Got my windows tinted here over the weekend and had nothing but a pleasant experience. All i had to do was call and say i was coming and i dropped it off and after a few hours it was done. I appreciate that they are open on the weekends as thats my only free time. The employees were very friendly/helpful and my tint looks great!

First time going to Jays and I’ll never go anywhere else. Awesome customer service, very down to earth workers and the final product was amazing, they transformed my 392 with the ceramic tint. If you don’t go to Jays then you need to. I’ve been to all the tint places in the area and not here to mention names and other places but let’s just say they are the best by far, no competition.

Great service and knowledgeable people. Got my Mini Cooper Clubman S tinted day after Christmas and I was first appointment of the day. They got right to it and had me out in an hour. I came back a week later to let them know that there where a few spots that I was unhappy with. They setup an appointment for today 1.7.20 to fix the issues. They replaced the tint on the 2 windows instead of trying to apply heat to remove bubbles and trim off jagged edges. Very impressed with the willingness to go above and beyond to make me happy. This is my second car that I have had them work on and they get a referral from me. I will post an update in a week.A month later and everything looks great. Thanks Jay. (Added more pics)

Straightforward pricing, no surprises, and quality work. Theyre efficient and get you on your way quickly. I have taken my past three vehicles here to have window tinting done. I used to live close to the shop, but since moving I am more than willing to make the 30 minute drive to get there. It is well worth it! I call ahead to make an appointment, but depending on how busy they are they will try to accommodate walk ins. They offer a variety of tints, both in quality and shade/percent. They also have protective films and wraps. All of the employees are professional, and the shop is very clean. I highly recommend Jays; you can trust they will take care of your vehicle no matter the kind.

Detail World wasn’t able to get me in for window tinting for a few weeks. I decided to give this place a try since they could get me in sooner. When I picked up my car and took the car home, I noticed a dent on the rear quarter panel of my car. My car is brand new and I can tell you for sure the dent wasn’t there before I left them with my car. Of course they denied causing the damage, as expected. Not only that, the tint job is pretty bad, there are folds in random spots and small bubbles around the edges of the windows. Keep in mind it’s been a week, so the tint has had plenty of time to cure. Save yourself the headache and go to Detail World, stay away from this place.

The price he gives over the phone is the cheapest without lifetime warranty.When you get there its over $100 when I called ahead of time to check prices he didnt offer lifetimeThe guy next door offers lifetime over the phone cheaper. I feel liked its whatever it takes to get you to schedule that appt. Then give options when you get there.The whole reason I called ahead was for best price.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. Lied and said ceramic was 15% but its actually 20%, installation was done terribly, dirt everywhere between the film and window. Didnt use the right product and was told it would be $85 to have the tint removed and replaced. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !! Extremely unprofessional and Jay doesnt care about his customers... was told on the phone i wont refund you because i dont want to lose money... when it is your company you should be willing to make things right. Terrible service, terrible attitudes, terrible quality!

Jay’s did a great job removing my visor tint which was odd shaped and way to dark for operation. Price was reasonable and work was accomplished quickly.

We got our BRAND NEW 2020 Honda Accord’s windows tinted here on Saturday evening 6/27/2020. Got home the windows looked great, pulled the car in the garage and went out for the evening. Sunday morning walk out into the garage and noticed 4 dents on the back window pillars, 1 on the passenger side and 3 on the drivers side!! Monday afternoon I called them, Jay told me to bring the car up to look at it.. so later that evening we took the car there.. his response was his guys are trained to not touch the outside of the car!! Well someone needs to explain these dents!! Today we had to pay 150$ to a dent guy to have them removed!!! And he said that 100% the dents were done there, because he’s seen this same thing happen before!!! Jay needs to fix this and pay up!!

They broke the rear window of my convertible during tint installation. I brought up an issue prior to installation and they told me it wouldnt be a problem. After it was a problem, a much bigger problem, they denied the whole situation and told me it was just old and was a coincidence. I did go to court and due to the judges lack of knowledge with this situation and my not bringing before and after pictures, they walked away free and clear.They have tinted for us in the past but I will NEVER go back and suggest taking before pictures. And if youre female, Jay needs to know, its NOT okay to refer to you as Hun!Go somewhere that will back their company, stand by their word and correct their mistakes.Lesson learned, the customer shouldnt be the only one signing anything.FYI they will do illegal tint if you sign a paper saying you need it for medical purposes, clearing them of responsibility. I actually do have documentation to back this, but they never even asked for proof, just a signature.Im not bitter. I am angry at myself but more importantly, I dont want someone else to be taken advantage of?

Should have learned my lesson the first time using them. First vehicle tinted here had issues and they reluctantly fixed it. Second vehicle tinted here has an issue and they wont stand behind their work. Save yourself some headache and go elsewhere!

I absolutely had to leave these guys a review. They do amazing work! I was able to set up getting my front windows tinted to match the back half of my vehicle. I also had a visor strip installed. Great prices, good guys, good service. Banner across front windshield was put on vehicle, there was a rip in it, they immediately fixed it. Had another banner put on another vehicle, they were super quick with it.

Brought our 4th car in to have tint done. Asked if they could fix their work on my other car because the back window is so bubbled you cant see out of it. Showed them a payment receipt and they said sure drop it off later and took the money for the other car. They called later and said actually no they wont fix it. Well played jerks. So Ill just strip their shoddy work off and go to detail world like everyone else.

I talked to several people that recommended Jays and he did not disappoint. Our new car had “20%” factory tint on 5 windows and nothing on the front doors. The factory tint was more like 30% and too light. I wanted to make the factory windows darker, tint the front two doors, and it was important that all the windows match. I don’t like cars that have different shades of tint. Jay knew exactly what to do. Attached is a picture (Silver Subaru Forester) and the car looks great, see for yourself. Job well done!

I had Jays Tint do two of my cars. I had my car tinted and they did a good a job. I only saw 1 flaw but it doesnt bother me.Then a year later I had them tint my Wifes new car.Big mistake! They did a rush job there were 2-3 guys working on different windows. I guess 1 or 2 of the guys didnt have much experience tinting.I noticed when they pulled the car out that there were multiple small bubbles and flaws. The guy agreed and put a heat gun to them and explained there could be dust that they cant control? He said wait a week and it will work itself out. I knew it was messed up. I have had windows tinted on all my cars for last 20 years. Also they left the clear tint backing that was pealed off and some tint trim scraps laying on the back floor board along with a small slim razor blade tool.I took it back a few days later. Dave guy blew me off and used a heat gun on a couple spots. Which one spot it melted the tint. It actually looks worse now.Bottom line IF there are issues with the tint your stuck with it! They dont want mess with you. There is NO Lifetime warranty. I am stuck with it.The worst part is I paid around 300 bucks for my Wifes Car. Now I hear it from her and I am out money. I wish they would of done it right. Or at least messed up my car instead of hers.Now I am going to pay someplace else to strip several windows and have them re-tint.What a headache! Dont waste your time and money with Jays tint.Trust me you will regret it!

Love this place! I had my windows on my truck tinted here about a year ago. A small bubble appeared on the passenger side window this spring. I called them, they had me bring it in & replaced it for free. Excellent customer service!

Had the back window tinted on my Mustang. The back windows on these cars are a pain to tint but the guys over at Jay’s did a great job. A few weeks later the tint peeled up top but they fixed it without any issues. Definitely will go back in the future!

I had my windows done by Jays four years ago. Just recently Ive noticed some bubbling on my rear window. I called today and left a message. Surprisingly, my call wad returned quickly, and they told me to come in. When I arrived, I was helped quickly. They totally replaced the coating, no arguing, no issues. Everyone was polite, and the eindow looks great.

This place is sucks. I had my windows tinted here and all my windows looked fine except the rear window. It had crappy looking silver along the top where it looked like it havent fused with the window so I asked them about it and they said its all like that and theres not much they could do but to come back in a week if it was still like that and they would fix it and 9 days later I called and said I needed to set up an appointment to get it fixed and reminded them what car it was and the issue it was still having and they said they cant fix it because all of there tint is like that (no its not. They have cars sitting out front and they dont have that) and the only thing they could do was put a piece of vinyl over the top...for another $30 so I hung up and now I have to pay another place $60 to remove it and clean it and another $80 to put a new tint on it. Cant believe I wasted my money there. Never going back again

Went in on a Saturday to get my truck windows tinted. They helped me choose the perfect tint to accomplish what I wanted, and make the truck look great. Jay even stopped by to make sure it was up to par! I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Ill certainly drive the extra miles to Jays for all my future tinting needs.

Walked in to get a quote and the smell of marijuana was overbearing. I left after getting a quote so I don’t know the quality of work.Price was decent but detail world down the street had a more inviting atmosphere

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! :) I once got my fathers Chevy Impala tinted here, he is deceased now. I rememberd the name of this place, it was my first call no hesitation. I myself have a 2012 White Chevy Impala Ltz, my husband bought it for me 2 months ago and put 20 rims. It definitely needed the window tint to finish the look. I got the CTX film at 15%. Jay and his crew did an amazing job. My husband even went and literally got his 2010 red Genesis Coup tinted today with the same film and same %. Keep up the great work boys :)

Had my truck and my wife’s suv tinted there. She ended up with a group of bubbles on her passenger side right in her line of sight to the mirror and I had bubbles on my driver side. My bubbles ended up tearing from sliding across the strip at the bottom of the window so I took it in. Shop manager on duty said it had to be from me hitting the window with my watch repeatedly or something like that. Spoke with Jay the next day and he said he stands behind the other guys opinion. It’s actually been a little while since this happened but I was looking for vinyl wrap for one of my work trucks and came across they’re company so I figured I’d leave a review to let them know they lost potential business wrapping 4 salesman’s trucks.

I had my homes windows tinted by Jays. All I can say is phenomenal job, look and exactly what we wanted and needed, plus some. I did my due diligence and Jays was always at the top of the list. There was no doubt and we didnt need more than five minutes to make our decision. We went with the commercial grade tinting and love it, thank you Jays!!!

I took my Mercedes to Jays August of 2016 to get my windows tinted. Jay is a nice guy, but the guys working for him werent so friendly. They were rushing so fast that one of the guys were getting angry because he had to throw away a couple sheets of film because he kept messing it up. While they were tinting the windows, Jay, the owner offered to have the spoiler vinyl wrapped. I agreed to have the spoiler wrapped, but his guys acted like I was taking too much of their time and they did a quick job and used razor knives to cut the wrap, damaging my paint. Later when I got home I realized that some of the windows were all scratched up and there was dirt underneath the film. I called them, and they told me that I should wait until the end of the week and see how it looked. After a week goes by I call them, and they make me an appointment to come in. When I showed up, the guy that I talked to was rude and said I get that its a Mercedes but its not gonna be perfect and was trying to get me to leave. I got him to fix one of the windows, but he was persistent on only fixing one of the windows, and he wanted me to choose which window gets fixed. I got Jay to come out and look at it and he told them to take it in and redo a couple of the windows, and then they sent me on my way. Now, its almost April of 2017 and I go to remove the spoiler, and I find that from where they used the razor knives to cut the wrap, the cut right through my paint too. So now there is a scratched outline of my spoiler. If I was ever desperate enough to come back here again, I would have to stand there and watch Jay do it himself.

My daughter got her windows tinted yesterday. Her father set her an appointment to get a $169 tinting done on her car. She is young and inexperienced with high pressure sales and he charged her over $300 . He added in a windshield that almost doubled the price. She didnt even realize that is what she bought until it was done. She was very unhappy.The workmanship was good but the extra cost caused her to not be able to afford her Dads fathers day present. We plan to report this business to the BBB.

Great work and very fast!

I took my 2013 Acura in for tinting. I was informed that my back window had glue on it from someone who took the tint off but didnt clean it. I was completely okay with the additional $50 to clean the back window but what I didnt appreciate is the unprofessional approach that was taken. They did not cover my back speakers or seats or anything. It seemed like a full quart bottle or more of chemical was sprayed, along with the sticky gunk that came off and it all ended up in my car...not cleaned or even tried to prevent it. When I picked the car up my black leather seats were streaking with white chemicals. My speakers and all the back dash was soaked with soapy chemicals. My roof was even wet and stained, half a with of it near the back window. I spent 1 1/2 hours trying to dry it all but couldnt get it dry. When I opened the trunk there were two small puddles of chemicals that seeped through. My trunk and roof material was stained. I did what I could but my once new looking car now has water/chemical damage. The reason its not a one star rating is because the actual tint they did do turned out well. Overall it seems like a good place but not very professional or careful, especially when it comes to higher end cars.

I went with my mom to get both of our car windows tinted. I have a 2012 Toyota Corolla and her a 2011 Nissan Altima. It took them around 2 hours to do both cars and they look amazing. I really was happy with the service and wait time. My brother and dad are going to get there cars done next and we wouldnt go anywhere else but here.

Jays Window Tinting did a great job on my windows. Walked right in and they told me 15-20 minutes to tint my 2 front windows of my SUV. I really enjoyed the fast and friendly customer service. Will be returning to have my wifes car tinted as well.
