I dropped my MacBook Pro 15 and cracked the screen, brought it to best buy and was told that it was gonna cost me $1000 to fix it. They also said it would take 2-4 weeks.Apple told me the same thing and up to 15 days. In desperate search for a quick affordable fix, I found this place from reading other Yelp reviews and google reviews.Went inside and talked to Ahmed, and he got it done in 1 hour.!! The screen was brand new, and it comes with a 60 days warrantee. If anything happens, hell replace the whole screen with a new one.(Update- its been a year and no issues whatsoever! After 5 year old iMac 27 began to fail, I took it to Ahmed in Citrus Heights and had it back the same day with a new SSD hard drive, took it home, downloaded my files and data from my icloud and I was back in business with what felt like a new Mac. Very reasonable price and Ahmed answered every question I had and also educating me about the latest Apple hardware.

I hadnt used my macbook for a while and the battery had swollen and was affecting the keys and track pad. they did a great job repairing it and gave some sound honest advice is 5 years old and I wasnt sure it was worth spending any money on. Keyboard and battery were replaced and they also gave the machine a complete service. I am very happy, its better than new....

I am extremely pleased with the hard drive and RAM memory replacement these guys performed on my late 2014 iMac. They were extremely responsive and eager to help me with my situation. Before I took my computer in I let them know that I have a special situation where my computer isnt on a typical iMac stand but is configured for a VESA mount. They basically said No problem. We can do that without the stand. I brought by iMac in and they performed the hardware replacements on the same day, with a smile. Highly recommend them for extending the lifetime of your Apple computer. I will be going back.

An excellent reliable service can be found here.As a graphic designer when computer problems arise trying to go through vendors or big stores can be a nightmare so this small hands on operation is ideal.The main guy Ahmed is very friendly, helpful, thorough and flexible with collection and drop off times. Free diagnostics are a real draw too. Once due to needing to run extensive tests on my macbook they moved the hardrive to another macbook they had at the shop which I was then able to bring home so my working week wasnt interrupted.Just one example of the resourceful hands on touch approach that you wouldnt get in the big vendors in town.I reckon Ive saved myself a lot of money and prolonged the life of my computer considerably by popping in here regularly over the last three years.

It was in the beginning of the COVID shut down back in March. I spilled wine on my MacBook Air. I panicked and I was afraid to lose the MacBook. Apple stores are closed so I called their customer service, they quoted me $1000 without even seeing my MacBook. I did some research and I found Apple Fix Pros. I called and some guy answered me with heavy accent, he was very kind and told me not to panic, fixing liquid damaged MacBooks is their game. HahaHe asked to visit the store for free estimate/diagnosis. I dropped off the MacBook and he told me not to worry. After 2 hours he called and told me your MacBook could be fixed and it’d cost $250 with labor and everything else. And the MacBook is still working and I’m glad I found these guys.Highly recommended and professional and very friendly. No more Apple store for me and my friends and family . I already sent him more than 5 friends for repairs and purchases.

THE BEST COMPUTER EXPERIENCE EVER!My 2012 macbook pro hard drive died on me and of course, I hadnt backed up my data. After calling apple care, I was told that this may be hopeless and was told to find a data specialist. I looked up apple fix pro and saw their glowing reviews so decided to give them a try. I called and talked with Ahmed and he said to bring my computer in anytime. After a few days of TLC, he was able to recover my data and upgrade my computer. I came back to Sac town from an overseas trip with my broken MacBook Air. I googled the net to look for a repair shop and found plenty of them. After some thought I decided to go with Apple Fix Pros. It is because of the flawless reviews they received from customers as well as being less than a 20 minute drive from me.To make a long story short, I scheduled the appointment on their website and within that 5 minutes a guy called me back to confirm. I met up with a gentleman named Ahmed (computer psychiatrist & owner). He ran a free diagnostic to see what was going on with my Mac. He found out that it was a logic board that needed repairing/replacing and came up with many plans/options as well as advising me of the best solutions to which I had to choose from. I decided to go with the board replacement. Ahmed pointed me to a reputable company to get it from. Once it arrived, he worked on it, but found other issues and told me right away. He told me the number of things needed to be done in order for my comp to be running again. During this discussion he said although he could easily make these repairs its best for me to get a new one due to the cost of it exceeding the value of the machine. Even though this is a comp repair shop, not a store, Ahmed had some on hand and I was able to get one from him that day.I am glad to come across with this company and am very happy with new comp. I am so delighted with all the interactions with Ahmed that I went back the next day to have them do the up-grading on my brothers MacBook pro and now he is also happy as hell, enjoy playing his rebuild-new machine.I am grateful to Ahmed. I took my useless, frozen Macbook here last month and they sorted me right out. One day and $150. later I was back at home with my perfectly functioning computer. Will return!

I brought mt macbook pro with touchbar here to see why my screen had blacked out and laptop would no longer turn on. I left them my laptop and they diagnosed that my logic board was fried, much appreciated. Upon giving me back my laptop they tried to hide the new problem they had caused with it. The hinge on the laptop now made a huge clicking sound as if something was catching or not set into place correctly, which had made no sound prior to me bringing it. But besides that, he tried to put it back into the box that I’d brought it in so I wouldnt further inspect it, a few weeks later I took it out of the box to send to another company to fix my logic board, and find that someone had cracked my screen maybe accidentally upon disassembling to see whats goin on. But they covered it up with glue and black marker I cant believe I missed it when he showed me the laptop again. Idc for the laptop as much as I do for honest business. Wish the owner of this place would contact me to make things right

Top service, I was in need of a new MacBook Pro screen. Apple asked to keep the computer for at least one week and will cost me $850. Apple authorized service core care asked me to keep it for 7 to 10 days, to get the screen delivered and assembled.I called Apple fix pros. I bought a locked MacBook Pro from offer up , the guy sold me a stolen computer, got stuck with it for a while. i did some google research and i was kinda hopeless till i found these guys.i called and i told Ahmed about my story. and he was like no problem its easy. i was skeptical, cause my google research made it look impossible. So it took them 3 hours to unlock it, and install Operating system, finally changed my serial number too :).i am so happy, and finally i have a MacBook .highly recommended .

Took two Macs in, one for repair and the other for an upgrade. They diagnosed the laptop for repair for free and told me it really wasnt worth the money to repair since it was over 10 years old. I appreciated the honesty there as they could have easily charged me for a product I wouldnt have been happy with in the end. So the money I saved on the repair I poured into upgrading an older iMac that I was concerned about opening to upgrade myself. I must say, for the age, and the internals, the SSD upgrade, and OS bypass service, really made this an amazing machine. Boot time on a clean install went from several minutes to about 15 seconds. I also was able to procure a nice keyboard at the same sore that can be really expensive through Apple or eBay. All service aside, it was Ahmeds care and genuine honesty that made me a customer of theirs for life. While you wont find me buying new Macs directly from Apple, what Ive got they will take care of and if I find myself with any more classics in the future I know where to go for upgrades and repairs. My MacBook Pro hard drive recently died, and (of course) I had no backup. I brought it in to Apple Fix Pros just before closing time. Quite disappointed at Roseville Apple store, Macbook air stop working they told me logic board faulty and it was very expensive i called Apple Fix in Citrus Heights they diagnosed and told me it was only keyboard faulty not logic board they fix my new keyboard at very reasonable price within two hours my air was in my hands in perfect working condition. My MacBook Pro took a pretty bad fall and so I first took it to the Apple Genius Bar to get an idea of what the damages would cost to fix.They told me it would be 800$- so I agreed with having them complete the service.A week later I received a call from Apples technicians where they advised that the damages were more extensive than they realized and that my laptop needed a new logicboard as well. Because of this, they advised that I scrap the laptop and purchase a new one entirely, as the price difference isnt worth the time + labour for fixing.To get a 2nd opinion, I was referred by a friend to Apple Fix Pros. Hes a really experienced and knowledgeable guy when it comes to Apple products. He was able to walk me through all the issues and worked out a reasonable price so that I was able to get it repaired for $450 instead of opting for a new MacBook. And he fixed it in one day only.And it wasn’t a logic board issue, Apple “Genius” bar is not genius and unprofessional and full of sh*t.Thanks AFP 👏
