I have been using this establishment since 2017. They have always had all my garments nice and clean, pressed and ready on time. The staff is very nice, helpful and honest. Recently I had forgotten some money in one of my shirt pockets and they had it waiting for me when I came back. Would highly recommend 👍👍

Warning: Do not bring delicate items to this cleaner. They damage clothing, and the owner is dishonest, extremely rude, and hostile. My story is as follows:The business insisted on trying to remove a stain on my delicate cashmere sweater that they were unable to remove the first time I brought in my sweater (and not giving a refund). When I picked up the sweater, the stains were replaced by irreparable damage: the fabric in those places was stretched and worn down, and the light yellow stains were replaced with 2 large chemical stains that looked like grease stains. They ruined my sweater, so I went in 2 days later to speak to the owner about getting my money back, and have never in my life been met with such hostility and vitriol from a business owner.His tactic in our dispute was to blame me for everything, exaggerate the damage that he claimed I had caused, tell me how successful he was, and actually personally attack my character. The exact conversation was as follows:In explaining what happened to the owner, Marc, cut me off to say he knew where this was going and that I caused the damage to my sweater and made it unwearable. He said that it had been stained all over (untrue) and that I stretched it out. I said that if he didnt think they could get the stain out because I had so horribly damaged it, then they should have put on a tag saying it wasnt possible after the first try, like they did on one of my other garments. He then asked me how many years I had been in the dry cleaning business. He proceeded to tell me they clean 5000 garments a week nobody ever complains, they have a successful business. I said I didnt need his resume Im there to talk about the poor job he did on my sweater and get a refund.Then he went on to personally attack me, saying he knows my kind, all up on Twitter. I said I hadnt written any reviews or publicly complained, I was there to talk to him directly. He again told me I ruined my sweater, now claiming that in fact it was burned, despite there being no burn marks - and the yellow not even being on the sweater anymore. I again said he caused the damage, and that I was not even asking for more than the 10 bucks back for the poor service. He again said he knows my kind and that the conversation was over. I said it was unbelievable that he was treating a customer like this after ruining their clothing, and he said I had 10 seconds to leave or I would be escorted out. I was shocked and appalled, and obviously left as there was no getting anywhere.I later took my sweater to another cleaner (Judis, who are so nice and provide great service), and they confirmed that the damage was caused by they method by which the dry cleaner had tried to clean the garment, and that it was irreparable.

We’ve been customers for nearly a year now. I have been happy with the service, communication, and turnaround time.Approximately twice per month our laundry is picked up and returned two days later.We’ve not had any issues with cleanliness.

I have been coming to this cleaner for years since I believe before 2010. I have never in my entire time going here have I had a problem prior to the last three times I have had one coat dryclean there. I thought maybe it was just a fluke last winter it took me airing it out a long with strat fabric freshener. so this last Friday I figured I would try again because there is no way it would happen again the smell of dirty nasty old water or steam. But it did when I went to pick it up Monday I smelled it before I left and return it to the young lady to be cleaned again giving yet another opportunity to fix the problem. I now have the owners number and will be calling him tomorrow to have a discussion about getting my money back. But I will not be returning to this place nor referring anybody. If you want clean clothes this is not the place for you! 3 times and I am done! Sadly I really had no problems up until a year ago maybe new staff or owners....

Always the best quality, the best service, and great prices. The lady who wrote the other review clearly was mistaken. Sounds like she had a bad day. I send everyone I know there.

I don’t usually post reviews but this had to be done. I took One supreme champion jacket one 2 zip supreme cheetah print sweater one 49er jersey Nike elite and one supreme beanie to get them cleaned and pressed my 49er jersey when I got them back everything made of cotton had a funny smell to it kind of like a solution smell. The jersey was OK maybe because it wasnt made of cotton. so I Called them and they said they Would fix it. I turned it in in the next day I picked up my jacket sweater and beanie and still had the same smell also noticed that the cheetah print on my supreme sweater has been ruined I called them back and complain about the smell again and he said he washed it twice and there is no smell on my sweater it says dry clean only . No my sweater is ruined and all my clothes that I took to them have a funny solution smell which I cannot stand I wore my sweater last night and when I took it off my skin smelled of that solution smell so I called them this morning to see what options we had to try to resolve this issue he offered me my money back but that doesn’t replace the damaged clothing I got back from them he said I’m the type that cannot be pleased or dealt with and well on the phone with him he said two of his customers were standing there Laughing at me. I found this very unprofessional. He also stated that he does 1500 garments a day and five customers out of those probably other ones just like me who who complain and cannot be pleased. I talk to my cousin who owns a dry cleaners and he gave me advice to call him to see if I can get some sort of compensation because he damage my sweater he washed it and it says dryclean only so I called them back and immediately he told me to stop bothering them not to call them or go to his store anymore.I wilnever go back to that store or recommend it to anybody.

Still my neighborhood cleaners have not let me down except for the one shirt that they couldnt get the stain out of even though I pointed it out.
