The young man who refilled my propane tanks was professional and friendly. The price was the best Ive seen.

I am sure this is a nice place. I just wish they didnt turn off the outside pump for the ethanol free gas when they closed for the day. It is a 50 mile round trip to get gas for my mowers. I hate to leave empty handed. They leave the diesel pump turned on 24/7, but the race gas and pure gas is NO GO :-(

Customer service was extremely rude! In January, We thought something was wrong with the furnace but come to find out We needed oil. Because it was so unexpected, The Landlord called and ordered a load and arranged for Us to pay Her back. I called that day to an older Lady and explained the situation and before I could say much, She said “The owner has already called and I’m not getting in the middle of it”. Woah Ma’am I’m calling to see how I can sign up for the monthly payment plans and have automatic deliveries and to be billed (I have great credit so it wouldn’t have been an issue). She tells Me that isn’t a thing. Well yes it is because there were automatic fill ups set up when We moved here and were in the name of the Owners Father that passed away several years ago and I called to stop that because that seemed odd to Me to get the bills in Someone’s name that was deceased. Any who, The Lady didn’t want to “get in the middle of it” yet She told the landlord My last fill up along with how much, Etc. That’s definitely getting in the middle and releasing My information. She lied and was rude! So I switched to Lykins! That’s the 2nd time that lady has been rude and I wish I knew Her name! I guess because I’m a renter, She assumes I don’t have the credit to do a monthly plan? Boy is She wrong!

What can I say about Wardway Fuel? That they are AWESOME ! I’ve been a customer for over 11 years and have yet to get anything less than a superb experience. Called and was told item was in stock and placed on hold with my name in it ...arrived only to find out item is not in stock...disappointing waste of time and effort including finding a babysitter and all the staff were clueless to the situation and unable to offer any assistance or possible solution to make up for the blunder

The professionals at Wardway provide five-star products and advice. I will never go anywhere else for help with my pool. As a first-time pool owner, they have been indispensable in learning the basics and providing the resources for successful pool management. Every single issue Ive had has been always been solved by a trip to the store with a water sample or even a phone call. Each employee is courteous, and their knowledge level paired with their availability and eagerness to help in-person or over the phone creates an amazing customer experience. Cant thank them enough.

All I can speak about is their fuel services. I ordered a full propane tank refill for my parents home that was under contract to sell. Office staff reached out to me the day before delivery asking if I truly wanted to purchase a full tank. The answer was No! But I was unaware the order could be changed. Thanks for going the extra mile and saving my parents estate some money.

I cant say enough about Wardway Fuels. Their customer service is outstanding from top to bottom, from parts to sales, & service to installation. They are knowledgeable and they always have the pool parts I need. They continue to be there for me time and time again. They are absolutely the first place I go for all my pool, grill, and gas needs. There is no reason to look anywhere else.

They have a wonderful staff that is most helpful in any way they can be of service. We took a crepe machine (foreign to them) to have converted from natural gas to propane and though they werent very familiar, they researched and helped us to convert safely! Thanks

The Best,very knowledgeable about their craft. Anyone who has a problem with them has a problem with everyone. I have been using them for various things for years and am glad to say customer service is still alive and well at Wardway.

Although they have next day delivery they are unable to give an accurate window of time when they will arrive. We were told to be awake by 8am because we would be one of their first stops of the day. As it neared 11am and still no oil delivery we called to find out when we should be expecting someone ( not out of impatience, but because we had lunch plans with my family). When we called they quoted us between noon and 2pm. This put a major damper on our lunch plans. When we asked them if they could come later than that because we already woke up before 8am to accommodate them, they said they could not push it back. We had to cancel our lunch plans so we could be here to pay whoever comes out. Then they didnt show up until after 2pm. Will definitely be looking into other companies for our next oil purchase.

Ive had two really terrific experiences here and one unpleasant one. The bad experience was years ago and to be honest I cant even remember all the details anymore. It involved ordering a grill, and not getting communication from the sales staff.The first great experience was ordering a smoker, and the whole thing from start to finish was fantastic. Great, knowledgable sales people, good prices and excellent delivery/assembly people.The second great experience was when my meat thermometer died in the middle of a BBQ and I needed a new one before my pork shoulder was ready to come out. I stopped here on my way to a Kroger just to see if Icould get a cheapy. They didnt have anything in my price range, but the owner was nice enough to give me a very nice Big Green Egg meat thermometer at a DEEP discount (about 70% off) so I could finish my BBQ.Bottom line: This is a business of character. Im sure they dont ALWAYS live up to their own standards - who does? - but when they fall short they always make it right. I firmly endorse.
