I have gone here many times , nice and good jewelry but when i went to exchange or return employers were very rude to me at the beginning they act like they are your friend and kind , fake just to get buyers. And i have spent a lot of money their for them to be rude about the exchange or return after they had said they would be happy to assist as many times as i needed. The manager did not want to show me other jewelry that i wanted to see acted like i was nothing and a burden, we use get along great for him to act like he didnt know me and treat me like trash also whispering to other employees about me,the manager was very rude and fake. Before the manager was just a employee and was friendly.maybe he thinks he is doing great now as manager of the small jewelry stand at the mall or just fake. One of the employees was really friendly at first but then started acting rude too . it made me sad how they turned around and made me feel after spending so much money there and i use to love going there and getting friendly customer service. Now im afraid to go near the place .

Had a wonderful experience with Karen — I purchase all of my jewelry from Pagoda and even though my receipt wasn’t found for me to make an exchange, Karen still managed to help me get my anklet fixed. The traffic isn’t too heavy in this mall which is why I prefer this location over Roseville. They also have a nice inventory selection or solid gold pieces which I love.

Had a problem but my husband went in today and it was taken care of by a nice guy with black hair.

I bought a morganite ring and necklace on Mar 3 2020. The sales rep Michael was extremely helpful and very personable. I enjoyed working with him on the purchase.

I have been to this location on multiple occasions over the past 6 months. Have nothing but rave reviews for everyone of the consultants that I have had the pleasure of working with. Karen, the manager, and every one of the consultants they have always go above and beyond to help me. My daughter and granddaughter and I, have had a great experience with everyone of them! I would highly recommend them to anyone even considering piercings.

My 14 year old got her ears pierced here yesterday and it was a great experience. The person who did it was very thoughtful of getting the earring in the right spot and she was kind to my daughter who was nervous about getting it done.

Unprofessional stuff made my baby cry for about an hour because they pierced her ear in a wrong place at first 😡😡😡 she even didnt say sorry just went to work with another customer.Very bad experience today 12/15/2019.

I went to Piercing Pagoda today around 11:15 am. The young lady was very patient and assisted me in getting the right hoop earrings that i wanted. Pretty good customer service today IMHO.

The customer service here with an older women and an older man was horrible!! I stood there waiting for about 15-20 minutes without being helped!! They proceeded to help other people which is fine. But they took ridiculous amounts of time with them as they saw me standing there. I had a truly awful experience here!

This store is horrible they have very very bad customer service.Ive recently visited location and there were 3 new girls working one was eating rather then helping customers,asked her if she was on break or lunch and she just looked at us with no response. one was on her phone talking and eating as customers were waiting she never told them it would be a few minutes.the other lady was piercing she made a joke about piercing the mans ears wrong.they arent knowledgeable about store policies nor merchandise.wouldnt recommend sunrise mall location to anyone.also we came next day and manager kim was just as bad very poor customer service like she didnt care,told me on phone she would honor a sale came in same day she lied to me and said she never stated that she would honor sale.just a very very bad experience.the new hires are just horrible worsted experience ever they need alot of training before they are hired.

The lady at the counter was not at all pleasant. She didnt bother to say a hello or anything when I approached, just continued to do whatever she was. Her daughter was also there and she was as much lost as the mother was.
