I like the fact that they didnt have me leave my truck there until the parts came in since it was still drivable. Ben the estimator and the lady at the in the front were pleasant to deal with. Im sorry I didnt get your name. The truck wasnt there long and I would get occasional updates on the progress.

We recently brought our car in that had fender damage from a falling tree branch. The staff was excellent. The repair job they performed was very impressive. They not only did it professionally and flawlessly, but did it in only 2 days. We could not be more pleased with the job they did, and the way they treated us. I would recommend this body repair shop to anyone if they treat all their customers the way my wife and I were treated there.

This location is the absolute best! During what would be a stressful situation, the team at Cinnaminson’s Caliber Collision did everything to make my life easier. Joe DiCastelnuovo was a great representative of the company. Extremely responsive to calls and emails, knew exactly who I was and what stage of repair of my car was in before I could finish saying hello.u2028u2028The repair was Grade A as well. My car looks no different now than it did before the accident, no issue with body panels aligning and perfect paint matching.Overall great experience and I’m very happy with my choice to bring my car to this location for repair. Taking my car to Caliber has been the absolute worst experience. I had to return it to the shop 5 times after its initial return to me, twice having it towed back. Once it was because a tire they replaced wouldn’t hold air. They said they fixed it but I still have to fill the tire once a week, so it is obviously not fixed. The first time my car was returned, the technicians left trash in the car (theirs, not mine- rags, sponges, paper towels and a drink bottle), and the car was missing pieces, parts were not fixed properly and a huge scratch was left in the leather of my driver’s seat. Manager Mike said he fixed the other issues but that there was no good fix for the scratch one of the techs left in my leather and offered “his apologies.” I had to go back again after having these issues fixed because they left a sticker between the seams of my car and the tire was low again. I mentioned the transmission driving weird and was told there was nothing wrong and that it wasn’t “that tire” that was making the light come on.This last time, I insisted there was a problem with the transmission and was dismissed. They kept my car for a week, claimed they took it to a transmission specialist and that there was nothing wrong but refuse to tell me the name of the transmission specialist or show me any report from one. Today the car broke down, transmission overheated and I had to have it towed back again. As I write this, my car is at Caliber, again, or so I assume because they do not even call to let me know when they’ve received the vehicle from the tow company. At this point I have no reason to believe I will get my car back without any problems.Any communication with the shop requires multiple calls and to be told “we’ll call you back” which doesn’t happen for days if at all. I have now dealt with two different managers, neither of which seem to know much about cars at all. When I finally do get someone on the phone they are condescending and refuse to address the problem. Andre’s response to me today regarding my transmission problem was uninformed to say the least- “so you’re telling me the transmission fluid is low.” Well, being that he supposedly took it to a transmission expert less than two weeks ago, I would hope they’d checked that. I know I did before bringing it back in. As the manager of an establishment that has obviously screwed up in every way regarding my vehicle, he was also pretty unwilling to fix the problem at first. He did eventually have my car towed back and a rental car secured, but as I mentioned before I have no faith that it will actually be repaired and I am currently looking for other recourse for the problem.Since my insurance was involved I had no choice but to keep going back but I will never return to this establishment after this and probably won’t return to any Caliber or Abra. This has been the worst headache and it could have been avoidable had they done their due diligence from the start and actually checked for mechanical problems like I asked them to instead of just addressing the body damage to my car.TL;DR: Go somewhere else.

Everyone was really helpful there, especially Denise who was super friendly and took care of all my car issues. However, getting a rental was one of the issues I had just because I underage to get one but they could have been more clear when I asked about it on the phone. One of the guys was really nice and genuinely cared about the personal issues I was having in regards to my car. Collision Max has really good staff overall. Thank you so much for your help!

I gave 2 stars only. I was in an accident in October 2018 and was referred here by my insurance company. Last week I was riding down the highway and the entire lining flew off my window.I called to speak with someone and I felt like I was unimportant and my matter was small. I was then told they needed to order a part and it would only take a few days to come in.One week later, I called to see if part had arrived and now was told the end of the week.I wouldn’t recommend this particular Collison Max to anyone

This place has gone downhill and quickly. I dropped my car off on a Friday, and was told by the front desk woman that it would be ~10 days, and I would be kept abreast on the status of the repairs. Almost an entire week goes by with no word. At this point I call them, and I am told they found additional damage. Why they wouldnt think to contact me earlier in the week to let me know this is beyond me. But either way, their inital story was that the appraiser would be out the next day(Friday) to inspect the car. Friday comes and goes no call, so I call to find out if the appraiser has been out and they say its now Monday or Tuesday of the next week. My insurance, which I contacted Monday, says they received nothing from them until Monday. Needless to say after the appraiser finally looked at the vehicle on Tuesday, it took them roughly 3 days to fix the car(keeping in mind the whole first week my car wasnt even worked on). So when I finally pick up the car, they dont seem to know how they are being paid. Even though when I dropped the car off over 2 weeks ago, I filled out a Direction of Payment so the insurance would pay them directly. But I guess somewhere in the unorganized heaps they call desks that paperwork got lost and never processed. But eventually they found the 2 week old paper I signed, so I just paid my deductible and attempted to leave until I noticed they completely drained my (new)battery somehow. I would like to give them 1 star, but the job (thus far) looks pretty decent.

Like all the other comments They are very inefficient! Brought my car in for a simple dent in the car door. Was told multiple time by Guy my car will be finished and it was not. When I brought it in for an estimate They said the repair would take 3-5 days, it is now 10 days and they say it will still be another couple days!! The insurance payed them the first week and since they received the money they have acted like time was not an issue. I have been without my car and very inconvenienced by this company. Be prepared to be without your vehicle for weeks if you take it to this company :(

I have a message on my phone saying I am calling to inform you that your vehicle is ready for pick up, just give us a call back. I called back and the woman on the phone spoke to me like I was stupid and said we will call you when it is absolutely done. Excuse me?Update: My car was supposedly finished being repaired. However, they neglected to fix my cracked windshield. This further inconvenienced me. Unacceptable.

Ill keep this short and sweet. I had horrible experience with this company. I was blatantly told that my car would be done in a week when the guy Dan knew it would take longer. After being blown off for 2 weeks with no car and a million excuses I went down there demanding to see my car and this is when it was revealed that they had not done the job correctly and furthermore damaged part of my interior in the process. It took another 10 days after I returned my car to get the damages fixed and to get the original work done correctly. Smh...

DO NOT USE them! Took my car in for an estimate (I am paying, not insurance) on 3/19/14 for a cracked front fender. They said theyd order parts, and to bring car back in on 3/26...then it would take two days to fix. HA! When I called after 2 days, they said they had claimed 3 days. Now its the 5th day. They still need a part. Claimed they ordered it, but it was given to someone else!??????? So now it will be at least one more day (doubtful). asked to speak to manager...he was in a meeting.
