I originally called about a quote and Ken called me personally. He gave off a very good first impression and we discussed what I wanted. I was excited to work with him because he seemed like he knew what he was talking about so I was more than likely going to get him to do the work even if he would have been a little more than competitors. He told me he would be out on a certain date. I never heard from him after that so about a week and a half later I email the company asking about the quote. No answer. I call the office and the woman tells me basically that they were busy and didn’t get a chance to go out yet but they can go out tomorrow. All they had to do was call me that day and say “hey we got some calls and we can’t go out today” I would have accepted that. I understand. But for me to have to keep calling and trying to get in contact with someone is unacceptable.

We have been using Gibson heating and cooling for many years. Ken is professional and knowledgeable. He responds quickly to answer questions and does quality work. We are also very satisfied with the work of Cameron, an employee of Gibson heating and cooling. We would recommend them .

Ken installed our heat pump several years ago. He has been servicing it twice a year since then. He is very responsive and knowledge. We have referred friends to him and highly recommend him.

Ken was great to work with. Initially, we had to re-schedule our service due to weather. Ken was very accommodating with fitting us in. When he arrived, he was very friendly, efficient and even wore the proper PPE. We will be signing a service contract with him.

Gibson Heating and Cooling just installed a new heater, AC unit, humidifier and hot water heater in our house. They did a fantastic job. Ken and his associate, Cameron, were very thorough and accommodating. They were also very professional in installing all of the new equipment. They also explained everything in how to use it properly and the benefits of what we were having installed. Ken gave us a few different prices for the things we needed and we appreciated that because we were able to choose exactly what we needed without having to shop anywhere else. I Contacted Gibson for an estimate on a new Air Conditioner unit for our home. After a couple of previous service calls we knew it was time for a replacement instead of sinking money into it like we have the past 2 summers. Ken was extremely helpful. When he initially diagnosed the possible problem we were having with our furnace, it was learned that a few different parts may need to be replaced to remedy the problem. On the next visit to actually do the repair, he found that the replacement of parts was not necessary, and fixed the issue with less work than previously expected. Rather than up-charge us for replacing parts we thought we needed, he repaired only what was necessary, saving us a lot of money. He was also very prompt for appointments and maintained an open line of communication. If you’re looking for an experienced and trustworthy HVAC technician, definitely give these guys a call.

I have been using Gibson heating and cooling since 2011.After using several contracters to repair my broken air conditioner back in 2011 , not one was able to resolve, Ken was the only one who was able to resolve for me.Ken is very dependable, ALWAYS shows up on time and will work with me around my schedule. I have him come out every spring now to do preventative maintenance and he does a great job!

Ken has been amazing. He has been servicing my air conditioner for about 5 years now (in 2 different houses). He always answers his phone or promptly returns messages. When Ive called in an emergency, he has come to the house within hours. During the first few times he serviced my AC, I was a single mom. His professional and friendly demeanor helped me to trust him immediately, and he took extra time to explain things I needed to know about the AC, including showing me how to change the air filter. Not only is his expertise evident, he is professional, efficient, friendly, and fair. I wont call another person as long as Ken is around.

I called because our a/c wouldnt work. Called another company first and they came out and said the compressor needed replaced at a cost of $2800. Called Gibsons and he was out within 3 hours. Was not here 10 minutes and had the a/c up and running. Did not need to replace the compressor either. First time using them and have him scheduled to come do more work. Made an service appointment for Friday between 3 and 5 .told by customer service that I .would be contacted half hour before service. I got the phone call at 830am while driving to work.By the time i was able to call back was told service appointment canceled .Very disappointed in the way the situation was handle.
