If I could leave a negative review, I would. This place doesnt call you back, no matter how many messages are left asking for a call back. They will not respond to you on a Facebook message, but will leave you on read. They will ignore any comments or post on their page, too.I show up today in person to cancel, after what seems like months of trying to cancel by phone, and the manager isnt there. The office was wide open as I called and called, watching the office phone light up. I waited for about 10 minutes until a trainer asked if I needed anything. The trainer looked around the building (its not very large) and said, Well their car is here, but I dont see the manager anywhere... The trainer took my name down, but didnt ask for a call back number. I was assured its on file.If the owner reads this... call me so I can cancel my subscription to your gym. Im told my number is on file.

I would not recommend this place. I got pregnant not long after I started going here. I called to speak to someone about canceling my membership ship because my ob recommend it. They advised me I could not do that unless I pay like hundreds of dollars or I could put the account on hold for 3 months but um your pregnant for 9 months🙄. So whatever I just kept paying the monthly fee and now I am about 7 months postpartum and I called to cancel because I only signed a 15 month contract which would have been up in June 2021. They told me I could not cancel until January 2022 without paying $200. They should have a better program if someone gets pregnant or has a medical reason to cancel! I will say they had a very nice gym and nice employees but as soon as my contract is up Im going to 24 hour fitness.

Excellent equipment and friendly staff. Both Jake and Keisha are always friendly. They require all members to clean the equipment after every use with sanitation wipes and they provide hand sanitizer.I go almost everyday and have never had.any issues.The 24 hour access is nice that allows you to go late when they are less busy.They also provide security devices if you feel unsafe while there alone to wear.Overall nice... I need to try their tanning bed sometime too.

Inquired about a membership and the manager was rude and did not want to answer any questions about membership fees, etc. Decided against signing up based on the manager’s bad attitude. Happily signed up at another gym for less $$ and less attitude.6/17/21 update: Management still has not contacted me to address my experience at this gym.

Amazing staff wish Kisha would come back

I got a gym membership with this gym in January of 2021. I also signed up for a personal trainer for 8 sessions a month. I have not been receiving the 8 sessions a month yet they are still quick to charge me $280 a month. Apparently if you are a member here you have to do their jobs for them and reach out to the gym, coaches, trainers, and corporate for them to even notice you. At this point I have been trying to cancel but have had a very difficult time. I am being thrown around and they are finding every and any excuse to not let me cancel. why would I continue to want to go to a gym that makes me feel this horrible and uncomfortable? Why do I have to reach out to them to try to schedule my trainings but and being ignored? Please do not waste your time and money by going to this gym. I have wrote to the BBB and Ohio Attorney general and am now seeking further assistance from my law office. I even suggested they keep my $1,000+ i have paid in the last three months but are still trying to ignore me about canceling. It’s sad they make it this difficult. Please do not waste your time looking into this facility.

DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE. The employees here are nice generally, however, the management is difficult to work with. I have been waiting a week for them to cancel my contract after I sent them proof of my end date! They will not call me or respond to my emails! The contracts are long and extremely expensive for the nominal value they provide. Most anytime fitness gyms across Ohio are small and cramped. Anytime fitness is able to charge a premium where they are because they set up shop where no other gyms exist to compete. Anytime fitness = Expensive, terrible customer service (won’t cancel my contract even though they have proof!), and gyms across Ohio are small and outdated. Don’t make the same mistake I did, find another gym.

Dont develop a medical issue while youre a member. Still trying to get membership cancelled after the 1 year.

I love the place, the only bad thing is you cant use the showers due to covid... havent been there much this year for that reason only.

We just signed up last Friday. We had an appt at 7 this evening for our walk thru. Nobody showed up.

Before i started going i had no self asteam o would always where baggy clothes to hind my body i wouldnt wear any summer clothes sweat paints and big shirt to hide my body and my sugar was always up i had no energy to want to do things i but things had to change to help my sugar comr down and stay i put it off to go join i was a shame to go buy o finally decided one day I had to do this i feel so much better my trainer Jeremiah has been awsome all the staff has been i have better self asteam now my sugar is better i want to thank all of the staff and Jeremiah for pushing me

Got a good one in, kind staff, clean and plenty of space to do what I needed too.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been trying to cancel this gym membership since January and the fee to cancel said membership WAS OVER $730. I was not made aware of said fee during signing up AT ALL. Not only do you have to pay this fee but you have to give a 30 day notice and pay for all charges in those 30 days! Worst experience of my life. Now the BBB has been contacted and well see where this goes.

I don’t even have a membership there and someone has an account billing it from my bank and they won’t do anything about it they won’t allow me to even use the membership but they will take money out of my check in account every two weeks $16.83 and then the next one will be $20.03 and they’ve been doing this for almost a year
