5 am crowd is great, its early and everyone is into their own vibe. Not too crowded and Social Distancing is definitely respected by all!! The staff is professional and on point...he does a great job keeping the sanitizing station stocked! He is pleasant, helpful, courteous, an all around good guy!!Definitely a cool place to go for an early morning workout!

I post this not out of criticism but in the hope it will make the facility better for everyone. The gym itself is fine - your typical PF. But the men’s bathrooms are simply forgotten about. I have had to ask for TP on 3 occasions because both stalls were empty. Recently I noticed that one toilet had not be cleaned for at least 4 days (same stain noted each day). I really hope someone takes ownership of this and it is addressed for everyone’s benefit.

Never opens on time anymore who ever is in charge of making sure the opener is there needs to do better, people waiting outside fueled with pre-workout and ready to start their day should NEVER have to wait to start their Day

Ill never go back to planet fitness, I enjoyed actually working out there but I did not appreciate them continously taking money out of my account after my 1 year agreement was up and I clicked do not auto renew. I never got my money back and it continued taking money out of my account and I completed my agreement and havent been in nearly a year but they still keep bank info on file and take money whenever they want for made up things. Smh

I like going here since its so close to home. Whenever I go Im treated with respect and everyone is so friendly. I miss the 24 hour access but at least now when Ive gone it hasnt been too packed and they do follow Covid guidelines like taking your temperature, asking if you have any symptoms and maintaining social distancing. I always see workers cleaning up and vacuuming which is great.

After having a horrible experience at the Moorestown Planet Fitness, I realized how very wonderful the environment the Cinnaminson manager created for us is. Place is nice and clean but please please get reliable people for the morning shift. Some of us only have 40min to workout in the morning and theyre never never open on time.

Staff is friendly and gym is always clean!!! However, we got charged our annual fee in October once the gym reopened at full price for half a year we couldnt use the membership. Then April 1st got charged a full price again for the annu fee. I asked about this today and was told to contact corporate. The fee in October should have been half the fee not to mention we were never told it was being taken out of our bank accounts in October.

Small facility, but very clean with plenty of machines to use. Theres no open space to do planks or crunches, so I had to invade unused space between machines. The facility appears to take COVID cleanliness seriously.

Yes, This is an awesome PF!! They are super clean and maintain it that way! They have all the equipment up to date. They also have hydro massage lounges and message chairs. On top of that they have The BEAUTY ANGEL BRAND body total enhancement. Its the most amazing 12 min of my day!! It gives me a lot of energy. ( it is as amazing as s*e*x*)lol yup I said!

I like Planet Fitness because they are no commitment you can sign and you are not legally binded to a contract they have extra added perks like pizza on the first Monday of the month and bagels and coffee on the second Tuesday of the month. And they are also throwing a party there February knife with pizza and bagels. Their prices you cannot beat that best gym to go to. I would not recommend Edge Fitness they will not let you out of the contract. They want a cancellation fee of $57 if you want to quit they want to sign me up for a two-year membership I said what if I am dead by the time goes up they said I am still legally binded that they would have to take it out of my will. Do not go to Edge Fitness Planet Fitness has the best

I’ve been coming here over a year now and multiple times I’ve waited for tanning/to make a purchase just for the front desk assistant to be working out instead of doing their job. I’ve waited for 15 or more minutes and it’s maddening! Why bother having front desk assistants if they’re just going to get a work out in instead of doing their job....Whoever was working this morning (1/17, around 5:30am) shouldn’t have a job here.

Its like working out in a library u must be quiet!! This gym has no free weight bench press only Smith machine!! The dumbbells only go up to 75lbs!! The curling bars go up to 60lbs!! No standing calf raises!! No incentives!! Garbage gym!!

A good place to accommodate your fitness goals for its low prices HOWEVER, you MUST watch your account as they are good for billing you twice per month!!! Its happened to 3 individuals in my family and two coworkers. I wonder how many more? Im certain they will stop if there was a class action.......

Very clean, they just remodeled and a lot had improved. Kind of feels like they need more space to keep all the equipment.Dont expect a full gym, but for a nice simple workout, it will do.

Very well kept and clean. Only downside to this location is the machines are older. My previous location the machines we newer and you could use the machines unilateral if you wanted.

Be careful before signing up for a membership at this gym. Once they get your information you will never stop getting charged. My daughter signed up here and went here a few months. When she wanted to cancel they told her that she had to come in to cancel in person. She went into the gym personally to cancel and they have still not stopped taking the membership fee out of the account. I have made several attempts to call with no return calls. I call in and the store manager is always on break.

Franchise of a national fitness center chain. Great hours some locations open 24hrs. Full locker rooms with showers. Inexpensive rates less than $25 a month. Friendly available staff. Grewat location on a major road with plenty of surface parking.Tanning beds, massage chairs and beds, plenty of aerobic and fitness equipment. Some free weights.

Ive been to several different planet fitness locations in jersey/Philly before making this my home gym, and this is the cleanest one Ive seen. Members do a good job of re-racking weights and cleaning off machines/mats and the locker rooms and showers are well kept. The place is newly renovated with spacious lockers that dont require you to bring your own lock, new cardio machines some of which I havent seen at any other locations (Rowing machines, some type of arm machines, and stair masters finally), and a PF360 area. It can get pretty crowded around 5-7, so be aware of that if you have a day job. Its been even more crowded lately because of the new year, but thats every gym. And for the most part everyone is friendly and they are 24/7 so if it really bothers you, just avoid that time. My only complaint is that the stretching/abs area is a little smaller than other gyms and it get easily packed. If more than four people are working out/stretching on mats in that area it starts to feel very squished. But its not a huge inconvenience as you can always just find somewhere else to place your mat. They also dont have a lying leg curl machine.

It smells when you walk in, but its pretty good otherwise.

I jus joined this limited gym.. I cant believe that this gym has no free weight bench press inclined and declined... No standing calf raise machine.. no free weight squat area!! and the free weights are old ther losing the chrome coating so their rusty they have too many machines.. its like a kiddy place for middle schoolers to work out!! Not worth joining if u really want a very good workout!!

I would have not given this any stars if I were able to. My daughter just got a membership before knowing she was accepted to LSU. Mind you she is a student and we as parents are paying her college education so, financially we are super tight. She will not have a car as a freshmen in college, therefore we called and explained our situation to Alex. He would not terminate her contract unless a fee of almost $60.00 was paid. With his nasty reply I decided to cancel her membership and cancel the entire families as well to even out the cost and I didnt mind. Dont want to be with a company that doesnt show compassion, understanding or the willingness to work with there customers. Id much rather go to another gym that doesnt have a contract in place and appreciate there member of over 6 years. Alex, I highly recommend you and your team go to a customer service skills seminar.

Have been with plant fintess for over a year. Today I had a issue that caused me to go to a different gym. Went in about 9am and had my two children with me that were old enough to sit by themselves at a table like they have been for the past year I have had my membership. Today the girl working at the front waited until I scanned my membership card to tell me I cannot leave my children unattended. I explained to her that I have done this for the past year and nobody has said anything to me. She told me that I couldnt leave them there. So I left returned later to cancel my membership and the manager said that it is their policy, so why now all of a sudden they are in forcing it after I have been a member.

Planet fitness in Bellmawr sucks.I had my credit card stolen there and used to pay someones t mobile bill.the Bellmawr police were no help tho i filed a complaint.they investigated and NEVER got bak to me...I suspect it was an employee.A couple of weeks later..and employee walked away with my sneakers..because i refused to put them on while riding a bike( tho ive ridden bikes at planet fitness facilities in 5 states in my socks...without incident.I stopped paying my bill after that and will never go to planet fitness again....and if you decide to go there...definately avoid smellmarwr.....peace and love

Ive been having a great experience, but ive found the policies differ depending on who is working. Ive been putting my keys behind the counter every time i visit and today it was a problem. I tried to explain this to the associate but before i could finish my statement she cut me off stating well were under new management now. Im not sure if she was the manager but she was extremely rude. Im sure it wont be the last time theyll be under new management.

Best place to be you and ride bikes that dont move

This was the first gym that Ive ever been a member of and still am. It is simple and has everything I need. Its in a great local plaza near many other type of stores. You have newly opened WaWa right across Route 130 if you would like to grab something for pre or post workout, ShopRite in case you have to get some groceries before heading home, GNC is around the corner, etc.They just had some renovations done and it looks great. Some new machines were added, new TVs, and you no longer need your own lock as the new lockers now have a built-in combination lock where you create your own combo, very simple.A lot of individuals seemed to have been upset throughout the renovation process. You have to remember its primarily done to keep us members happy... they kept their open 24 hours promise and did not close while also allowing non-black card members to visit other clubs until the renovations were completed.. if the noise and look of the place affected you that much, other Planet Fitnesses were minutes away.Go check em out, and enjoy your workout!

Wouldnt ever go BACK !!!!!!I signed a contract in 2016 and a year later I wanted to cancel my membership and then today for them to tell me it going to cost me 73.00 plus a late fee of 10.00 cause they renewed my membership , first off if the company and there employees would of read and remind us as there customer that our membership is coming to end and ask if we wants to renew it , not to automatically renew it cause it on there terms , this why I wouldnt go back cause it not about fitness it about money , reason why I went Edge Fitness they sit down and explain the contract and how many years do you wants to do which is 1 year to 2 years contract and no money down and they very welcoming and have more fitness and plus there annual fee is 50 dollars and there employees are the best very hands on with working out and tips , like you can trust this company I get more for my dollar and build myself even better AT Egde fitness , if I can report planet fitness this to the better business bureau I would but hopefully someone would take the time to read this before they make a desicion to go there... SO DONT PURCHASE A MEMEBER IF YOU DONT READ THERE TERMS NOT OPTION OF YOUR TERMS AT ALLL.....

Went in as I was told two days after annual renewal period to cancel membership got a receipt I signed and yet there is no record was told thaty membership was cancelled well no it wasnt they pulled money from my account and refuse to refund my money because apparently someone not me since I was under the impression my membership was cancelled was using my membership ... Now waiting to talk to the regional manager who apparently is not available ...what a joke

This place is an overall good gym. I rarely ever have to wait for a machine. There is more than enough cardio. I did have to wait with the weights though (leg machine and pull down). Dumbells are always available. They have music on a mix station. They have 8 different channels to choose from on the tvs. Good gym for people to stay in shape.

People at this gym are very lax about cleaning up after themselves. The gyms in Delran and Mt. Laurel are both much less grimy

Staff doesnt hussle or clean.50% of members did not wipe down machines after use.parking is tight.

First at all, they were charging me for two memberships for two years. When I went to solve the problem they told me it was my faul LOL. I let it pass. I went to cancel the account two month later and on the top of owing me money, they charged me $45. The staff was very unhelpful.
