I can’t say enough of how amazing Shane and everyone at Great American Jewelry. I walked in with a request to replace a stone in a ring that means the world to me. I recently completed Breast Cancer treatment and mourning the loss of a very special person in my life and the wonderful staff at Great American Jewelry fixed and replaced a stone my ring free of charge. I will never be able to thank Great American Jewelry for healing a little piece of my heart.

Came in a few days ago to get three rings resized and Shane was able to cut them off right then and there in only a few minutes.Came back a few days later to get a true measure of my finger for the resizing and all three rings were done before the end of the same business day. The rings look amazing; it’s impossible to tell they were ever cut and worked on. I am very pleased with this business. They are very knowledgeable, very speedy, very professional, and very kind.If I ever need anymore work done on jewelry I will come back here every time.
