John is an incredibly smart and savvy professional. He went out of his way to provide us expert advice and was thorough, polite, and straightforward. One of the benefits with Flood Restoration Services is they will video/scope your sewer lines to see if what the issue is in your water lines. John was very responsive, and came out a few hours after I called on December 30th. He set up the cleaning for December 31st ( New Year’s Eve). The entire process went so smoothly. I cant say enough about this company. Flood Restoration Services was recommended by a family friend that they did some water damage cleanup for. We hadnt been down our basement in a few days and when we finally went down we realized and outdoor drain had been clogged by the basement steps and water had ruined the carpet and drywall.
