Brenda is the best hygienist and Carrie always greets me at the desk. Dr. Mike and Dr. Emily are wonderful. I live an hour away and still come here. They have even answered an emergency call on the weekend!

HappyI was treated very professionally by the dental hygienist. She asked me about my teeth, asked me the flavor of floss I wanted and was complimentary of the brushing I had done.Dr. Freeman checked my teeth, gums, and throat thoroughly, asked if I had questions, and wanted if I had concerns. Then he asked about my family. He was very kind.

I have been going to North Court Family Dentistry for about four or five years now. Everyone is so kind and genuinely cares about each patient. Just had a cleaning and i was there for an hour and a half. never had a problem there until today and waited 30mins for my exam, couldn’t wait any longer so i left! also was the first one in there and in the parking lot today and three other people still went before me. something about that just doesn’t seem right with me.

I have been going to NCFD since I was a child for a reason. Today, I had a chipped molar and crown install. I was nervous as all get out because my teeth are super sensitive. There was no wait and my appointment ran on time. Dr. Freeman and his assistant were beyond understanding and caring about my nerves and gentle with their service. They took their time with me and kept checking on me and explained every step of the procedure. They made sure I was comfortable and in no pain before proceeding because my teeth are sensitive. They put me at ease and so it was a breeze today. I was even laughing at times in the chair. Dr. Freeman and his assistant made sure I was happy with the crown and adjusted what was needed to ensure proper placement and bite. I greatly appreciate how friendly all of their staff is. They welcome you, know you by name at check in, call and check on you, remind and text about appointments, ask about your family and they are welcoming. I appreciate their caring ways and welcoming nature and most importantly great service.

The best dental experience Ive ever had! The staff is extremely friendly, personable and caring. The office itself is very clean with a homey feel to it; it doesnt feel like a scary dentist office when you walk in - you immediately feel comfortable and relaxed. My cleaning was VERY quick and pain-free. Dr. Dennison took great care of me and was really enjoyable to talk to. This is my new dentist for life!

FYI North Court Family Dentistry is not open on Fridays. Even so, I had a great experience today (Friday). My tooth broke last night and Dr. Freeman and Tiffany made a special trip to come in and take care of me. During the procedure, they both were very attentive to my needs and highly concerned for my level of comfort. Dr. Freeman made it a point to explain every step of the procedure. After my own excellent dentist of 35 years retired, I chose this office for its 5 star rating. Andrea, the hygienist, did a wonderful job on the cleaning. I was also impressed by Dr. Freemans knowledge of what dental work I have had done (without even having to explain), and heard the same excellent responses I was used to hearing from my previous dentist. No extra or unnecessary work was pushed. The office was also clean and professional. I look forward to as many years at this practice as my old one.

I recently completed some extensive bridge work with North Court Family Dentistry. I have been a patient for a number of years and have always had positive outcomes. I don’t know if many other dentist offices have hygienists who can carry on a real conversation while cleaning a patient’s teeth and can remember talking with a patient’s family members, but that is normal at North Court Family Dentistry. I am a new patient at North Court Family Dentistry. I had a bad tooth and from my first call through my tooth being extracted I was made at ease and felt comfortable. Both Dr Freeman and Dr Dennison took there time with me explaining every step of what was going on. The hygentist also explained in great detail of what was being done. I was made as comfortable as possible and they made sure I was in no pain. Tiffany,who does the billing, told me exactly what my insurance covered and what I had to pay.
