Amazing service team and very receptive.

I am a lead concierge for the Barrington of Oakley Retirement Community. We order carpet on a regular basis as we turn apartments over for new residents.We order two different kinds of carpet, one of which is more expensive and is required on our memory care floor. Unfortunately, there was a mix up and the more expensive carpet was installed into one of our assisted living / independent living apartments. After a quick investigation, the error was found to be with Wetzel Flooring. (If the error was our, we would have accepted the responsibility.) Chris Malone came over the following day to speak with our marketing director, Linda, to straighten out the details.Their instillation was prompt and timely. When there appeared to be a problem, there was no pressure to sign for the job until the issue was resolved. It is wonderful to know there are companies like Wetzel Flooring in this space who will provide excellent service. I would suspect we will be using them again in the future!
