Diane did an amazing job detailing my car.It looks better than when I bought it.

I have an all black vehicle didn’t really take a close look before getting in and driving off to go home. When I got home I noticed water spots coming from all directions mostly behind the mirrors front grill rear tailgate hard water spots everywhere couldn’t get them out it was too far to drive back I’ll never go back there again this was the second time it’s happened to me at Bauers car wash

The person that delivered my car was not fluent in English. My car was not properly vacuumed inside at all! The interior and the floor mats specifically were the exact same as they were when I brought my car in.

I went for a simple interior windshield cleaning. It was done in a jiffy with a smile. They have several packages that will make great Christmas gifts. The handwashing and detailing are outstanding.

Great to find an old school Real Full Service car wash. Friendly and helpful greeting. Every service and option you can ask for. I got the Platinum package. Plan a solid hour, but TOTALLY worth it. I have gone to dozens of car washes, and no one has ever had the attention to detail that Bauers does. The Finishers take their time and do it right. Every nook and cranny is meticulously cleaned. Its like You would do yourself. Outstanding car wash. Definitely check them out. My new 1 and only.

I would give this business a five star rating because of their excellent customer service and because I want their business to succeed. They’re also the only local car wash that does detailing. However, if we are paying $42 for the most expensive platinum package, I expect a better job at vacuuming on the inside, and to properly clean and wipe off my windows properly. My boyfriend brought two cars in today, giving $84 of our business again, and the vacuuming and window cleaning is not platinum quality. Also, a cup holder is missing. Not saying it was stolen, but why wasn’t it placed back after cleaning?? The mats weren’t lifted up to be vacuumed either and some seats still had more vacuuming to do. My windows are so foggy from maybe a wax ingredient or something, and was not wiped off. I understand if we chose the cheap package, but we always go platinum and I need to speak up. We always tip well every time we come, but chose not to today when a new interior LED light strip was knocked off during cleaning, and not placed back afterwards. The detailing cleaning is great, but we expect more attention to detail (instead of knocking off LED light strips and not vacuuming and wiping windows completely) when we’re paying this much money and are regulars. I hope management sees this and reinforces this across all staff. We are really upset this time. We are rooting for you guys and will come back with high expectations.

Went at a busy time. I understood they were as well. I was patiently waiting. They did miss some spots on the window and chips in a cup holder. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We paid 79.99 for a wash and wax that is supposed to last 3-6 months. The wash was awful, we had dead bugs and dirt everywhere. There was even dirt film all around each window rim that I had to ask for them to go back and wipe off. As the guy was wiping the dirt off he says, you know there are places that you can pay to have this kind of detail work done for you... Wth?? What did I just pay for bro?? The tires were nice and the fact that they wipes out dash off was nice, but for 79.99 the inside detail should have been included and the outside for sure should have been clean. I should have taken the hint upon arrival because a customer was yelling at the counter about how they damaged his mother in laws car. We should have walked away then. I work hard for my money and Ill never spend that much here again, it was a complete waste, and the customer service was awful.

The inside of my truck didn’t look like it was vacuumed and my truck is white, there was blue and purple drippings dried up all over my truck. I got home and had to wipe all the dried up drips off. I won’t be back, I paid too much money for me to have to go behind them and wipe away something so visible to the eye.

This place is very nice. They have full service car wash and detailing is desired.The price is just right. They also have a special where if you buy 3 car wash in advance they give you a discount and the current wash for free.

Great business. Only place you can get inside and out done without paying for a total detail. Everywhere else is drive-thru and do-it-yourself vaccuuming. Hard for older people.

Coming here since mid 80s! I now live in Rocklin and I drive all the way to San Juan Ave to get my car washed/detailed because I know itll get done right. I have been to many car washes in my 73 years but can count on ATTENTION TO DETAIL consistently at this place.

For a 45 dollar handwash, I still had to come home and wash bug guts, dog drool (outside), and re wash my mud flaps. It helped me clean up my 80 percent, but do exterior detail when I got home.

They do great work been going there for years.

This is the second time Ive used them and they dont vacuum the trunk and there wash leaves brush scratch marks on your car. Only use in a pinch

I had something hanging in my car and it got broken by one of their employees. I go in and talk to the owner and all he can say was I’m sorry there’s nothing we could do about it. it was a car ornament that got made from my dear friend who passed away three months after making these from Covid. I’m not happy at all. Let’s just say I’m not going back again.

Deffinetly get a better wipe off when place isnt busy.

I paid $35 for a wash and it took them over 25 min to send it thru the wash. So I asked why it’s taking so long and I was told their backed up. They weren’t backed up their just short staffed.

The service was horrible that charge $24.00 for a basic car wash my windows still had spots and they didnt remove the sap on my car the only that was decent was the carpet were clean but i could have done that myself. There were actually leaning on my car when they were done. I didnt leave a tip because if there service. I willing recommend them at all!

I left the 3 star rating recently on Google. My wash cost $25. What is included in this wash? My interior was not wiped or polished. My inside windows were not cleaned. When I opened the doors there was dirt and grime still on the thresholds and even on the passenger side, both front and back doors, that grime was spilling over to the under carriage. Visable when the doors was closed. And Ii did not get a fragrance but I did go inside and bought a few things including a card and filled up on gas. $25? It was a rip off. I get my car washed twice a week since I drive Uber and I wont be coming back unless for a refund. I spent over $70 in less than 15 minutes. Maybe it was because it was close to closing time. Maybe thats how services are performed. I can go to lots of other places that give you many months of washing for $15 or even a free wash with a fill up for the exact same cleaning. When the guy told me my total I looked at him funny like What? He told me that included the fill up. Hmm. I still have my receipt should have taken a picture of it and the car and posted it online. It is a shame I wont be using whatever yall call service again.

Great car wash. They really did a good job. Got a quote from them on a deep interior detail before my wash, decided to get it done another day. But after my wash the truck was so clean I dont even think i need a detail.

I had not had my car detailed and probably 2 years and I have a husky so there was lots of fur and for $70 they did a beautiful job on the interior on the dash and they did a hand wax and still machine was down at the time the rims with brand new very very pleased to very professional the women running the show was very polite and efficient with highly recommend

Stopped here on my way to Sams Club because it was on the way. I was pleasantly surprised by their high level of customer service.They greeted me at my car, opened the door for me and showed me the car wash options. The cashier was equally as friendly and courteous.They got me in and out in a reasonable time and the car looks great! I think I just found my new car wash place!

I asked for the cheapest option my first time here, and they washed the outside and cleaned the inside really well! They take their time and it gets busy so give yourself a good 30-40 minutes to wait for your car to really shine if theres people waiting before you. Theres a little shop inside with vending machines, a few seats inside to wait, and an outdoor waiting area as well. Get a punch card!

Great job on my car. A little pricey but they do a terrific job on cleaning. Heads up, they charge 3.99% when you use your card debt/credit. I understand this is the only full service wash in the area. Well worth it though.

I was sitting and waiting and they took someone who arrived after me first. They did not vacuum my trunk, my back seat, nor did they clean the dead bugs off of my grill of my car, and the windows were still dirty. I definitely will not be back. A gas station car wash probably would have cleaned it more thoroughly.

These people are amazing. I traveled from Oklahoma in my Subaru and they got all the bug guts washed off.

I’m sitting in the establishment waiting for my car to be finished. I’m giving Bauer’s a 2 star rating because of their overly lax ways of operation. There are 8 cars lines up with the driver door open sitting under the hot sun that’s already dried the soap and water on the paint and windows. It seems as though only three employees are working and there is no sort of organization or “method” in their line of duty. This could be caused by lack of training by management. The process if very slow only to get a mediocre outcome. There are people who have been waiting for an hour that get to see their car be done only minutes after a person that arrived way after them. I’m close to asking for my money back and just leaving to finish the job myself.

Finally found a car wash that does it right! Expect to spend some time there - the car came out perfectly cleaned inside and out! No other car Wash is greater than Bauer’s in Sacramento! Staff is great from top to bottom!

Took my car in yesterday not knowing what I wanted. Just that I have two kids and a dirty car. My husband had visited them last week and had the $30? wash. Great job on his car, vacuumed, wiped down, outside very clean. Anyway they were running a special so I got their premium wash, hand wax, and shampoo of the interior (not the floors but the seats). The ladies that cleaned the interior did a fantastic job. My car sparkled when they were done. Took about two hours and some of the staff stayed after they closed to finish it up. Overall staff is very friendly and they know what they are doing. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a very clean car. My car looked cleaner than when I purchased it (used) from the dealer. Money definitely well spent.

Wont be coming back... whole process took an hour and they wernt even busy, only 2 cars were in front of me.. not to mention it was the most expensive car wash I ever paid for.. $25 was the cheapest one they had and when it was all said and done my center console wasnt even wiped down, I sat there and cleaned it myself.. I love spending money on a car wash and driving off in a dirty car!

Used to go here often. Now there is at least an hour wait..my car waited in line to be vacuumed 30 minutes. No one in front of me! Then waited in the hot sun to be dried for another 30 minutes The sun dried my car. When I got inside they had done a terrible job. .I recommend not going here.

They do a good job! Of course they do their best to up sell when you pull up but usually have good deals. There is a reason this place is always busy so dont be in a hurry.

Went today and waited over 45 minutes after the car went through the wash. I have been a regular customer for years but not anymore. There are not enough employees to service the cars after they are run through the wash and they just keep sending more cars out to sit in the sun. Part of the issue is so many suvs and big trucks which pay the same price as a sedan. The cost is much too high and the reason a cop out. Blame the former governor for raising the minimum wage!! Before that it was water shortage. When there are that many customers the other employees need to come out to assist. The owner needs to come and see what is occuring. Customer service has declined considerably. The one guy that dried and cleaned my sedan did a bang up job and I was happy with the result. Hire more like him!!

It’s obvious they have light staffing here. I was shocked as to how slow some of the employees they have working are. If I was the boss I would have fired several of them as they are clearly milking this paycheck. How hard is it to have a sense of cleanliness and enough work ethics to hussle a little. Not a happy customer !

Over an hour for a basic carwash. Team not motivated at all. Did not even get the car all the way clean, missed a lot of spots.

This place is amazing. Plan on it taking an hour to an hour and a half to get your car washed since they are always SO busy and they are SO thorough. But its worth the wait, in my opinion. They offer a few different options to choose from and I always get the best, most expensive one because my car shine from top to tire when they are finished. Its worth every penny and worth the wait!! Ps - dont forget to tip them. They are out there in the extremely hot summers and all types of weather, keeping our cars clean so lets take care of those guys... They work hard!! 😊😉

Just left this place, drove off to a drive thur to realize the staff there had stolen the change from my car. I have a change holder in my car doors and yeah, the staff took my change.That is disgusting that the cleaners cannot be trusted. Also they did a horrible job on my vehicle. The first time I was satisfied with that job, the 2nd and 3rd time(today), horrible. I spilled coffee on my emergency break handle, the coffee stains were still there when I got my car back. Craziness. I will say the inside staff were nice and welcoming.I recommend management look into who they are hiring AND randomly check behind employees work. My negative review wont change much in a short period of time but if things like that continues this place will surely lose business.

After a 40 minute wait from the time I paid for the car wash, my car was finally rolled through the wash. Then it was another 30 minutes from the time it rolled out of the wash and was dried off. After getting on the road, I could see that the windows inside and out were not done well. There were streaks and smudges. Additionally, the vacuuming was not thorough. There were debris on the carpeting behind the front seats and in the cargo area. This car wash charges 2 to $4 more than others in the Roseville/Citrus Heights area.

Monday morning is pretty busy...senior discount! They did a great job making sure the bugs were removed from the front of my truck too! After a long road trip it was dirty!

The lady who took my car and the gentleman at the register were very nice and friendly. Inside the store are some cool pet stickers (see picture), refreshments, and other curiosities. Theres plenty of waiting space inside and outside in the shade, under the mist sprayers. I waited 10 min and paid $13.99 and they did a great job. It would have taken me an hour and I would be a mess. They also have a paid massage chair but it was too hot to sit on a leather chair today.

Great service. My car was full of dog, kids residue and my drinks. I got just a regular, nothing special service. No complaints hereThey do offer special services, if you have a need.

These guys are superb! The car is always clean, lets face it, if it wasnt we wouldnt be return customers. But, in my opinion the mark of good customer service isnt how a business performs when things are good, its how they handle the other times.Earlier this week when the auto sensor on my washwipers (which I had forgotten to turn off) turned the wipers on during the wash phase breaking both blades, they replaced them without me asking.So what you might say. And youd be right, but if customer service is a key buying point for you, then go to Bauers.

Its a good carwash, but the wait time... my car set outside and air-dried for a looooooong time.
