Truly an amazing company. Ive been with the company for 4.5 years and along with great benefits that are always improving based on employee feedback (they listen to their employees!), this company has always met me where Im at in life. Ive been lucky to have numerous managers here that have been so supportive, with flexibility to work-from-home when I moved out of town, opportunities to expand my scope of work and learn more about the business outside of my normal responsibilities, paid maternity leaves and extended time off with my family, and also, most recently, the support to work more of a part-time schedule so that I can have a better work-life balance. I joined this company because I believed that they truly valued their employees on an individual level, and I was not wrong!

I have been working at Health Carousel for about a year and a half and I have loved it! I started in March 2020 and was immediately sent home to work remotely during the pandemic. Even in the midst of the pandemic/being remote, I have felt the amazing culture and the impact that our company makes in healthcare. Anyone that is looking for a great company to work for with purpose driven initiatives, I would highly recommend applying. You might just find an amazing career!

Worst company. They abuses nurses here in the USA that are coming from abroad. They are the most unprofessional and unethical company you’ll ever come across. They pay so little and will deceive you with the contract on how many hours you need to work for them. They will want you to work for them for as long as they can make you. They have a lot of lawsuit. This company is absolutely the worst! For my co nurses, save yourself and don’t make the same mistake that we all did here.

Great place to work! Was very agile and people first during the pandemic. Has continued to be people first as we’ve returned to office.

Been a travel nurse for 4 years & was speaking to a recruiter by the name of leighanna and she was very unpleasant. I felt like I was speaking to a robot & she kept dancing around my questions versus actually answering them & seemed like she was in a rush each time we spoke. Thankfully, I spoke to another recruiter by the name of Brooke and she was WONDERFUL. So personable, funny, informative & I felt like I was speaking to a friend who had my best interest at heart. Definitely considering working with her on my next contract but time will tell.

I was offered a position here recently and about to accept and relocate, until I was told the head of recruiting randomly rescinded my offer to give it to a local whom they could pay less. I have never seen or heard of anything like this. What a joke they are, and the horrendous reviews here are far from a surprise.

I never contacted these guys....got email from them to fix my direct deposit......sounds like a scam....called them they not answering.....WATCH OUT

Strange hiring practices. The starting rate is very low, but I was willing to take the pay cut in exchange for job experience. Had a very lengthy interview, met nearly everyone in the building, even sat with recruiters to listen to them make calls.Was called end of the week, asked “How do you think your interview went?” then was told that I wasn’t a candidate for a position. I asked why, was told I didn’t have the educational background or experience for nursing recruitment, though I have a bachelors in business management with a concentration in healthcare informatics and am in my RN program currently.Seems they didn’t want anyone with enough experience to ask for more than 30,000 a year. Would be a alright job for kids just out of college, but I would recommend that anyone with education and experience apply elsewhere.

The most unprofessional, predatory group I have ever run across. If you are truly looking at coming to the USA for work, do your homework on how to proceed. Steer clear of these crooks.
