So grateful for the team from MSD who came out and resolved our sewer issues. We had worked with 4 plumbers who couldnt resolve the issue, but MSD came out and worked until the job was complete. We are so thankful for their dedication, customer service, and hard work. THANK YOU!

I called MSD Tuesday about a problem with my sewer line. They sent a crew within one hour! They said the sewer line crew would be out in a couple of days. The first man on the job Thursday was Corey. He explained everything they were going to do after I went out to his truck to greet him. Corey reassured me that they would get it fixed. Sure enough they did. Corey and his crew were polite, hard working and dedicated. I went out and saw Corey when they were done and he explained exactly what they did. Corey was the best and I have nothing but praise for MSD!

The Cincinnati Sewerage Company delivers some of the most creamy, steamy and dreamy logs straight from Andy Sixxs porcelain to my refrigerator. Such tasty and hot logs, would give Sixx stars if I could. Slidding!

Working

Took the free tour the other day. MSD is an amazing facility. The tour guide was an operator and able to explain everything in detail. I would recommend the tour to anyone interested in our city infrastructure.

We called them due to our basement flooding continously after plumbers have came and tried to fixed it. Turns out that it was a root invading the citys pipe. They came right out the same day and fixed the problem! Very efficient, nice men and extremely helpful!

Most crooked public facility in Cincy. Lies on top of lies. Even people who work within MSD admit it is a criminal enterprise. Dont trust a word they say.

I just moved to Hamilton county recently and received my first water bill. My bill was double what it was in Boone county where my previous home was and there are less people in the home. When I called the water company I was advised the bill of the charges is base sewage and that does not change it is billed by the size of your meter. That is ridiculous that Im being charges in. This county by my home not my usage. Very bad business practice.
