I am real estate investor. I buy, build, rent, and sell residential real-estate. Vulcan 7 has been selling my personal and business contact information to brokers and agents. I get calls and e-mails each time I list or remove a property on the MLS. This equals hundreds for call and e-mails from pushy and often cheesy agents/telemarketers. To make matters worse Vulcan7 sells the cell phone number and e-mails of my wife and children. My kids are getting call and e-mail while they are at school!!! I have all our numbers listed on the national do not call directory, but Vulcan7 and the brokers that use them dont bother to check that they are violating a federal act. Fortunately, my brother is an attorney and we now have ample evidence (phone records, recording,, e-mail) to go after the brokers that have been harassing me and my family.

If you are just starting out in this business, do NOT waste time floundering around with manually searching for telephone numbers and manually dialing. I have been in the business for many years and because of the chore of doing all of this on my own, I feel that I have missed out on so much business! Vulcan7s technology is accurate and fast. I have used Vulcan 7 in the past and have always achieved great results calling FSBOs and Off Market Leads....The problem was my team partner was paying for it and didnt understand the quality of data that Vulcan 7 provides. So then we used xyz dialer with their supposedly improved data however this was not that case as we were NOT GETTING RESULTS..(bad phone numbers, wrong names, you name it 1 out of 10-15 was correct. So Finally I added up the cost of what we were using and presented it to my business partner...The costs added up to THE SAME and even a little more...Why pay for bad data, a bad dialer when you can USE THE BEST...which IS Vulcan 7.. So we immediately reactivated Vulcan 7 and IMMEDIATELY as expected...got the right person, with the right name, at the correct property. Neighborhood Phone numbers are important to prospect because there is opportunity there which my business partner asked me months ago why are we getting so many bad numbers (With the previous service).....SOLUTION The newest product they have is Vulcan 7 Neighborhood Data...We purchased it...and I pulled a neighborhood that we have been calling forever with the previous data provider and didnt get one correct home number... Guess What? First call, no answer (name on voicemail matched the Name in Vulcan 7) Second Call Got the RIGHT person and guess what the out come was? A very HOT LEAD in a neighborhood where everyone wants to live. Having said that....WE ARE GETTING IMMEDIATE RESULTS and the data accuracy is MIND BLOWING for the Vulcan 7 Neighborhood Data (As well of course their FSBOs Expireds. If youre actively calling Expireds, FSBOs and neighborhoods and frustrated with bad data...Cancel your service immediately and GET VULCAN 7 IMMEDIATELY.
