The people there were super nice and the blood draw was quick, everything was clean

I checked in at 9:35am. I waited my 30 minutes. Checked in with front desk and was then told that I had to now wait for reservations, even though I was present before any reservation times. I was told 20 minute wait then I would be seen. I informed the check in person I was fasting as well and have a disability that this affects my health without eating or being able to take my medication. It was now 11am and the check-in person told me Id have to now wait again and she was unsure of the codes on my order and needed more time. After 2 hours I still had not been seen for my blood work and left. I am now sick with migraine, shaky, and very upset.

Great service!!! The best part is the online option to schedule an appointment the day before to guarantee an in and out. Greeted as I walked in. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend the online appointment scheduler. The facility very clean. AAAA+++

Very slow... no communication from lady at front desk. Skip this place and just drive to Columbus where there is more than 1 person working.

I had a student phlebotomist draw my blood and he did very well! I will definitely go there again!!

Having the labs drawn was a good experience. However, trying to get your results is horrible! My insurance and I paid for these labs. I stopped in to get copies since they won’t fax or email to me because of HIPAA. Ok, I understand. So I drive by and go in so I am there in person. The lady says “ I am the only one here today so you will have to sign in and wait your turn”. At least four people needing labs drawn ahead of me. I asked can you fax them or email them to me, I am here in person and could give my drivers license, signature etc. She says No, due to HIPAA I am not allowed. WHAT? I am standing right in front of you requesting MY results be sent to me when you have time! Really poor service! Or just lazy!!!!

When you call and ask a question about a Id and told a copy would be fine to drive 45 mins away for them to have s rude lady tell you no she cant take it.
