Still in the process of getting new floors, but so far very impressed with their customer service and responsiveness.

We ran out of some tile that we bought off a friend. I called around for two days and could not find what we needed. I called A Step Above and talked to Ellen; she not only found the same tile that day, she had it available the next day to pick it up. When I picked it up Lydia was great to work with and she even had someone load into our car for us. They were incredible to work with and we will keep that in mind when we get ready to replace our floors.

I hired Nate and his team after having a bad experience with another flooring company initially to fix their issues but then had them price another room. They consulted with me on exactly what was needed to repair the previous job and to complete the new job. They exceeded my expectations on price, quality, and delivery in one day. I will hire them again and would recommend them to anyone! Nice job Nate & team!!

They were able to match all the trim to the cabinets as requested and the floor turned out looking great. The install crew was very courteous and did an excellent job. Reasonable price and their team made it an easy decision after dealing with several other flooring companies. I will be using A Step Above Flooring again!

Had flooring installed throughout my main floor. I had multiple layers of floors in different rooms. They were able to demo all of the old flooring out and replace with a seamless finish. No more thresholds everywhere! All of the people were wonderful to work with. Great price for the quality of product and service received.

A Step Above Flooring is where you need to go for all of your flooring needs. We visited the store looking for carpet. The sales staff was very knowledgeable about their product and made us feel at ease immediately. AND carpet installer, Ed, did an amazing job. I cant say enough about the quality of his work. He was here for two days. Seams are perfect, he had to match up a patterned carpet. And not one scratch on walls or baseboard. He was amazing.I highly recommend this business! It was a great experience from beginning to end and we couldnt be happier with the outcome.
