Yesterday, S. H. came to make the repair to our leaking refrigerator. We had the water shut off to it because of the large puddles that were growing from under the it. Turned on the water to find the leak. He did not fix the leak, but fixed the ice dispenser instead. (it wasnt dispensing ice, but wasnt the cause of the leak. Would rather had the leak fixed.) This A.M. the puddle reached all the way into the hall way all the way across the kitchen. Mop up. Water is back off. Kitchen sink has no cold water, too. So, were going to look for another repair place to fix the leak.

Good repair person, although he wasnt certified to add freon to our refrigerator.

I had to call 5 Star Appliance Repair to get freezer repair during my day off last week. My defroster was broken and needed to be fixed. I’m satisfied with the very quick but thorough appliance service. I even had time for a canceled commitment that afternoon. I called Steve, very polite and professional. My dishwasher was clogged and stinking up the place. He told me to check a couple of things. One being the drain trap on top of the sink. He was right! Problem fixed and didn’t cost me a thing. Old school service like it use to be. Thanks Steve!

Wonderful service and very reasonable price. Had called a different repair company first and they wanted $300 to replace my dishwashers door seal. They were charging $198 for the part. Steve got the part for $60 and installed it and leveled my dishwasher.

Steve was great. He got me an appointment for the same week that I called, was well within the arrival time frame that he provided me and fixed my dishwasher in less than an hour for less than I was expecting. I will definitely be engaging their services in the future.

Last night I found the agitator of my washer not working. I left a message at 6:20 p.m. on Thurs. and Steve(?) called me back in 7 mins., gave me a quote for about $100 and said he could come on Mon. I offered an extra $50 to come out right away and he squeezed me in first thing the very next morning.
