Brandon was extremely helpful. He came to pick up a car I had in a garage, and even though the garage door was accidentally left closed (🤬) he politely and patiently texted me to let me know. He had no problem making a second trip to get the car, and even unfroze the E brake that was stuck on before loading up the car. He went way above and beyond my expectations, I wasn’t even sure if they would be able to get the car out of the garage because it had no brakes. He didn’t hesitate for even a moment and said to just leave it to them. I will definitely use them again, and highly recommend them to anyone! The price for the tow was more than fair and less than I expected!

The driver came to tow my daughter’s vehicle. Took a look at it and knew what was wrong so he fixed it quickly, told me what it was and it started right back up. I received a discounted rate because he never had to tow it and was in the area. I appreciated the above and beyond customer service. Would defiantly recommend!

On Sunday afternoon June 27, 2021, my wife and I were returning home from a camping trip about 2.5 hours from where we live. This was the furthest we had towed our travel trailer to date. Unfortunately, the trailer blew a tire near the intersection of U.S. Route 22 and Ohio State Rt. 674. We pulled into a Sunoco station and I called my trailer insurance company to request roadside assistance as I did not have a jack to raise the trailer. My wife and I waited for over two hours and still nobody had gotten back to us regarding help. I decided to make a call myself and I am so glad I called Scioto Valley Wrecker Service. Brandon was on scene in 20 minutes from the time I called. He professionally used the truck lift system to raise the trailer, changed the blown tire out for my spare and then ensured we had the proper air pressure in the spare. Only took him maybe 10 minutes. It was a pleasure to meet him and we are thankful for his professionalism. The insurance company let us down that day, but this company did not. Thank you Brandon!

Went in a ditch last week when we had that real bad snow. No way i was getting out. Called them up and they were there in 15 min. Very nice guy and took his time pulling out my car. He did his best not to damage my car. Got me out in 10 min with no damage to my car. Will definitely use them again. Thanks guys!

I had to use Scioto Valley this week two times! I’ve had to use a tow truck maybe 3 times in my life. First my box truck was stuck on an icy hill and then My pickup truck stuck in the mud. They are the best and very fast. I will use them ANYTIME I need help moving forward!

We were delivering a car to southern Ohio and it stopped in Circleville. After contacting our insurance we were still waiting over 2 1/2 hours for a call informing us when they would be arriving.
