The owner, Doug, could not have been nicer. Legalities were easy and contract is straight forward, they dont charge for all the other extra mumbo-jumbo other places do. Vehicle and RV storage available. This is a nice family run large outdoor facility. So glad I found them.

Ive rented storage space with West Side Storage twice. Both times, theyve proven to be extremely professional and helpful. Their facilities are well maintained. The pricing is very reasonable. Ive checked out a few other places before, but I end up deciding to come back here because of the service, pricing, and quality of the facility. A+ and highly recommended.

Would highly recommend! !!! Had our furniture in storage for a year and a half. Much better than our last facility. Staff was great. Told us the best way to store our items.

I had temporary storage needs and also needed a truck to transport. Everything was easy - payment set up , truck pick up, access. Top notch facility and people.

Good deal just dont get stuck in there after 10:00 pm

October 2018I didnt have an issue until the other day I went to get my winter things and noticed little black pellets and some bags and boxes just look ripped up sporadically. I was confused thinking maybe it was the weather playing a part in that. Boy was I wrong ! Starting pulling things out of boxes. Notice some decorative clothes looked ripped up I picked the things up while in confusion wondering why it looked this way when things where not even used. I went to grab something else and mice came running out. So I ran out. I got what i could. Didnt even bring the stuff inside my home. I dont want to risk the mice coming in our home damaging our property, disease etc. Now I have pay someone to help me go through it box by box when the weather breaks.

Friendliest staff and had absolutely no issues storing my items there and loved being able pay by credit card over the phone! Highly recommend!

First class storage facility and service. Would highly recommend.
