I had the pleasure of accidentally finding this insurance agency. The owner Kevin opened my policy. He was very pleasant and attentive. He gave me a great rate. I also had the pleasure of working with Courtney, Ashley and Karim. I had trouble canceling my insurance policy through the day due to me getting it through a broker. I called different offices and had trouble finding my policy plan. Not too many folks like dealing with insurance but they make it a lot easier.

Terribly incompetent and they want to blame the customer for their incompetence. This agency has cost me tens of thousands of dollars in lost/denied insurance claims due to incorrect information and incompetence and they have been extremely frustrating to do business with. I finally had to transfer my account to another State Farm agent and have had no problems since I switched. If I had not lost the pictures of the damages to my home that were stored on my computer, I would be charging this agency with fraud and suing them for damages.

Update 2019I went to renew online, couldn’t.I got help through the website. I found out that my account and another are combined. I can’t get help. 24 hours later still no call back and still no help!!!
