You need to know that this is a time for more education than relaxation which is actually wonderful as Sylvia leads you through your facial and the benefits of each process. I purchased all the products she suggested for my skincare goals so that I can continue the process at home. Sylvia is so calm and professional. She has the sweetest spirit. Sylvia is a highly skilled and knowledgeable professional esthetician who is versed in treating a variety of skin types and conditions — personalizing every client’s skincare treatment to bring out their glow! ✨I’ve been a monthly facial client for the past year, and my skin has never looked or felt better. She frequently incorporates dermaplaning, peels and LED light therapy into my treatment, and I recently started using one of her custom serums at home as well. My $75 monthly facial membership is beyond worth it, and I’d highly recommend it. If you’re not in Cincinnati, she also offers virtual consultations, especially for those who are working to treat acne. And of course it’s worth noting that if you plan to visit her in person, she’s consistently adhering to COVID-19 safety precautions.

I have been going to Sylvia for the past 6 months and I couldn’t be happier with the way my skin looks. For the past few ears, Ive suffered from acne and as a result had several dark spots on my face from picking. I first saw Sylvia for a complimentary skin consultation in the summer. This is a 15 minute service offered on her website. Within in minute of observing my skin, she saw that I had a lot of clogged pores. She asked me about my skin routine and was able to pin point that my use of Argan oil may be contributing to my excessively oily skin. Although, I was skeptical I took her advice and within a week I saw a major decrease in the amount of blackheads.When I went for my first facial, I filled out an extensive questionnaire that asked about my lifestyle, my diet, health history, and past and current medications. She used this information on the sheet as the current state of my skin to create a CUSTOM facial. I loved it! She talked me through the applications of the products and gave lifestyle tips to better my skin advice. We even came up with a plan to control my acne and even my skin tone. After leaving, my skin was glowing and was very smooth. Since then, I have seen her 3 times and she has never disappointed! I plan to purchase a facials packages so that should let you know about the quality of her service, her professionalism, and knowledge.She recently launched her skincare line and I purchased 4 of her products (cleanser, serum, acne treatment, and moisturizer). It’s fabulous Sylvia has helped so many but she didn’t help me. In fact, the Power A product caused my forehead to clog causing horrible breakouts and I’ve been trying to correct it ever since. I never had issues with my forehead, just my cheeks. I went to her to clear my cheeks and diminish post acne scars. Over $1,000 later my face was worse than when I started and my self esteem took a major hit. Now I’m stuck with all this product that I tried to stay optimistic for. I wish I could get half of my money back as I traveled from out of town to see her and when she did actual skin treatments on me, days later I would get cystic acne which I NEVER had and since I stopped letting her do treatments, I never had them again. If only I could get my forehead back. My right cheek has cleared significantly using Cerave salicylic cleaner. This product cleared the back acne I had I believe from my constant workouts, cleared up allll those break outs so I used on my face with great Improvement. I also use their moisturizer and returned back to my Elta MD sunscreen. Which leads to that was the only piece of advice from Sylvia that worked for me,reapplying sunscreen. Good luck to you all who try her and congrats to those she has helped. I know I can’t be the only one that failed. In fact, starting the program the conversation in the app someone said they started getting breakouts in places never before and I was worried but stayed hopeful after paying Sylvia $1000 initially. Smh
