I have been searching for new barbers for a while and I finally found someone. They did such a great job! I feel so confident to start my next school year. I highly recommend these barbers to anyone. I look forward to coming back soon.

The Story:Had a hair appointment at a bougee mens grooming place in Roseville that turned out to be a complete hack job (like its my first year working at Supercuts bad)Evan was able to see me right away, listened to my sad story and turned it around into one of the best cuts/designs Ive ever had. The WORST Customer Service EVER!!!The Owner has previously cut my 12 yr old Sons hair twice before.....KNOWING the CURRENT look & Hair style he has. My Son specifically said, line up & fade the sides...as usual & ONLY cut this much off the top...SHOWING THE OWNER about an inch. My SON said, keep it same....Mind u...REGUARDLESS WHAT OR HOW THE CUSTOMER STATES HOW...To cut his hair....IT IS YOUR JOB AS A EXPERIENCED BARBER TO REITERATE & CLARIFY DETAILS VERBALLY REPEATED BACK TO Customer to MAKE SURE Thats.what they are asking for!!....& KNOWING the CLIENT IS A... Child ONLY 12 Yrs old! U KNEW danm WELL....he was NOT HAPPY....when my Son left. HE STILL PAID U & WAS NOT disrespectful! So I contacted the Owner to try to CLARIFY....& ask WHY his hair is SO SHORT!!! Completely NOT ANYWHERE what his Current Hairstyle was!!! Mind u....The Owner had the ODASSITY To RUDELY talk over me....I couldnt even get a word in! So I got upset & said, I will be there to get my $ back...REGUARDLESS IF its Small amt OR NOT....U LET the Customer Parent Speak w/OUT being Immediately DEFENSIVE....U would have UNDERSTOOD...WHAT I was asking OR saying to clarify! BUT NO....WHAT I SEE....IS U DONT give a danm about a continued Client.... that now was in tears when he left!By the way, ...I NEVER called U stupid.... I said, his haircut looks stupid!....because, AFTER U had the ODASSITY TO BLAME MY Son, & U were blaintly VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, & RUDELY talked over me from the very start! &..... I have been coming for haircut to this Hair Salon / Barbershop for over 5 years. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a barber with substance! Its not easy to find a good hairdresser these days and I was lucky with Keith! He does an amazing job at a great price! He always takes the time to capture the look that I am looking for. I appreciate the time and skill that Keith puts into nothing feels rushed! Besides that it is a professional and very clean environment.
