I thought I needed a new part. The serviceman said I didnt. He saved me money with his honesty. Hope hes around for many years.

Hours posted are NOT correct. Made the 40 minute drive there (with 2 kids) to find out they were closed 2 hours before the stated time. Called and left two messages trying to connect with someone before making another trip and they have yet to call me back. That was about month ago. Still waiting... I wont be back.

Visited this repair shop for the first time and Im definitely going back if I ever need anything else fixed! My sewing machine was creating birds nests and I couldnt figure out what I was doing wrong. Im a very novice sewer and Nicholas was incredibly patient and helpful in not only fixing my issue, but also showing me a few things my machine can do that I didnt realize it could do! Because it was user error and the machine wasnt really broken, he didnt charge me anything and he even replaced my needle. I would highly recommend visiting Cincinnati Sew and Vac repair in Mt Lookout, if you need your machine or vac fixed!!

I took my grandmothers 1940s Singer in for a tune-up before I started using it. Nicholas is THE BEST at customer service! Not only is my machine running smoothly, but he taught me how to thread it and explained what each part of the machine does. Such a friendly guy, he seems to really care about his customers.

I dont know whats going on with this shop. We brought in a vacuum 6 weeks ago and have not been able to get a hold of anyone at the shop. Weve driven by every week on several different days and left several voicemails which none have been returned. The shop hasnt been open since we left the vacuum. Would never come here again.

Got my hoover repaired. Great price and runs like new. Quick turn around and Nicholas was really nice.

Just picked up my baby (ok...my sewing machine) from Nicholas. :) It wasnt stitching properly at all when I took it in and now its sewing like a dream. It was a pleasure to work with him and I would recommend his shop to anyone.

Went in to get a replacement brush for my Dyson and the guy talked me into a full service. I wasnt sure I needed it, but the vacuum had never been serviced and was 7 years old. He gave me a loaner vacuum as he anticipated about a week for my Dyson parts to come in. (BONUS). Picked up my Dyson and fired her up. MAN, she DID need service. Hums well and is really cleaning up a storm, literally. Biggest surprise: my living room filled with a delicious cinnamon scent from the vacuum! What a pleasurable chore! I cant say enough good things about this place and the service I received, only wish I had more reasons to go there, but with only one vacuum and one sewing machine, I dont think Ill need it often. I will be sending all my friends here.

One star is one too many. Place is awful. Owner is awful. Service is awful. Owner wont return phone calls, place is never open. Do yourself a favor and please go any where else, heck buy a new vacuum but dont do business w this place - ever!!!!!!
