They did an amazing job. We had a huge pine tree very close to our house they cut down they were very professional and made sure our yard was cleaned up better than before they got here and even took the time to blow our gutters out for us which was packed full of pine needles. We would definitely use them again!!

Very quick to respond, very professional. We had a sugar maple tree that was very, very tall. Lots of branches and lots of exposed roots. It was right next to our house and power lines. The crew came out and it was very clear that they knew what they were doing and were very skilled. They got the tree down without any damage to our home or property. They had a lot of respect for the property and cleaned up and stacked our wood neatly out of the way in our yard. They came the next day to grind the stump and all of the roots. You get what you pay for. We highly recommend them!

These guys are great! Fast, efficient and quite the operation. Theyll be gone and if it were not for the fact that the tree is gone youd never know they were there. Excellent work! Highly recommended!

I had A&M remove several very large bushes and shrubs as well as trim some trees and remove a large brush pile. The stumps were ground and all debris removed. These guys were great. On time, polite and very professional.

Noticed one of their trucks in my neighborhood and jotted down the number so that I could call for an estimate to do my tree trimming and maintenance. Quick response and very polite. The estimate for the work was fine. No set appointment was made at that time, but the owner told me he would contact me at the time he could schedule the work if that was fine. I told him that was acceptable.Called to say they had a half-days work scheduled the next day and if okay, they could swing by and do my work in the afternoon. I asked that he call on his way over and he thought they could be here anytime between 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.Got a call at 1:37 p.m. to tell me they were still at the original job and it would be 2 to 3 more hours before they could make it my way. Sorry - I didnt mind the delay in time as much as I was upset that he waited so long to let me know. I could have been doing other things. My time is valuable too!I couldnt seem to get across to the owner that me being upset was more based on him wasting my time. I let him choose the time and day he could be here and he didnt even notify me about the delay until after the latest time he thought he would arrive at my house. Of course, they want to explain all the reasons why they would be late, but he kept missing the point. NOT MAD YOU ARE GOING TO BE LATER THEN YOU SAID - MAD YOU DIDNT HAVE THE COURTESY TO CALL ME SOONER! He told me he didnt wear a watch while on the job (safety reasons). So does that mean you cant every keep your promises to your customers in the later part of your scheduled workday because you dont wear a watch and have no idea what time it is? VERY STRANGE!If he had called me an hour earlier (or as soon as he realized his first job was going to take a lot longer), that would have been fine. But to wait till after he was scheduled to be here to tell me another 2 to 3 hours before they could show up, is unacceptable.This review is based upon on thing: Lack of professionalism in notifying a customer of a delay timely. This company may be a fine tree service. But they need to respect their customers more!

I have called this Tree Service twice and on both occasions, they were quick to reply and get the work done soon. Nothing but professionalism, hauled away several stacks of branches and large stumps from the house. Cleaned up the yard and racked it as if nothing was ever there. Highly recommend, Great Work!!
