AMAZING. The second time Ive used their services and they are highly professional, on time for appointment, thorough and efficient and the customer service is excellent. Their cleaning methods are safe for dogs (and children) which was really important to me. My carpet looks brand new! I highly recommend to anyone needing quality carpet care.

One of the best Carpet Cleaners I have ever called and I don’t regret it one Second. I use to rent a 2 story home since then I have moved I was looking for someone to clean the carpets and I came across El Dorado Carpet Care so I gave him a call When he came to clean the carpets he was the nicest guy it felt like I knew him my whole life he was so friendly and the Kids just loved him. He cleaned the carpets so GOOD that it looked like we got new carpets installed when the Land Lord came he couldn’t stop talking about how the carpets where so clean after we lived there for 2 years with a Family of 8 Needless to say i couldn’t be Happier with his work would recommend 10/10.

The owner, Slava, came out and cleaned the carpets in our apartment today. Took 1 hour from the time he started setting up to leaving. I am very satisfied with the results. There is no more odor from the previous tenants dog, and every stain is gone. I also appreciate him removing a wrinkle in the carpet that ran the length our master bedroom without being asked. It is nice to have a small local company go above and beyond.

On time service. Very professional. When asked explained clear what the cleaning process will be. Had brought plastic blocks to elevate furniture to avoid wet carpet. Suggested ways to let the carpet dry. Overall good experience.

First and foremost, I appreciated the conscientiousness and punctualness of the technician for arriving to my residence on the early side of the agreed time frame window. Mr. Yagudin was professional and courteous, he answered a myriad of questions from me with showing no signs of irritation before starting on the job. The finished product is immaculate. Im most impressed by how soft the cleaning left my carpets and the lack of zero industrial chemical smell afterwards from the cleaning. I high recommend El Dorado Carpet Care and Im looking forward to future cleaning services from them.

I live in a rental unit with an old carpet... at least 10 years old... and El Dorado Carpet care made my carpet look legit brand new... in about 20minutes! Slava worked around the furniture I had so I didn’t have to move the heavy stuff and was just a really nice guy. Will be for sure hiring him again when my toddler inevitability spills juice everywhere. I highly recommend this company they are awesome.

I called this place because my carpet was very very dirty and this is only place I could afford that was in my price range. They got here right on time,the time they said they were going to be here and cleaned my carpet fast but so good they are in and out and did an amazing job!I won hundred percent recommend this carpet care service to all 10 out of 10 stars!!!

This company is outstanding. Slava clearly cares about his customers and makes sure he does the job right.He and I agreed on 3pm arrival time to clean the carpets for my move and when he arrived (right on time) the movers were not done yet and he offered to come back later and get the job done. He came back at 6pm and stayed until 8pm. He even helped me move some equipment the movers failed to move.When a guy stays that late to get the job done you know he has character.Enough said... hire this guy.
