I really like this car wash. I was so excited to see a larger car wash come to Circleville and Magic Tunnel does not disappoint. I had to travel 20 miles south or north to get to a good car wash before and now its right here. The monthly payment is a deak, especially in the winter during bad weather. Salt will damage your cars finish and I can go thru the car wash as often as needed.

Visiting from New Jersey to visit my daughter its a pretty decent place and the prices are great and the vacuum is free along with the wash this place doesnt nickel and penny you highly recommend.

Regardless of quality and value. You have to come at least for the car wash experience. I wont spoil it for you. They wash your car and you finish by driving through the car wash. As far as vacuuming and detailing the inside of your vehicle. You have to do that part. They have a section just for that and everything you need. Im happy.

This chain is consistently the best car wash brand in Ohio. I stop in anytime I see one. The wash gets your car cleaner than competitors with the prescrub and the floor mat cleaner always does a good job.

Love this carwash! They have everything! After you get your cas washed you can vacuum the inside, wash your mats clean your windows on the inside all included with your car wash.

I use this car was on a regular basis, my mother in law also makes my hubby drive through there at least 6 times a month so the $20 unlimited is really great for our family vehicles. I have noticed because of the fin on the back of my Soul the suds do not rinse all the way off and at times my lower door frames still have dirt on them. I have brought this to the attention of Mickey and Ivy and they have both handled my concerns professionally and helped me make sure my car shines by the time I leave!! Thanks yall for all your hard work and by the way the vaccum is the best as well as the floor mat cleaner!! The only thing I would change is having another wipe-all station at each side where the vaccums are.

I love this car was company... I am from Portsmouth and use the unlimited multiple times a week.... however, I was greatly disappointed 😞 😔... i recently purchased a new vehicle... due to having a temporary tag, they have to manually enter my tag number.. when I pulled up, the worker came over and when I asked her to put in my tag number, she didnt know what I was talking about.. I had to explain to her that she had to scan her badge and then manually enter the tag... well she didnt have a hard badge, nd the paper copy would not scan. So she called over another worker who didnt even have her badge on her. Finally, we got the paper copy to scan and they let me in. I was trying to be as helpful and kind as possible, however when I pulled up into the bay, they didnt guide me into the tire tracks and it rubbed my tire. I still have dirt and bugs on the front where the just half used the brushes. As I said, I love the one in Portsmouth.. They do a great job, however I would not recommend this one...

Really like the fact that the price is decent and plus you receive a free air freshener and your able to vacuum your vehicle for free as well.

I have the $20 a month package they do a great job cleaning the cars and pick up.

My favorite car wash by far! The Circleville, Ohio location has only been open a couple of months but I’ve visited several times. Each time was a great experience. The most recent time was just a couple days ago. I pulled up to pay for my wash and the manager, Anthony, came out and Introduced himself. Told me they have a great special— for $19.99 a month you can get unlimited washes. I paid for my usual $10 wash, and he upgraded my wash! I was already impressed with the service, but the manager going that extra mile to ensure EXCELLENT service made me like this place that much more. The vacuums are 100% free and work superbly, they also give you a free air freshener at each visit. Employees prep your tires and windows before going into the wash bay. They even have a free floor mat cleaner and window cleaner at each vacuum station. I love not having to feed the vacuum quarters just to buy another minute of time. I highly recommend this place! If the service continues to be this great, I will continue to be a happy customer! Thanks Magic Car Wash and to the manager Anthony for going that extra step above and beyond, which is rare these days in customer service.

The cost 20.00 car was still dirty

Carting around 2 kids, leaves my car a mess pretty quickly. You can say “No food in the car” but life doesn’t work like that. I really appreciate being able to buy the monthly pass. I spent almost an hour vacuuming out my car, the first time I went through! The service was lovely. Two folks clean your front and rear bumper, your front window, and then you roll through the car wash. There’s a tiny light show partway through that should thrill the toddler crowd! Once done, you roll around and vacuum as long as you like! They have a neat mat vacuum that you just feed your car mats through.I subtracted one star, as the wash didn’t really touch the bug guts on my bumper. Even after the scrub beforehand. Overall, it’s a handy service for keeping the inside of your car clean and removing dust/dirt accumulation on the outside.

About to cancel my membershipWent through Saturday evening and it put some kinda white liquid down the side of my vehicle that I cant get off

Awesome place, the tunnel does a wonderful job making sure your car is squeaky clean and they offer free vacuums. For only 19.95 monthly you can get unlimited washes, so if you thoroughly use your plan, the value is immense. I recommend this to anyone in the Circleville area or anyone that passes through on a consistent basis.

The experience was okay. My first time here, was excited to check it out. Didnt notice until i got home that there were black spots all over my hood. Very upset. A car wash should not be leaving a residue like this on my car. Paid $10.00 for this. Will not go back. Beware and maybe you should check your equipment out.

I drove from California to circleville oh to visit family. Going through salt lake city, and multiple other places with salt on the ground due to weather. Our car is only a year old and most of you know how important keeping it clean is to the longevity of the vehicle. I came here because lets face it, there are not that many options in this city and this was the best one on Google maps. I am very happy I did, all bugs off front, all salt off entire car and the employees are excellent. Even the young guy helping with your wash decision. I had to go through twice, but they listened to me cry about the very little things missed that I felt were very important. They took care of all of them and went above and beyond to help me keep our baby looking like new! Very highly recommended, even had new style brushes that dont hold the dirt and scratch your car. I was very impressed. And free vacuums! Super convenient.

I went through one time just to check it out and thats all it took. My car looked fantastic and the tire shine is an awesome touch! Complimentary air freshener with every wash and free vacuums. I just purchased the $29.95 a month Hocus Pocus package and LOVE it! Paid for itself in 2 visits! Highly recommend.

Went there to try them out since they were new. It’s an amazing car wash with really nice people but...... I’m not a fan of two things, when they scrub the front of your car with the brushed all I could think about was the scratches those could cause. Along with the long scrubbers that run across the top for your car I just think over time those are going to get dirty and cause scratches. But if you aren’t crazy like me then yes it’s a awesome car wash!

Pulled up to pay machine young gentlemen walks over with a big smile welcome to the magic tunnel Express car wash, how can I help you? So we ordered the middle one hocus pocus and he says excellent cash or card. So we pay and he says if you would just pull over there pointing to the entrance Ill be right over to assist you. He then meets us at the entrance where he pre scrubs the windshield front bumper head lights side mirrors and the entire back of our car comes back up hands us a air freshener guides us into the track and thanks us for coming and tells us to have a great day. Once inside colors and lights galore are going off to make this an experience amazing for the our kids they are in the back ooo and ah not to mention us as well. Once the whole experience is over and we out on the other side we pull into one of the bays to vaccuum out our car for free non the less which is awesome but I look over the car to how it did and the car is show room clean the black plastic trim pops with color the tire and rims shine like they are brand new even the paint looks shiny. I highly recommend this place to anyone over all extremely satisfied with our experience. Thank you Magic Tunnel Express Car Wash you did a great job on our car.

Dont advertise free vaccum if its not actually free... the spot where the vacuums are has free vaccum plastered across it... but you have to buy a wash to get it... absolutely ridiculous to say its free when its really not... only reason I gave 2 stars is because the employees are super nice

Amazing place!

Went there today 8/28/19. After going through tunnel and was drying certain places (not their fault) was approached by a employee who asked if i was satisfied. I pointed out a couple of places that was still there and he ran me back through and fixed it. Thank you Magic Tunnel. 👍
