This company is amazing! They provide wonderful services including full time childcare, part time, date night, back up care, and tutoring services. College nannies and tutors is always available for all your childcare needs and does so with amazing customer service too! They take the time to find people who are a great match for your family and everyone is background checked and trained! Love it!

We have used college nannies and tutors since August 2018 and have had a great experience. We have a consistent nanny that we love and they always send a replacement sitter if she is unable to be there. Our care coordinator is very responsive and kind. She even offered to come over and babysit herself for us if she could not find a replacement in time!

Any incompetent person could run this company more efficiently and with more organization than how it is currently ran. The lack of respect for employees and families is beyond disgusting.

I do not recommend that anyone apply for this company I went in and was offered the job, sat through a nearly 2 hour orientation, and also drove across town a few days later to the office to take my profile picture but instead I was sat down by the owner Sue. She asked about a misdemeanor from my freshman year of college but the way she spoke to me as if she already knew who I was just from the one mistake. She made made feel horrible and she was definitely stereotyping me before even allowing me to speak. I do not recommend anyone work for her she was extremely condescending the way she speaks makes you feel less than. I ultimately ended up turning the job down and told her to have a great day. I refuse to be talked to as a criminal when literally it was a drunk night from Freshman year of college. Not to mention I already told them about incident before being hired and asked if it would be a problem and I was reassured it would not but I guess Sue doesnt want black criminals working for her (sarcasm If you couldnt tell) . SHE IS HORRIBLE STAY AWAY FROM THE COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We wanted to have a great experience, but the Mason/West Chester branch was unable to fulfill their contractual obligation to place us with a nanny for after-school care more than 7-1/2 weeks after signing a placement agreement and paying a large placement fee. Completely failed our family when we found out the night before school started that our only option was to invite a temporary caregiver our family had never met into our home. Poor and very inconsistent communication. With every potential caregiver being discussed and then not being available, we were always told it was the nannys fault. High local client side turnover (our primary contact ended up being out of Columbus). Refunded our money in full quickly, but an absolutely awful experience. Ive never written a poor online review before, but we hope no other family has to experience what we did.

This company is terrible at communication and does not follow-up. Do not believe the guarantee because its not true. We had plans to go out and the sitter did not show. The sitter nor the office call to let us know that no one was coming. The office was aware and didnt bother to notify us.
