Darla C was amazingly patient - answered all questions very kindly, politely and absolutely zero pressure or hurrying us as we had lots of questions. We came back 2 days later and she immediately recognized us unprompted and again - no pressure to make a decision (even though we were buying). Very sweet - get her to wait on you for sure if you come to this location - she deserves a raise !!!

I needed a lift recliner chair after back surgery. Ordered one as a rental from Med Mart - it was delivered and placed in our family room (down a set of chairs). It was in excellent shape and was the perfect solution. Was picked up by their delivery team - polite and thoughtful. If we need anything again will use Med Mart. Thank you Med Mart!!

We told her we wanted time to consider.Today we went to Med Mart and were greeted by Darla who was so helpful and patient. Our daughter needed a knee scooter when she had a broken ankle at the university and went to this facility. She was able to get a knee scooter the same day and was be able to attend her classes with more ease. I wanted to take the time to commend Sherry N. from this Med Mart facility in Cincinnati. There was some misunderstanding on the terms of getting this Knee scooter with the insurance and Sherry was very empathetic, patient and just a very kind human being. Great service and kindness should be recognized. Thank you again!

I just bought a very expensive ramp there. I’m disabled but I can walk a little when I have the energy. I stood in that place waiting for someone to knowledge me; say hello; I’ll be right with you. NOTHING.The girl that finally waited on me and acted like she didn’t want to. A guy from the warehouse came out back and actually help me. He was no salesman by any means but he was a nice guy. He brought out my ramp on the cart. And Med Mart employees graciously let me carry it out to my car myself. This place just want your money.

We entered the store and several employees looked at us but no one asked if they could help us. The customer service is not good. They need training on how to acknowledge customers and not leave them unsure of the process. However, Kathleen was absolutely professional and very helpful. I will come back because of her! I purchased a lift from these guys and then decided to go with a different option. I asked for a refund and they told me it would be no problem. Its been 7 months and I still havent gotten my refund.If at all possible I highly recommend using anybody but these people!!!

Worked over the phone with Wayne in repairs. He helped me to buy the correct piece for the Comfort Halo grab bar assists so that we can use them on my mother’s new full-size bed frame. Several years ago we purchased the twin size for a different bed frame. Wayne contacted the manufacturing company to make sure we had the correct part number and had us measure the existing connecting piece. When the requested adapting piece arrived at the repair center, he double checked the size and measurements with two other sources to make sure we had the correct piece before sending it out to us. We received the adapter part within two day from arriving in their repair center. Wayne was thorough and pleasant to deal with and pulled as much info and detail from us as possible in order to get things right the first time. This was much appreciated, especially since we purchased the mobility assist bars from another vendor several years ago.

I wouldn’t recommend these incompetent and unprofessional people to my worst enemy.They delivered an electric bed that was faulty and a wheelchair with the wrong back piece which made it useless and impossible to assemble. When I called to let them know my family member was discharged from rehab and I couldn’t get him out of the car and into the house due to the wheelchair being unusable she said “We close in 2 minutes so there’s nothing I can do.” Not being able to get him out of the car left me with 2 choices: 1. he sleep in the car - not an option. 2. I take him back to the rehab facility he was just discharged from an hour ago.I called Mullaney’s medical supply and the guys there came through with a wheelchair. They took care of me and actually cared about the situation. Med Mart couldn’t care less about the patient or customer. Go elsewhere.

My wife and I went looking for a recliner/assisted lift chair for Mt elderly mom so we did what any family would do Googled it after coming up with nothing but online locations and a couple of dead end suggestions, we landed on MedMart though nothing would give us a showroom location... So I called the 1st number that came up... Winner! Showroom right down the road on 42... And nadda, I tell the lady well be there in a few minutes were just up the road. We get there and they have a decent selection several people being helped, a couple of people sitting off to the side, an entire group of people on the other side milling around watching the goings on and talking on phones and looking around, and what appeared to be employees coming and going from a backroom to join the people on the other side for a few minutes, then disappear back to the back room again, at 1 point we even had a guy approach us only he walked around us to look at information on a random tag, then hurried off to that mysterious back room. After milling around for a good half hour to 45 minutes with out so much as being told HI. Or asked What brings you in today, OR anything... Me and my wife headed to the doors... I have Never Been made to feel so out of place... I gave them a 2 star rating because they do have a decent selection...BTW we ordered from a different company online... TFN!

DO NOT SHOP HERE! These people are awful. They installed a stair lift in my aging parents’ home. Two years later, it’s making noises and seems unsafe. Despite still having a receipt, they refuse to acknowledge that they sold my parents the lift and won’t come service it. My parents are old and on a limited income and they’ve clearly been taken advantage of and are now being treated poorly.

I told them I had drs appt and wanted them here in the morning they said they had other customers ask why i couldnt be first monday it is now 10:20 no one called. Worst customer service i have ever seen by a medical supply company! And by the sales lady named Michelle. Stood at counter to check out with no acknowledgement for awhile. Had 3 days to return a 32.00 item but wouldnt let if i didnt have the original reciept even though they looked up my purchase on their computer and had all the info they needed because i paid on my bank card!. Was going to purchase a $3,000 stair lift there but not anymore! Please stay away from this place. I have always done business with them in the past but no more!

I have a Golden Tech. power lift recliner which Ive had for about 5 years and because of back injuries I sleep in the chair. Recently I discovered that a portion of the frame that allows for the back of the chair to move, was broken which kept the back from maintaining an upright position.Called Golden and they recommended we contact MedMart even though we hadnt purchased it from them. My wife ended up talking with Wayne in the service dept. and explained the situation and the urgency of getting the chair fixed, since its my bed, and he came out that evening to replace the broken frame with a good one he took off a different chair.In my opinion, Wayne went above and beyond what was expected to make sure my chair was repaired asap. Hes a true asset to Med-Mart and it was a pleasure to have him work on my chair.

If I could give it a zero I would. I was assisting an elderly lady order a scooter on the online site, website was experiencing some issues. So we called the customer service department and it was terrible. First, we get a foreign lady which I dont have anything against them, but please give them a class and offer the jobs once they are fluent in English. Well, we explained the elderly lady has an hearing impairment is the reason for me helping her. She asked over 10 questions with me responding to the answers received from the elderly lady (81) then wouldnt go any further because the lady couldnt see to read her email address so I gave it to her. And she said the elderly lade would need to give it to her. HORRIBLE. I can understand the ss# and DOB would need to be heard first hand but the email address which is optional, absolutely not. So I found her the exact same product on amazon and they were able to honor the coupon I used and offer free shipping. Now thats great customer service.

I was looking for a sit -to-stand/walking lift for my wife. I had contacted different medical supply places on the internet and called several all of which said they knew nothing like that on the market. I went to Med Mart in Evendale and they looked at all of different manufactures and could not find what I was looking until they went back into the Sara Plus lifts and there was a picture of just what I wanted. Being very expensive I asked if they might see if they could find a used one, they said that if there was a used one it would probably be worn out. After much discussion and asking if they might help me out some, they did a little. I gave them the check for the full amount and they ordered it. They delivered it about two weeks later and Im here to say, the best piece of equipment I could have ordered, as I can pick me wife up out of bed and sit her in her recliner, wheel chair or to the bath room in a very safe way. My wife is now able with the aid of the Sara Plus to stand on her own weight and now looking forward to the day when she can start to try to walk with the aid of the the Sara Plus. You are able to adjust the weight she places on her feet with the lift until her strength and coordination returns as she learns to walk on her own. As with any piece of equipment, safety is of the most importance to me and the Sara Plus is just that. Thanks to Dave for working with me and getting it to us in a timely matter. This is the best possible patient lift or stand up lift we could have found on the market.Jim

Good prices, poor customer service.We ordered a P-440 Portable Ceiling Lift. After a few days, we had still received no shipping information. I contacted Med Mart using their chat function. After 30 minutes, they informed me I would receive shipping information as soon as it was available. The very next day I received notification it arrived. Nice tracking!!! It’s a $2,000 item, we want to track it. Med mart also sent me a 10% off coupon after my order. I again contacted Med Mart using their chat function. I asked for a credit. They refused. Insurance does not cover it. I am on disability, 120 dollars means much more to me than a company like Med Mart. We are happy with the lift, but find another company.

We had a service call for our chairlift that was stuck. Wayne helped us and was able to fix it right away and even though the chair lift was one month out of warranty he was able to prorate the part for us.We did have a problem with the stair lift chair a few months before that they fixed but stopped working right away and that needs to be addressed still.

Tray & Rafael were my installers for the Elite 2653 Walk In Tub/Shower. My entire bathroom had to be gutted out and replaced with New Plumbing, Commode, Sink and flooring and when I say they were Time efficient as well as their mannerism it made me feel at ease knowing the task they had ahead of them would be done right. I was very pleased with their Professionalism and their clean up each day. They were very knowledgeable of what and how they were reconstructing my limited space. My mother’s walker frame was bent/broke and Wayne was able to help by contacting the manufacturer. He was able to quickly to get an approval and we picked up the new walker the next day. Med Mart and Ben are great!!! I called several places about getting a lift installed in my 2014 Kia Soul for my folding mobility scooter. Other places all said it could not be installed. I called Med Mart and was put in touch with Ben. He said bring the car in and we can discuss. I told him I didnt care about taking out the storage shelf Kias have and the back trunk cover, just let it sit on the spare. Ben called the lift manufacturer and worked with them. In one week I had my new lift installed and I can now take my mobility scooter to volunteer and have fun.

Protect yourself! Please make sure you request that any Med Mart emloyee entering your home wears a mask. The employee picking up equipment had no mask on. When I talked to Cincinnati manager I was told it is their policy that employees wear masks but also heard lots of excuses from him why they. might not. Protect yourself.

Lift chair service after a Christmas afternoon power cord failure. Wayne was great, got here within the time window, fixed the power cord, checked the transformer, and caught a problem developing with control system wiring he was able to remedy as well. My husband and I just bought a new bed from the Evendale location, and we couldn’t be more pleased. The entire process was so quick and easy. The staff there helped us find exactly what we were looking for at an awesome price. The bed was delivered promptly and the delivery men (AJ and Eric) were extremely helpful getting it in just the right place. UPDATE:02/2020I was contacted by the VP after my first review and asked to update my review when the project was over.The project is as finished as its going to be.I will give 5 STARS to the workers that came to do work, Curtis Antonio, and several other guys that took pride in their work and did their best with the materials they had to work with.The company as a whole and especially the management, including their project manager, I would still only give 1 star and less than that if possible.This division of the company is not there for the customer, they are there to make money and move on. They are unwilling to admit error or take responsibility for bad materials and would rather just blame or bully their customers into submission.Original review:They were awarded a VA contract to remodel part of my parents home. They are the most disorganized construction company I have ever seen. The project was supposed to take weeks, we are now into months with several things unfinished inside the house and bathroom while they wait for a door to come in they said they had to reorder.The experience is causing undo stress on my parents and at this point are wishing they had never started this project to make part of the home more wheelchair accessible.Would not recommend this portion of the company to anyone!

I just purchased a adjustable bed from Med mart. The delivery guys were awesome! This bed is really comfortable and I feel like I amFinally sleeping through the night. I stopped in Med Mart today to request information about automatic blood pressure monitors. Before I asked, I took an interest in the lift chairs. I was quickly assisted by a staff member, Stacey Bryant, who spent a great deal of time with me discussing options. I expressed what was important to me and she listened intently and proceeded to help me narrow down the search significantly. She was very upfront about options and costs, which I appreciated immensely! She wrote down the model # for me, answered several more questions and we were able to back up and discuss BP monitors. Again, she was eager to discuss pros and cons and types of monitors, even allowing me to take one out of the packaging. I purchased an expensive model but felt comfortable doing so. And the absolute best part of the entire experience was she never ONCE pushed a sale of either item. Not ONCE! I fully expected a big sales pitch to come at any time and it never came. You really have no idea how much that meant to me. I am so much more intent on purchasing this chair now because of her attitude and honesty.

I have had horrible back problems for years and have not had a good nights sleep unless it was in a really nice hotel bed. I went to Med Mart looking for a new firm king size mattress because I had laid on another customers bed and it was one amazing feeling bed. I had great customer service, price was great, delivery was fast, and the delivery men were very professional (my house did not make it easy for them). I have had the mattress for about a week and I have never slept better. Thanks Med Mart! Highly recommend.

Her follow-up after my installation was prompt and very timely. The installers were amazing as well and very professional! I use Medmart for everything! I wish i didnt have to give any stars my mother has been fighting with them for over a year to get a wheelchair. They want pictures of the chair that was in a horrible car accident the police said they couldnt tell if a diaper bag was in the car Beverly in the manager and she was very rude to my mother and just talked down to her

When purchasing a power chair, Jazzy HD I decided to bring it back within the 3 day return. The chair that I wanted Jazzy 614HD was the same price as advertised online, yet I was charged a additional price $380. not sure why.I paid the additional money because I was told the chair that I left with cost more. That was not the . Both powerchairs are online advertised the same price. The manager of the store said she would check into a refund for me its been a month now no refund.

Bill Merick and Sandra were very helpful when I had trouble with my scooter. They took the time to listen to my problems and gave suggestions on what the problem might be. They actually worked with me twice. My husband and I tried the first suggestions, but it didn’t seem to help. I had to bring the scooter in and Bill fixed the problem. Both, Bill and Sandra, were very nice and courteous. They even helped me bring the scooter from my car into the store. Great employees make happy customers!

On 12-26 ordered a chair was told by Ashley in the store guaranteed to ne here bu 1-24-20 for my husbands surgery paid 500 Called in 1-12 was told it hadnt been a full 15 days to give it time I called on the 15th no chair she advised She would ck with sales rep coming in that following Monday on Monday 20th no call I had to call per Ashley the chair would be here the 6 th absolutely unacceptable I called Left 8 messages for Tony the corporate manager no calls finally I asked to speak to soneone spoke to a rude Melissa who was an assistant to him The whole Time no one understanding the seriousness of having this chair for surgeryThat I was guaranteed it would be here by the 24th and thats why I gave them $500 and no longer looked for another chairFinally I reached Tony and he said that he would check and find out what was going on come to find out this was a special order theres no way I could have been here by the 24th but nobody told us that until he did he said he would make sure that a chair would be here on the 24th if it was a rental but he was gonna find out where the chair was on the 23rd I heard nothing from him so I called his office and I said is there going to be a chair here delivered that day as he had told me there would be he said yeah its on its way theyre delivering it and you will get a text as I havent gotten any messages about delivering a chair rental today as I need to be home for that he said yeah it will be there sometime today and it is definitely out for delivery at about 330 that afternoon some gentleman who is a maintenance man for MedMart showed up to deliver a chair luckily Someone was home and he told them that he doesnt deliver that he was the maintenance man they came to him at the last minute and said he needed to run this chair out since he live in Goshen close to me, so they didnt even plan on delivering the chair to me and it was a last minute they just throw me a chair. Today is February 12 Ive not heard one word from them regarding my chair that was supposed to be here on the sixth I have a rental chair That is impossible to sleep in and has been the most uncomfortable chair nobody has called I have been leaving messages for Tony since the 6th asking where the chair was Monday I canceled the order for the chair and told him to come get this chair, of course I had to leave a message as I have now got another one to use hes had his tubes fall out hes been crumpled up in a chair trying to sleep and is been the most uncomfortable chair and no one will return calls to come get this awful rental chair and cancel my order and refund my credit card Reading Road in Cincinnati Ohio is horrible to deal with and could care less about their customers and offer nothing but lies and piir service DONT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!

Walked in to medmart looked at wheelchairs for 10 minutes. No customer service. Left store but decided to return and waited at customer service reception area. No one acknowledged me. They could not even say ‘ will be with you shortly’. I was embarrassed by this situation and did not want to return to the store. I went to a competitor and found what I wanted at a lower price and bought a wheelchair from them. Message to med mart:: you lost a customer today due to bad (no) customer service. Please train you staff on how to handle customers and acknowledge them when in your store. Perhaps someone at the door who can address and welcome customers and help them with their needs would be helpful. I am not the first customer to write a review of a similar incident

I have been with Queen city Med Mart for near 20 years. It keep surprising me that they keep getting better in spite of all the difficulties that insurance puts their way. i visit them several times a year and always see that they CARE to satisfy EVERY customers needs.
