We couldnt be happier with Five Star! We used them in 2019 to completely redo our upstairs master bathroom. We got them back again to redo our kitchen. Youd really struggle to find a better team. We would definitely use them again in future :)

FRAUD ALERT! FIVE STAR REMODELING PURCHASES POSITIVE REVIEWS. CRIMINAL USE OF HOME ADVISOR TO SILENCE NEGATIVE REPUTATION. Five Star Remodeling tricks consumers into trusting them by purchasing positive reviews, so please take great caution when dealing with them. I previously left a negative review after Five Star Remodeling missed multiple appointments to bid my project and wasted my time in other ways. It was unfortunate, but not the end of the world, and my review reflected both the negative and positive elements of the experience. Since I posted that review, I have been badgered by requests from Five Star that I remove the negative review. Most recently, I received a phone call from a Five Star Remodeling representative who offered to write me a check of $500 in exchange for removing the review. I am so grateful to live in the United States, a country that has laws that protect consumers for transparency on review sites such as HomeAdvisor, Yelp, etc. There is a reason that it is a crime to buy positive reviews online; how else could consumers trust the information that they read? I would have loved to simply move on from this bad experience, but their last phone in which they attempted to bribe me was so offensive that I have decide also to file complaints with the Federal Trade Commission and the Attorney General to prosecute them more directly for this crime. I can only imagine how many other negative reviewers have been bribed into silence on this site given the brazen disregard for truth and transparency that I suffered in my interactions with Five Star Remodeling. Please do not hire them.

We hired Five Star Remodeling to gut and remodel our full bathroom in late 2019 and we are STILL dealing with fallout from their shoddy work a year and a half later. We initially chose Five Star because their lead salesman indicated they could assist with design, but the “design” services consisted of showing us stock photos of fixtures that wouldn’t actually fit in our bathroom. Once we sourced and ordered our own fixtures, Five Star installed several of them damaged or crooked, which prolonged the entire renovation while we were left without a working tub/shower. Because the floor tiles were installed incorrectly, our floor is uneven in height and the grout cracked almost immediately. Our toilet also began leaking through the floor and our downstairs ceiling below, which our longtime plumber realized was due to an incorrect install of the drain pipe. We luckily fixed the issue before it necessitated a full second remodel; however, we’re now left having spent a large sum of money on a renovation with many aesthetic and utility defects. I would absolutely NOT recommend Five Star and hope to save other homeowners from our experience.

Five Star review for Five Star Remodeling! We needed our deck redone and wanted benches built into it. Bryan handled the sales aspect flawlessly. The price was what we expected despite inflated building material prices thanks to the state of the economy. The best was the fact that they could handle it almost immediately because they have stellar crews who made the dream a reality. They were top notch and we cannot say enough great things about Five Star. This is also our second job with them as they did two bathroom remodels for us. Look no further because Five Star Remodeling does it all!!

Five Star Remodeling did a beautiful job remodeling our bathroom. It was our only bathroom and it was demolished and put back together in 4 days. Tiling job was great. Shaun and Ty were excellent they cleaned up every night and were on time every day. We waited two wks for the quartz on vanity. But it looks fantastic! Thank you!

The entire experience with FiveStar from Sales to Design to Workmanship through completion was replete with attentive personalized service, a fierce aim to please the customer and caring workmanship. The process was very smooth and they met my schedule on time with room to spare. The entire team from Bryan to Douglas were easy to work with and helpful. I feel we had lots of options and the price was really competitive. Our bathroom looks awesome and it was completed in a little more than a week.

From estimate to completion, Bryan and his team have been nothing but amazing. I have never been more impressed with customer service and the process of a project ever before. I have dealt with contractors in the past representing that they know what they are doing but Bryan and his team are the REAL DEAL. Bryan went above and beyond for our project keeping my budget and time frame into consideration during every stage of the game. If I could give them 6 STARS.... I would. We are totally satisfied and I just LOVE looking at my house now. We are certainly looking forward to working with Bryan on my next house project!
