While downtown we found a four-year-old little girl walking on the sidewalk, there were no parents around no idea where the child came from. We were asking anyone that walked by if they knew who this child was or knew where her parents were when a security officer from patrol solutions pulled up in a patrol car right next to the group that was gathering and asked what the problem was if he could help. After he heard the story about how we found the four-year-old just wondering down the downtown Sacramento sidewalk he immediately started contacting Sacramento PD and relayed the information to them checking to see if anybody had called in a missing four-year-old female and basically became the point person of the group when speaking With Sacramento PD it seemed like Sacramento PD and the security officer knew each other and had a working relationship. It turns out the little girl had wandered out of the apartment complex that was on the same block and the parents were unaware of this. this security officer remained on site the entire time and did not leave until the everything was concluded. It was helpful the security officer being there because nobody in the group really knew what we were doing, We were more frantic thinking well this could be our kid Where were the parents and that they must be close by. Not knowing that the parents had no idea the child had wandered outside of the apartment let alone the complex which was gated, so they werent even looking for her.

THIS COMPANY HAS GREAT EMPLOYEES THAT RESPOND QUICKLY AND MAKE THE ENVIRONMENT FEEL SAFE ESPECIALLY DAN WHO WORKS WED THURS FRI AND SATURDAYS IN THE RANCHO CORDOVA AREA OF ZINFANDEL AND OLSEN AND HE DEFINITELY DESERVES A RAISE IN PAY FOR WHAT HE DOES FROM JANA BLACKIF THEY DEFUND OUR POLICE DONT WORRY YOU CAN CALL PATROL SOLUTIONS AND THEY ARE FASTER ANYWAY!

Would NOT recommend this security patrol for ANY of my commercial properties. Expect huge liability issues if you hire them.
