called for a refund. SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF! Ive been calling the past 4 months for my refund and it still hasnt happened. Theyve taken my name and phone number down numerous times for the owner to to contact me but have recieved nothing. If the owner can please contact me, you have a very UPSET customer and this will be my last time at this location. I want my refund for the package not getting there from the promised date.

UPS is a giant scam.I will never be shipping with them again. Especially this location. I was told by two employees I would have my package delivered a certain day.. And it was not. There customer service is awful, no one will help and you get bounced around. They took 65$ and wont refund it. They actually charged me 7$ more.Do not ship with UPS, especially this location .

Unfortunately there is one lady who is absolutely rude and seems to be irritated at the fact that she has to do her job. She used to work at the store on Sunrise and when it closed she moved to this store. I couldnt believe I still have to deal with her. Everybody else is really nice and helpful but she just ruins the quality of customer service for the whole store.

This has to be the WORST customer service we have ever had! We are dealing with a damaged package that we bought insurance on. Depending on how the claim is handled will depend on if we add to this regarding the damage. This is about all the calls my husband has made in the last 3 days and STILL NO RETURN CALL even though the message states they we call you back within one day.You would think that a customer with a problem is something they would want to address, at least to avoid getting comments here or anywhere for that matter.Our advise to anyone wanting to use a UPS store, check the reviews (we didnt and wish we had) and choose wisely.

What an awful experience. I was told that I would get a tracking number in my email but never received one. Called them and gave them all the details for the shipment ,even the reference number. I was told they could not locate it . Are you serious ? You cannot locate a reference number generated by your crappy system? This is the first and last time I am using UPS for any shipments and particulary this store.People working here probably need a crash course in Customer Service

I have used this UPS Location a number of times and I have to be Honest, each time I am as Unprepared for the transaction as I was the Previous Time.I have Never Encountered a Problem here at this Location. And I am Really Disheartened at Hearing these Complaints to the Point Where it makes Me Question the Sincerity and Truth of said Complaints. These two Young Ladies, (Alex and Amanda), have Always Presented Themselves Professionally and Quite Friendly and Im a Gregarious Often Difficult Person to Deal With. Though, I Must Admit, I Like to have a Good Time when Im Out and About.If You would like to get Your work done and send a package or fax or even open up a mailbox, I Highly Recommend This Location. I Believe These Young Ladies will Not Only Treat You with the Highest Level of Professionalism, but they will become Endeared into Your Heart, if You Allow them to be. They deserve less than one star, intentionally recalled a package I had shipped with my prepaid label, although not before punching a whole in the side of the TV box and creating some dents, this was all because I wouldnt buy their insurance and pay for repackaging!

The owner of this store (and UPS Store #0814 on Sunrise) trains employees to sell an expensive shipping option without giving customers other options, unless they know to request one specifically by name. At the Sunrise store they tricked my wife into paying $17.30 to mail a music CD! When I called to complain the employee said the owner Kelly taught them to do this!

Awful! I spent $180 shipping a thanksgiving present to my little brother who is serving in active deployment over seas. It took a month for it to get to him and everything...I mean everything was broken. I had that thing packaged up like so tight with bubble wrap and tape. On top of that....they spelt my bros name wrong and after he entered all the shipping information in....he says whoops I forget to change the insurance from the standard $50 to $200 like you requested... he proceeds to guilt trip me so he doesnt have to start all over in order to fix the insurance. Screw this place. Will absolutely never use ups again. Awful people....which reminds me...what kind of employee tries to engage a customer in a political debate while their trying to ship a package??? Ugh so incredibly annoyed.

Sent an item $80 item for return to a private seller on Amazon and now the seller is saying they have yet to recieve the item. Id say its poor customer support from ups employees not advising a tracking number as part of a standard procedure for items worth x amount of dollars...now Im out $80 from an unprofessional Amazon seller and the employees are flat out rude asking about my issue over the phone. THE MOST TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Everyone in that store should be fired. I was trying to send about 13 packages and tried to use my company account and they said they couldnt help me. I asked for the manager and apparently I was talking to the 17 year old manager who has no professional skills whatsoever. She didnt know a number to the office I needed to get my weigh bills at and pretty much didnt know a single fn thing about UPS or their affiliates or how to charge my account. I then had to call the corporate offices whom also LACK knowledge about anything with my company account. Finalllllly I got a hold of a different franchise off Howe rd. and this lady knew EXACTLY what I was talking about. She explained step by step how I could print my own labels charging a third party account. It took me 5 minutes. IDK why they dont allow franchises to just charge an account but its really inconvenient. Im normally in a hurry. I dont have a tape measure or a scale with me to do that crap. I want to be able to drop my stuff off give me account number and be done. Isnt that what ups employees are paid for? or do they just get paid to sit on the phone and say idk to any questions any customer has. Im really disappointed that UPS is the only way bc I would never do business with UPS again. This is not the first time they have given me ridiculously lazy customer service or couldnt help me at all and I have to search around for 1 of the 995332422 employees they have to get one who knows a decent amount about their job. ALL IN ALL im driving 25 minutes out of the way just to not go to the UPS store in Citrus Heights.
